I went Elegant beauty supplies 10992 Pembroke road on 08/04/2021 and the assistant manager try to charge me 13.00 for a bottle of bonding glue when I saw on the shelf it was for 9.99. She got mad 😡 because I told her you owe me money back. Ruuuude

I walked into this store with my wife and, needless to say, everything was perfect top to bottom. The customer service was spot on and perfect, the workers were very well trained and were very supportive. The manager was exceptional, sweet and helpful. My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this store, and will definitely come back!

Clean store with a variety of options with helpful staff

Worst experience ever. The worker yesterday there was very rude. She needs to be fired. When I asked her for the manager she immediately asked me what did she do knowingly knew she was rude to me for no reason. She never called the manager for me and lied and said she was the assistant supervisor and then had the nerve to tell me the managers number is on the wall. I have never seen her at the store before and knew she could not be an assistant supervisor because she looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. She’s a very dark skin lady and very short. She has very bad customer service and needs to stop rolling her eyes and shaking her head when a customer asks her a question about a product. I have never experienced this before at this store and I will go there again. I have been going there for over 3 years and I will never go back again. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Stay away and try another location where they treat customers with respect.

I buy hair care products on the regular. Therefore, comparing this place to many other hairs stores, I would say the staff here is very friendly and willing to help. I’ve gone to other stores and they seem annoyed to help or I’m just standing there looking lost. That is not the case at this store! The owner is very much involved and she has trained her staff well. The only con is, I wish they had a few more supplies. (I do understand it’s a small business franchise) I went there for a simple black cloth headband and black hair ties and they had none. But everything else was easy to find.

Well stocked with all hair accessories a lady or gent would need. Customer service has improved tremendously.

This place as of today i will never visit again. This hairstore use to be my always go to hair store even though i stay like 30 mins away from it. I have to write a review since this has happened more than twice. The workers! are SO RUDE. If you dont like the job why work there?? WE customers come to the store to purchase, to spend our money and if we have a question on where a certain item is in which we cant find THATS WHAT YOU ARE THERE FOR. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

I was looking for an elegant and so happy to find that this one was literally around the corner from me! Winning!I didnt realize just how close I live, so I got there a little before they opened and just waited outside. There were two workers present. The one that came and opened the door wasnt the friendliest. I dont know if that was because I was there waiting for them open but oh well.The cashier was really nice and very helpful. Greeted me when I walked in and all. Unlike the other one who walked right past me to put a sign out in front of the store.I came to get some Afro kinky hair because I was going to put some kinky twist in my hair. They didnt have much of a variety color. Idk if thats the store that just didnt have any or the particular brand I brought that just doesnt supply it.Despite that one employee and the lack of color options, I still this is a great location. The cashier made up for it.

Few days ago, Such a great staff and the manager is also an amazing woman that helped me choose the best products to buy. The young lady that fills in for the Manager is not very helpful at all. Ive been there twice and asked her for assistance and she acts like its a bother, she doesnt want to check for anything and she gives false information. Sales rep in the hair Dept. Is very helpful, but they never have my selection in stock.

Great store to go to. For the first time I walk in an elegant beauty supply store and I felt like a ViP. Anthony from store #30 really took care of me. He greeted me upon entrance and ring me out. He was approachable, friendly, and he even educates me about the reward program that I am in. The manager as well was great! Please continue to hire great people like this because people like myself who spend a lot of money on hair and hair products at this store enjoy the simplest thing as a great customer service. Going to this store was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The store manager was well-informed and super welcoming! More times than not the isles and racks are not stocked well. You may not be able to find what you are looking for. The employees are nice and helpful.

They know how fast the shea butter is purchased why not increase the number purchase. On several occassions they out. Have been able to pick the day of delivery.
