One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My coworkers and I ordered 8 items off the menu, all the salads and wrap that we ordered were wrong, and 4 of us paid extra for shrimp and got 3 pieces and shrimp is $5.99 extra. Also 1 of my coworkers are allergic to shrimp and all of the salads had shrimp. 2 off my coworkers went back to the location and the employees stated that they were out of lettuce so they gave us cabbage and spinach to substitute. Which they did NOT advise us prior to ordering. The employee stated that they called the owner to let her be aware that they were out of lettuce but no answer, the employees also stated that’s it’s always hard to get in touch with her whenever they need her. My co worker called the owner from her phone and stated she can’t do a refund now being that her employees need a code to do a refund. The owner advised us to go back to restaurant tomorrow for a refund. The restaurant looks nice but I do NOT recommend because communication skills are horrible. I went to this restaurant because I heard the food and smoothies are good but the experience we had could have been avoided just like this review. How do have a business and do not attend to it or have the audacity to answer the phone.

I stopped by with a friend for smoothies and was delightfully surprised! This place is locally owned and has lots of character, not to mention incredible food! The staff was friendly and the whole place has a clean, trendy vibe. The prices are also very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

I went into this establishment for a smoothie and left almost dead. I specifically told the cashier I had a peanut allergy and to swap the peanut butter for almond butter. When the woman in the back finished making it, I double checked and confirmed with her that it was almond butter. When I tasted it in my car, I clearly tasted peanut butter. I was lucky to have caught the allergy in time. I spoke with the owner a few hours after and she was completely rude, unapologetic, and neglectful. She was completely unapologetic on the phone and took little to no blame stating their almond and peanut butter are made in the same machine.She evidently doesnt educate her staff on allergies nor does she realize she could possibly have a lawsuit on her hands. Will not be back and am very disappointed in the customer service in a black business as I love to support my people.

Slowest service ever, it took over 30 min. And I still didn’t get my smoothie... then they gave me a hard time for a refund, because of their incompetent workers. Never going there again, they need alot of training and customer service skills training. I highly recommend you to try somewhere else, unless you like to wait 30 mins. Plus for anything

I found this place by the grace of God!. The absolute BEST turkey burger Ive ever tasted! Beet express AMAZING ALSO. Wow Ill definitely be back! And customer service was Great!!

I used to really love this place but now it’s become very time consuming. Everyone doesn’t make the smoothies the same, they don’t answer the phone to take over the phone orders, they mess up orders in store causing you to waste more time and they are always short staffed. Through all of this I still tried ti hold on to my favorite smoothie spot, but then they started closing sooner than what’s advertised online. When I would ask why the employees didn’t give me A real reason. I hope this gets better because this place has potential of being A all year round hot spot with the right people and the right mindset.

This place was soo good when it first opened but honestly it’s not the same anymore. I made the mistake of getting a wrap for the first time instead of a panini with the lunch special and honestly I’m so unhappy it’s literally a salad in a tortilla wrap the second I opened my wrap it was dripping everywhere and already soggy not only that it was 90% salad like I said if I knew that I would’ve just stuck with a panini and paid more cause it’s worth it the wrap was such a disappointment the only thing I enjoyed about this lunch was the smoothie. Anyways if you like a good wrap don’t get it from here you’ll only be disappointed. Other than that the paninis are great and smoothies to die for.

My First time in this Establishment, it was a Good experience the smoothie was Good i was looking for chunks or Minced fruit in my smoothie but none,it was like having a milkshake,the place is small inside seats and outside front seating available. the Host Ms.Jeanette i believe her name was attended us with very well service, she spoke a little about their menu and Specials,Great Place will definitely recommend and I will revisit.so when your on the mood for something fruity,cold,sweeton these hot days stop in and try a Smoothie you wont be disappointed 😋

I also want to give a shout out to the owner because she aims to please her customers. She also acknowledge her regular customers and their orders. I just placed an order with doordash, got my paninis and smoothies and the panini did NOT come with the items listed which were avocado and mango sauce. This food is too pricey to not receive what you pay for and the NEVER answer the phone which is just ridiculous if you have customers paying this kind of money for food, then answer the phone to apologize and for the inconvenience. Won’t be ordering here again unfortunately even though they have good smoothies. I’ll make my own 👌🏽

I love this place! I eat there atleast 4x a week and it helps keep me on track with my health. The food is delicious and fresh. I have brought my friends and bf there and they all have become fans. I highly recommend and I am very picky where I eat. Its my favorite place to eat at by my house.

Was told that my food would be ready in 15min. Got there in 20min waited another 30min. Smoothies melted while waiting for food. Had to have those remade. My tuna melt only had had tuna and cheese when the menu clearly states it should have that plus veggies. Have been coming to this place on my lunch break for quite some time. Idk if it’s under new management or what. But the service was horrible!!!

I ordered the Floridian Chicken Salad & Green Mile Smoothie +Blueberries to go w Uber Eats. Wow- super quick w no wait. Very impressed the amount of food you get for the price, its not skimpy. I couldnt eat it all in one sitting. The salad was SO light, yet filling. The dressing I received definitely was not cilantro lime, but a tasty balsamic anyhow. Loved the ratio of salad:chicken:toppings. Ok, lets not forget the smoothie. Whoa! Delish. Heavy on the banana & extremely light on the almond butter. More on the sweet side. So satisfying w this Florida heat. Everything was most fantastic!!

Let me say that I have been visiting this restaurant almost daily for about 3 years. Today I am highly displeased with the lack of customer service I received today. I want to write a review just in case I decide not to return in person to place a formal complaint. Today I asked the server, which I believe may be related to the owner (to be specific it is the short-dark skin man with dreads), is it still the lunch special? His response once “what does it say?” I replied “I don’t know what does it say?” and he said “it says 1-3.” After I placed my order I asked “Is Jasmine working today?” He replied, “would you have left if she is not working today?” Let me be the first to tell you that customer service is everything. I don’t care if you were joking or not. I have consistently supported this business even when my order is not correct. Lately, I will visit this facility and it will be one person working and he will constantly say “we are only selling smoothies because we don’t have a cook right now.” I hope the owner read this complaint and have a serious question conversation with her team. Look luck to your business in the future. My family and I will take our business elsewhere. I also will mention that the only reason why I purchased a chicken Cesar salad from you today is because my mother-in-law is in town from Jamaica and I was speaking to her about this restaurant because it close to home and it healthy. If she did not asked for that salad I would not have spend a dime.

Here’s my experience: I walk in at 8:20pm and am informed that they are closed... they close at 9pm. I walk out with a unpleasant demeanor. An employee notices and chases me down in the parking lot. He then informs me that I can only order a smoothie. At this time I attempt to order a peanut butter smoothie and I’m then advised to “order something else because that smoothie is too messy to clean up”. Employee was a lazy bum. Never coming back to this dump.

I want to love this place so much because it definitely has the potential and is in a great area. I was so sad when I found out the smoothies where not made from fresh fruits and veggies. Ive seen them come in from Publix with canned fruit and high fructose juice. Also when I started asking specifics on their cold pressed juices they had no answers and said they only had orange juice at the moment. They are definitely NOT pressing the fruits or veggies to make a cold pressed juice. Its false advertisement and really sad to sell your customers a $8 cranberry juice mixed with other unnatural ingredients. Change your menu item wording or change the ingredients please!

The young lady of whom I believe is the owner makes it her personal business for every customer to leave happy. Can never remember the Chefs name but she started my love for Smoothie Express!

This was one of the best smoothies Ive had! I had the strawberry colada and added banana. It was very refreshing and not too sweet. The place was clean and set up nicely. The man who took the order was very friendly and professional. I cant wait to go back.

This is my very first visit here. The business is very clean. The owners greeted me as I entered the door. I had the turkey burger and it was delish. I love peanut butter, and my peanut butter insane was perfect. My wait time was very short. I will definitely be returning!!!!

Smoothies are good. Wrap I had was pretty good. I feel this place needs a little professional intervention though. For example, the long 10 - 15 min wait for a wrap. The operational aspect is missing something. Too much glitter in the decor. I dont think Ill go back.

As often as I come to the Publix in this plaza, I am ashamed to say that it took an event at this smoothie shop to get me to visit and know of its existence.Id initially come here for an event a week ago that include 2 particular smoothies for $5. Id opted for the green one which I later learned is called the Green Mile and let me tell you that it is simply delicious. It has kale, spinach, apple, banana, almond milk, almond butter and a few other ingredients. It was so delicious that I had to come back in today to get it again. Since it is so close to my house, I am sure that I will be back again.My only gripe is that the prices are incorrect. The menu prices are not accurate and the customer doesnt know unless you question your total when given to you.Other than that the customer service is great and have been nice and greeted me the two times that I came in. I will certainly be back.

The best smoothies in South Florida hands down. The bulk me up is my favorite, ask them to upsize it $4 extra. The owners are super nice, they have a new place opened and Pembroke Pines next to a gym. Not only are the smoothies good, but the wraps are superb, especially the chicken Caesar spicy wrap. When you call ahead to order, all they need is 5 minutes and when you show up its ready to be picked up. Ive been a fan of this place since the first open and experience its growing pains with them. Now they are in the league by themselves and they are doing great. The smoothies are just fantastic, very filling, nice different options of a sore size goes. The wraps are delicious as well as the other food items.

Healthy selections unlike Power Smoothie. They use natural ingredients for smoothies and dont add sugar in them unless you ask for it. They are vegan friendly.The food is made to order, so you wont get the food fast as with a fast food place. I mean they are cooking real food and not fake meat like Mcdonalds or using precooked food like most places that throw them in microwaves.My only pet peeve is getting the wrong smoothie a few times or not getting the add ins I paid for.

BEST SMOOTHIES AND HEALTHY GRUB IN BROWARD!!! Legit delicious. Staff is awesome, friendly and fast, smoothies have no added sugar and there are many vegan options. Ive been supporting this business for years and its always something. However, because I like to Support black owned business Its a lot of things I over look. Im not going to address any issues that has happen prior years, Im going to focus on one this year and end of December 2018. In the morning I take my son to school and drive from 193rd and 441 to your location next to 24 hr. fitness to start off my morning, and for some reason on more than 2 occasions the store is not open the listed time on Google maps which is 9:00 a.m; because of this Today I even waited in my car for 10 extra mins before I got out my car. This last time this happen about a week ago. I was advised by the young lady that the other location is open. So I went to the other location. Im A very understand person and things happen; Ive ran a smoothie business for 3+ years. So I drive to the other location, and its now 10 something in the morning and the door is locked! smh Ive even risked being late one afternoon for work around 5pm to drive to the location next to 24hr fitness, and find a note on the door. Bad enough I over look the mediocre customer service and the inconstancy in the taste of the smoothies among employees. This brand has so much potential the food is good, The smoothies good even the house dressing Im to pay extra for just to have in my refrigerator. But with this lack of professionalism and inconsistency with store hours, smoothies and customer service, Im done with trying.

Used to love this place on my lunch break, but management and employees became to rude when a lot of customers started coming in! Not only is the food there so expensive (a smoothie and a wrap is about 15-16$) but they take forever to get your order ready! The attitude they give is out of this world! Ask yourself owner? Because people agree. You’re simply trying to cover your end, because you know very well the customer is always right. I came here last night after my work out. I usually come during my lunch hour but, I was craving a smoothie. My smoothie’s consistency was perfect and my turkey burger wrap was flavorful and delicious (make sure to get it with egg, thank me later).My friend ordered the mahi panini and thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m glad I was able to introduce her to my favorite smoothie shop. Staff and owner are very attentive and always remember me and my boyfriend. It always feels good to know you’re not just a number. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to eat healthily, deliciously and affordably.

This place is a joke. Came here for an egg white breakfast and a smoothie and they didnt have any eggs or produce. I used to like coming here but management is so poor. Sad to see a business with so much potential be managed so poorly. Needless to say I went elsewhere for breakfast (Another broken egg cafe) and will probably never waste my time or gas like that again.
