Bought a Toyota R4 from them less than 6months the car have transmission problem deposit $2400 now I’m at Toyota the transmission in the car is done in order for the car to be fix they have to rebuild the whole transmission again to a new one so the total I will need is $2600 to pay for the car now to get fix we have no car the car is totally done. Don’t get me wrong customer service is great they are not disrespectful I just wish they told me the whole truth about the car issues wish them the best now I’m at Toyota Dealer getting a bring new car wish I did that sooner

First I want to start off by saying this place is a blessing. My credit score is HORRIBLE plus I did a voluntary repo. I have went to over 10 different dealers doing applications being told yes you are approved over the phone but just to get there to be told I am denied or I can’t get a decent car. Mind you catching a Lyft to all these dealerships was a pocket breaker.Melo was extremely patient and kind. He literally fought with the banks for 48 hours. He said it was because of stipulations.... he got the car back with almost 50k miles on it... I just looked at his website 5min ago and found my car for sale 2013 dodge charger with 33k mileage .... HE ROLLED BACK THE MILEAGE.... HES A SCAM ARTIST AND I JUST CAUGHT HIM RED HANDED!
