We purchased a firm mattress from a furniture place that felt like a wood bed. But once we came to this store, they just made it easy for us. From being informative, attentive and pro-active between customers. Dillon assisted us in finding the bed of our dreams. We have shopped for mattress for awhile now and Dillon definitely made it an experience. They also have great specials. On a side note, I asked to used the restroom and he was kind enough to say yes. So how to describe our experience. We went to this quiet little shop to try out new mattress. Our last mattress was a dream cloud purchased without testing beds, a bit of a mistake on my husband’s behalf. Rafael and Jaime helped us pick out beds… we started testing our several different ranges to see which would feel the most comfortable on. We weren’t rushed, they offered several helpful and useful suggestions on beds as well as advice on how it should feel. Rafael and Jaime were extremely helpful with regards to our purchase and we couldn’t be happier.If you need a new mattress, I cannot recommend more highly using Jaime and Rafael at this mattress firm. DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM MATTRESSFIRM, we previously purchased a mattress from the store on Pembroke Pines about 133 days ago to be exact. We purchased a purple 3 hybrid premier mattress that cost 3K. My wife and I started to experience back pains and when this started we immediately called MattressFirm. I know that we were over our 120 policy by 13 days but do understand that not every mattress is broken in just 120 days! They will not allow us to exchange the mattress. We were willing to pay any restocking fee and purchase another mattress from them, they did not even attempt to help us just brushed us right off TERRIBLE customer service TERRIBLE people skills! Stay away from MATTRESSFIRM!! So now we are stuck on a 3K mattress with back pain!!STAY AWAY!!
