We placed a commercial order for flooring for a few thousand feet online. When I got to store to pick it up, they didnt have the tile there blaming their systems for a bad skew. They were not able to locate the tile at any of the other surrounding Floor Decors. The manager is young and disinterested in helping. This place turned into a circus / bazaar since it went public. Will avoid purchasing here going forward.

These guys are trying to force my driver to haul a load from them. They overweight our truck, and our driver had to return next day to get the load legal. Now there is no appointment at the receiving side, and these folks a guy names Freddie Garcia from the shipping department is saying that they wont unload our truck, that we need to haul it. Ill report this company right now.

Please, the first thing I will comment on is that they weigh their loads, since the useless here do not know that 82 thousand pounds cannot be loaded. I have seen the same thing, the truck is mine, the trailer is mine and they want me to do the load for it and not even a dick mom gave me how shameless these stupid people are 🖕🏿🖕🏿🖕🏿🖕🏿
