ADT had a major issue that made system not working nationwide. For 2 monhts I did not have home protection but I have been charged for that. And when I asked to get the money back, Customer Service (Awful) said: You have to ask it to the technician. I asked to the Technician (very good) and he said You have to ask Customer Service. ADT is a JOKE.

ADT cameras are the worse. Buyer be aware. What you are getting it is not worth the price. We have to troubleshoot the cameras all the time. Then they only give you a limited amount of video clips per month. If you reach that limit, you have to wait until the next month or pay extra. Then, if you need a tech to come to your house they want to charge you a $25 fee even if you pay for the monthly maintenance plan. Worse service and quality company out there!!!

ADT send a dealer to install the system even if I ask them no dealers. The person who came lied and said he worked directly with ADT, that he was not a dealer. The alarm has not work since day one, it current does not work,The installer lied about the system he installed me, he said it did not work with the sensors I have which is a lie. He program one sensor with teh wrong name, put it in another place. The installer made me and my family feal unsafe, he did everything to spend double the time that needs it until very late at night, and he makes us feal unsafe. I called the next day ADT to report and they did not care. They did not even apologize. The system still does not work, and I have been in lone for 3 hours cancelling the service, but they do not care about helping me, nor understand that they made a mistake, and apologize. they just dont care. stay far from this people, they advertise that customers is the 1st priority, but they just care about the money, they dont even care about the people they send to your home, and do not take responsibility for their actions.

ADT lied to me and changed their story everything I dealt with someone new. Their products don’t work properly and they won’t provide me a refund for services I don’t want from the day that it was installed. Poor customer service, equipment quality, price, and service.

Recently had a service tech over to repair an issue. The technician arrived outside the time frame they gave me. Moments later I was told by the tech the problem was fixed;but when I tested it i realized the problem still existed. I called ADT to get the technician back to fix the problem. My call was transferred three different times to three different departments just to reschedule a new appointment. I asked to speak to a manager, thirty six hours later still havent heard from a manager or a representative

Customer service and technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. However, the system as a whole is too glitchy. It goes down way too frequently. I have had to have atleast 5 tech service visits in the past 18 months due to either lights or cameras going offline.

Terrible installation service. 2 weeks into this and 2 full days of the same technician at the home and I have yet to have a fully functional system.

Weston,quiet suburb community.All of the sudden the alarm goes off.Called ADT;they tried numerous things, had NO IDEA how to turn the alarm off.Police came and went.Finally a ADT representative calls back AT 4AM with advise to unplug all wires from main box. I hope customer service has improved since then.

We have been with ADT since September 1982, this month ADT helped us update our system from old hard wire to wireless. Today the ADT tech came to install our updated system. Our Tech was Rami Bshara, who explained in detail what and how he was going to update the system, he was very thorough and explained the process as he went along so that we were at ease with the new system. He had a great sense of humor as he worked through making the necessary changes. Rami was very up on the system and handled the major changeover with ease. He was very inpressive in doing his work, it was our pleasure to have him in our house.

They each arrived on time, the ADT Technician (ADT company employee) did an amazing job and Dulce stayed during the entire install and testing.
