Well best place to go if need anything for screenshots windows shutters etc makes you never wanna go to homedepot after buying form them I mean seriously they know their stuff the manager is a bit of a grump but her workers are super nice

Had a lot of difficulty finding a vendor to repair windows out in southwest Broward. Gave up and searched for parts to do it myself. Forget Amazon or any other online parts vendor. This place has expertise and all the EXACT parts needed for DIY. Got a thorough walk through of how to execute the repairs and they are now my go to choice for everything windows. Got a question, just call or walk in.

Just called to see what time they closed was put on hold very rudely and now they aren’t answering. I see why they get the reviews that they do.

AS PER THE REVIEW REGARDING MISS MARGOT HUMMER, I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT WE RESOLVED THE ISSUES REGARDING HER WINDOWS. THE WAIT WAS DUE TO THE MANUFACTUROR.. NOT US. AND WE ALSO UPGRADED HER WINDOWS TO NOT ONLY IMPACT BUT IMPACT INSULATED WHICH IS A MUCH STRONGER WINDOW WITH NO EXTRA COST TO HER. AS WE DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE BUT THE MATTER WAS RESOLVED. WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO MAKE THE CUSTOMERS HAPPY.

I contacted this company for some work recently and they were the only ones able to get the job done correctly. Very professional and friendly. If you have any problem with a Window or door I highly recommend Alpha Screen Door and window to get the job done right

They were able to salvage a mistake I made and were very understanding. Although they were very busy they also accommodated my schedule for me to be able to complete the job before returning to Chicago. Their knowledge base is beyond belief--- no comparison to theBig Box stores!

Very unhappy with service, $270 later, came out to replace a 35$ for two windows man cut material wrong size after I went to store to buy so he can put on he says hes coming back still waiting. went to store to resolve this they tell me he say this I say this, so this company does not care about customers only monies. Had problem before with them. No more. I was s customer all this over $2.00 part. And man comes in Century Village all the time she tells me.

Dont every go here . They will not have your products done on time. They have a sign that states if you leave your items longer than a week they are not responsible. Thats funny because there not going to have your items ready in a week. Poor customer service called before I arrived and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Nobody answered the call on hold so I just walk in only to find out nothing had been done. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere were they appriecate your business.

Good service good people and good price

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. I ordered two PGT impact resistant custom windows. The measurements were done wrong and the windows were made to the wrong size. It took several months for them to figure out what to do. When they finally cut the windows down, the install was done so sloppy that the outside walls were awful looking and the inside wall they cracked. I called them back to look at the install and they complained about fixing the work. They finally did repair the outside and did nothing to the inside. They repair job was a bit better than the original install, however not to good standards. I was so fed up with them, I gave up. However, now I have a leak inside of my house from the concrete they did on the outside of the walls. The concrete they put on is now cracked and leaking.I would never use them and highly recommend that if you do, be very careful.This is a follow up to the above comment. I just had another company come and fix the leak in the window. They provided photographs that the glass in the frame was not PGT glass. Hence my warranty with PGT is not valid. The glass in the PGT frame was made by another company. This is fraud.................Again, I highly recommend you do not use this company for anything...........****** This is a further update. After reading Alphas response to my review I had to make a further addition to my review. The delay was NOT due to the manufacturer, it was due to Alpha insisting that cutting an impact window frame did not affect the windows. It was only after I PAID for an insurance mitigatory to come to the house and do a write up that the windows were no longer impact resistant windows and did not qualify for an insurance reduction, that Alpha finally paid for window replacement.I decided to add to this review because Alpha is acting as if the fault is everyones but theirs. They cut the frame (never told me) and made the windows invalid for insurance reduction (no long impact resistant windows.) I resent them saying that they try to keep their customers happy because that is NOT the case with me. I would not use them for anything. Lies and deception are not the way to run a company. Also, never once apologizing for their mistake. It is totally inappropriate for them to blame the manufacturer and to act as if they tried to fix the problem. Only after several months and the mitigatory report did they finally agree to replace the windows.Not the way to respond to a complaint or the way to run a business.

Seem to be very professional so far, one can find parts that are no longer available in other stores of its kind.
