This place truly is a sweet gem once you find the place it’s like a little peace of heaven! They have everything sweet you can imagine and the owner is wonderful. Everything I have ordered so far has tasted delicious and they have been very accommodating with pickups and even curbside during covid.

I would give SweetGem 10 stars if I could! SweetGem catered the desserts for my 1/15/21 wedding and WOW! Everything was beyond delicious and beautifully created. I wanted a cinnamon bun cake instead of a traditional wedding cake and it was absolutely perfect! The cookies were soft and delicious, the custom designs were impeccable and most importantly, Jessica was amazing to work with. She was kind, inquisitive about my requests to make sure she understood me perfectly and went above and beyond! Cannot wait to come back for years to come to indulge!

Delicious flavor combinations and amazing customer service. I ordered guava filled vanilla cupcakes which was my favorite, and also chocolate cake with nutella filling and vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling. I wish I took pictures of them! I called a few days ahead for an order of a dozen cupcakes. The owner was very kind to help me make decisions on flavors that can be offered in a variety of ways and color options for decorative sprinkles. I paid online and pick up was simple! The cupcakes were presented in a beautiful rustic box. Also, the owner was very helpful to recommend how to preserve the cupcakes for freshness. Thank you!

I ordered a vanilla cake for my son and let me tell u guys, i did not want the cake to finish. It was awsomeeeee. Authentic, moist, tasty. It definitely did not taste like box cake nor was it filled with syrup to keep it moist. The cake was not too sweet and guess wat! She made the cake just as i want it. Everywhere i went they were charging an arm and a leg just for a simple cake. Sweetgems cakes are reasonably priced and u wont regret. Thank you so much for exceeeding my expectations and helping my son enjoy his birthday cake. He loved it alot. And my husband also ordered guava cupcakes for my birthday, and woossshhh the filling inside is just too good to be true. I am a very happy customer and thats the only place i buy cakes from. Cant wait to order for my daughters birthday.I dont usually wait for an occasion to buy cakes. At least once a month i buy cupcakes on a saturday. The different flavours are to die for. As an island girl i know wat real taste is and i can definitely say sweetgems cakes got it. Please try the guava. U wont regret.

I work in a bakery back home in MA so I needed to visit one on vacation and this place was awesome!They have unique flavors (such as guava🤤) along with classic vanilla, red velvet, etc.Staff and owners are very friendly and the cupcakes are outstanding. Definitely a must visit 😊🧁

You can tell the owner & boss babe Jessica cares a lot about quality and creates a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy her amazing desserts, coffee and other creations. I had the dulce leche cupcake and could not help up say OMG out loud from the first bite. So so soooo yummy!!!!

The cupcakes were delicious, moist, and well decorated. I drove up and called my order in, the lady who answered the phone was friendly and helpful. They even brought my cupcakes to my car in the pouring rain. I will be coming back!

We were driving along and spotted flags advertising cupcakes. We got excited because there arent bakeries in the area. I quickly looked them up on Google and was blown away with how beautiful the shop looked and the food looked yummy.I quickly turned around and headed to the store. The shop looked exactly as pictured. They offered some great flavor combinations. We decided to share a chocolate cupcake with nutella frosting because weve been disappointed by other shops in the past.The cupcake was very moist and had the perfect chocolate flavor. The icing was amazing. Not overly sweet but packed with flavor.Before leaving we purchased a box to go. They named the shop perfectly because this sweet gem was a total surprise.

Had a taste for something sweet and didn’t feel like driving to Nothing Bundt Cakes. So I did a quick Yelp search. To my luck this place is literally right across from my house and I pass it often. I quickly read the reviews and decided that I’d give them a try once I got off.I didn’t know they were doing curbside, so I’d initially walked up to the door. I placed my order and she gave me my cupcakes right then. Everyone talked about the pina colada cupcake, so I decided to get two of them. That’s how big my sweet craving was.I couldn’t wait to finish eating dinner so I that I could indulge in my cupcake. The icing was good. It wasn’t over powering with sweetness and I loved the touch of the coconut flakes on the top. I love coconut. As for the cupcake itself, I wasn’t impressed. Don’t get me wrong it was good but it tasted nothing like pineapple which it is advertised as a pineapple cake. If I hadn’t seen it for myself, I could’ve sworn that I was given two vanilla cupcakes because that’s what it tasted like. I kind of wish I would’ve just went to NBC and got my lemon cake.I can’t say that I won’t be back but it won’t be anytime soon.

No rushed jobs. The owner has a passion for what she does. Customer service is top notch, you will get exactly what you ask for. I stopped by to support one of my local bakeries and I loved it. The place gives you a warm feeling inside. Delicious cupcakes and the chocolate chip cookie will definitely have me coming back. I plan on grabbing a nice cup of hot chocolate, a cupcake and a book to read.

I was in the laze and saw the sign and havent stopped going by this location, very good products and the red velvet are my favorite.

Stopped in on Saturday and picked up a variety of flavors. They were all delicious!! Our faves were the piña colada, guava and Nutella! We found the dulce de leche and mini carrot cupcakes to be a little dry and hard, but I’ll try again to really judge. The other varieties were wonderful!
