Pete was very professional. Very willing and eager to do whatever it takes to make sure the job was done right and that we left as satisfied customers. Nowadays most shops and shop owners just wanna get you in and out on over priced mediocre work, but not here. This young man is very responsible and seems to be very honest. My husband and I will certainly come back.

My experience at New Level was outstanding. I had to get my headlight fixed. I procrastinated this errand for months due to time constrains. I was avoiding a dealership by all means...elys tires recommended Pete at New Level Automotive.. When I got there, Pete prioritized the job and I was done in 10 minutes. Went in to get a quote for a job. Got the job done. I honestly have to say its not good, ITS GRRRRREAT!!!Mr. Perez went above and beyond to make sure the work I needed was done right. Took in my sons Mustang, same deal. My daughters Mustang, AGAIN same excellent service. My wifes Dodge, my eldest daughters Car, Son In laws truck, we all go to New Level for all our vehicle needs. The paint and bodywork, Amazing! Unlike anything Ive seen in South Florida in a VERY LONG time.Im not one to write reviews but this one had to be done.In addition, his towing service is excellent. I have NEVER met a more reliable and honest mechanic who is extremely passionate about automobiles! Pete clearly loves what he do and knows what he is doing. He tells you what is going on every step of the way. Not only that, he is big on showing you why, how come and what for and will NOT try to cheat you!!!!! Honest to a fault! Skilled beyond belief! Great people, honest hard working, family owned shop. Not many of these around. Had my Hyundai towed by them, repaired by them with original parts by the dealer, at a fraction of the cost. Dealer wanted &1700.00 dollars and it was fixed for $1100.00 plus no towing chargers and the parts are still a year warranty by Hyundai. To top it all off the dealer needed the $1700.00 to start, plus towing, shop supplies and who knows what else. This is my repair shop from now on. Thanks Pete.

STAY AWAY. Deceptive practices. Shabby body work. The positive reviews must be fake. The manager Pete is a liar. Agrees to a price then call you days later to force you to pay more. Then takes 1 week longer than promised to do the job. Then gives you a terrible repair job with paint pealing off. Tells you he doesnt need your business because he thinks he is rich. And this is how he treated a repeat customer. I should have learn my lesson the 1st time he ripped me off for $1700 in cash. 1 star is too good for this review.. They deserve 0. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. GO ELSEWHERE.

One star is too much for this company.On 3/3/2018, we were involved in a collision near the corner of University Drive and Pines Blvd. We called our insurance company Geico and they said they would be sending their tow truck. 30minutes later a tow truck showed up and began hooking the car to their tow truck. The Geico tow company called at the same time to state they would be there in 10mins. We panicked as we believed the car was being stolen but eventually got a hold of the owner Pete, who convinced us to have his shop, New Level Automotive Tech & Towing, perform the repairs. Sadly, we believe this was the worst decision we have ever made, as after we received our vehicle back from him on March 28th 2018, we have had to take the car back to him no fewer than 6 times. From misaligned fenders and hood & mismatched paint to non work window controls. We are thoroughly convinced that this company and companies like it send tow trucks out looking for unsuspecting victims. Like sharks to their prey; where innocent people who get into accidents need to be aware that they may be taken for a ride.The latest incident occurred 8/23/2018 when my cars temperature gauge displayed that my car was overheating. I called Pete and he got someone to tow my car back to his shop, where they replaced a radiator hose clamp and re-added the coolant that leaked out. Also, during this visit to Petes shop, the hood opener cable burst and stopped working.We then took my car to my auto body shop on the morning of 8/25/2018, where they stated that it will cost $800 to $1000 for the car to be aligned and painted properly. As a result, we called Pete 8/25/2018 and attempted to settle with him to refund me $500 to fix the car the way it needed to be fixed, as at this point, we were sure he couldnt or didnt know how to fix the car. Pete agreed and asked us to call him again on 8/29/2018. We called him on 8/30/2018, where agreement changed. He wanted us to bring the car back to him for him to fix all of the outstanding issues. However, at his point I have no confidence in his workmanship or expertise to do so.The car paint is still two toned where the front bumpers, hood and fenders look silver, but the rest on the car is black pearl. The front of the car is still misaligned, with retainer clips and rubbers missing.Unfortunately, shops like Petes can only receive crashed cars at the side of the road to tow, as no one in their sane mind will want to take their car here for any reason. Please beware of New Level Auto!!!

Exactly how you run a great business . I showed up with out any kind of appointment for a car detailing and Pete and his hard work detailed crew got my car looking better than new . I definitely found my auto guys !!!! Thanks Pete .

I took my honda 09 to new level because I was in an accident front collision and the staff were super friendly. I was extremely happy with thier hard work cause my car came out looking brand new.

I brought it in my 2014 Chevy Silverado after driving it all the way from New York City. Even though it was a new truck still wanted to make sure everything was good to go for my trip back home. Was skeptical to go to just any mechanic especially being from New York. Googled and found new level and decided to pass by. Good thing I did I actually was able to meet the owner Pete and let me know even something as simple as an oil change I was still in good hands. Ended up making an appointment for the next morning. That night someone ended up breaking into my truck I was devasted and the guys at new level made sure that everything that was damaged was replaced with dealer oem parts. It was fixed as if it never even happened. Not to mention changing my oil topping off my fluid and rotating my tires for my ride back home. Honestly new level auto and their employees set the bar of what a mechanic shop experience should be. 5/5 guys thanks so much!!!
