I purchased some bubble mailers from them for the first time. They marked the order as shipped but after 9 days from purchase the tracking info showed it had never left Florida. I asked for a refund since I no longer have any use for the late boxes, but instead of a refund they gave me Rewards Points, which have no use for me. I strongly recommend against doing business with this company.

This is a great product and awesome price but unfortunately it took over two weeks for me to receive my package. I ordered my product August 10th and received it on the 26th. The reason why I gave three stars is because of the delivery and also me even reaching out to the company for assistances. I called Fedex three times and they kept giving me the run around. Then when I reached out to the Starboxe. They stated that the shipment was fulfilled on their end and hopefully I will get it soon. It would have been nice for them to do some either contacting the delivery company or at least following up with me after I sent the email but nothing. As a first time customer that response didn’t give the best impression. I wanted to order more but I wanted to first see the quality of the product before doing so. I’m not sure if I would order again due to it taking so long for me to get it. The only good thing is the product great and the price is great as well.

I purchased online, and their description of their corrugated boxes is a plain lie (its actually the one for the heavy duty boxes - big quality difference). So you buy a product expecting good quality and they deliver you something totally different. I contacted customer service and they dont seem to care. Its purely lying to the customer. Bad.

I ordered the 200 foot medium bubble wrap several times. The last time the quality was noticeably less. The perforations dont tear evenly and the product is more flimsy. Plus, the reward points I had accumulated had disappeared so I had to pay full price. Not going to use them any more.

Willing to lose a regular customer over back ordered items and a $15 shipping fee. Products are decent, but you can get boxes from any number of places with better customer care.

I was very pleased with my purchases from StarBoxes. Ive ordered bubble wrap, tape, and plastic furniture covers. The quality and pricing are good, and I appreciate the free shipping. Also, the customer service has always been helpful when needed.

The Kraftlite mailers were exactly as described. They offered free shipping, the order had the label printed for shipping the same day and by the next day the order was delivered. Took a chance with this small unknown (to me) company and they came through. Now I dont have to listen to a small local store explain why they dont have the mailers I constantly ask them to order and restock.

Customer service couldnt do anything other than take my information and I placed an order on September 19, had to wait about a week just to get track than when about a week later Im curious why the boxes havent arrive and the tracking havent move from order been process.
