I did find clearance to be nice. The store itself isnt as great as Hobby Lobby. Id shop here again. Staff is friendly. It would be nice if the selection was better. 4 star because of Hobby Lobby offering more.

I have been purchasing quite a bit lately. I had purchased some items that did not work out. I had to open the packaging to find out that they did not work. I had a bought 2 of the same item. The cashier stated that she was not able to return the open item because it did not have all of the packaging, apparently company protocol. Even though I had the receipt to prove I bought 2 packages. She was not present about the interaction after this being very short and moody. I have worked retail before and can say I would have managed this much better. I will most likely shop at hobby lobby from now on.

Love shopping here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, we bought almost all of our decor for our new home at this location. Far better than the other store that has higher prices and not open on Sundays.

Great store but the service was terrible. employees didnt know what they have in stock or where it was locatedand the cashier was improperly trained did not know what they were doing. did it ring up my girlfriends merchandise properly and forgot to scan her coupon. when I brought it to her attention she said it was too late that she already rang it upwhen I know this is incorrect they can just cancel the sale re-ring the items and scan the coupon.when she rang up my merchandise she took my money through it in a drawer and shut it and didnt give me any change or receipt had to call management to open the drawer back up. Was very unprofessional and had attitude. get it together Michaels

I ordered a custom frame from Vance in the framing department- he was amazing, got everything perfect and went through every detail, he knows his stuff. My mistake I ordered the wrong size but didn’t realize this until I got home (an hour away). I tried to call the store but their phone lines were down. Tried customer service- no help. I thought I was going to be out $300. Through a online survey Vance returned my call!! As I expected he was beyond helpful, helped me fix my error and reordered my gift. Thank you Vance! Went in to buy more yarn for a project. End cap showed the yarn on sale for 6.99. Picked my colors and went to check out. Price came to 9.98. Explained they were on sale. Manager was called. She went back to check the sign. Came back and said only spring colors on sale. I explained that all these colors were stocked together. She said she was sorry but they werent on sale. I Left the yarn and going to another store to see if I can find the colors necessary to complete. Maybe they will match this price. Bad customer service.

Its a craft store that I dont frequent but its there when I need a change of scenery. I looked for two things that they did not carry. But I was able to score some sock yarn at 2.99 a skein 100g weight. So it was productive trip.

Three weeks till Halloween and the shelves were messy and 2/3 bare🙄 was disappointed in options for goody bags and ribbons and most of the cupcake decorations were out. Checkout was super easy and very friendly so that was worth a star

Michaels isnt what it used to be. Several shelves were bare. Not just because theyre starting to change over to next seasons items, but because there just arent a lot of choices there. Many items didnt have price tags or even signage with a price, and lots of items were in the wrong places. All over the store was very disheveled and unkempt. Had to seek out an employee who then rolled her eyes when asked for help.

I go here ever now and then to pick up craft supplies. I really like the art supply selection (markers, sketch books, and pencils) The staff here is pretty nice, and the store is well kept. My one and only complaint would be some of the prices, but hey thats what other stores exist for 🤷🏼‍♀️

We love Michaels store for everything crafty! Be sure to look online for a coupon. There is always a coupon available for public use. The best way to get coupons is to sign up for their emails. They have great crafting kits for kiddos here. Almost too many options to choose from!

Love Michaels! ♥️ They have a great selection of crafting and home decor supplies! They also frequently offer promotional coupons for a percent off quite frequently. Havent done one of their mini crafting lessons they do yet but actually reserved some spots for my kids in a couple weeks but Im sure itll be great will edit review otherwise.

They have a wonderful variety of home decor and arts & craft products but too expensive. I like to go when they have sales - 50% or more which is almost all the time. There was some confusion on a sale item. I was told canvases were on sale 50% off but when I got to the register they rang up at regular price. I told cashier but she went with what rang up. Not worth full price for a newbie.

Really great selection of art supplies, specifically painting and drawing as these are my mediums. Most of the time the staff, while friendly, dont have a ton of experience in the art field so theyre not much help in terms of art advice.

Always have what im looking for.. dislike the fact they mark things Alot of things as super savers so you cant use theyre coupons
