My favorite neighborhood Indian grocery store. It changed hands a number of times and now they have to close because their lease will not be renewed. Why? Because a new Sprouts store will be opening in another part of the same mall and the owners will not permit two grocery stores in the same mall. No one cares if this store has been in this mall for years. This is how big business kills the small mom-and-pop stores.
