They did a affordable and quick addition to a remote start for my 7.3 F350 and I had my remote locks updated I would definitely recommend them.

I would not recommend this place. I went in for a detailing on my van. I had to use a vacation day for this because Auto One doesnt service vans on the weekend. First it took 4hrs and then my van wasnt clean. I asked them to get a specific spot (candy from the kids) off my carpet. They did not get the spot out. I had some spots on the carpet and seats, they didnt get those out either. Candy pieces were still stuck in the carpet. As I inspected the van I saw that the wood work thats in my van was not wiped down. Nor were the door panels or the screens on my windows. They said they washed my van but it was still dirty. They told me there would be an extra charge for cleaning the blinds in the van. I was cool with that, but then they told me they could only clean one side of the blinds. I still allowed them to clean the one side of the blinds. I expressed that I was unsatisfied with the detailing and the owner offered to re-detail the van. I declined since I had already used a vacation day to get this done and now I they wanted me to come back again. They even convinced me to get a water repellent on the windshield. At least, the owner only charged me for the taxes on the extra work that was done (half cleaning the blinds and the water repellent), but not the price of the blinds and repellent. This was one of the worst detailing jobs ever. I could have done a better job myself. Correct me if Im wrong but I thought detailing meant that they would pay closer attention to detail when cleaning my van than I would. I was going to get an alarm system from them, but I wont after the messed up job they did on detailing my van. No thanks.

Thur. 1/24/2019 I dropped off my vehicle to be tinted & spoke to David who said it only takes half a day. This was about 1pmMon.1/28/2019 He called me about 5:30/5:40 pm around the time they closed & at this point I couldn’t have arrived there before closing plus was busy.Tues.1/29/2019: I picked up my vehicle.Fri. 2/8/19 Swung by to show Dave a spot on the driver’s side that was bubbling bad. I NEVER rolled windows down, cleaned glass or did anything to cause this. He said to come back when it was warmer which I thought was a strange thing to say with a heated garage and business in the winter time. His ideology was to squeegee it back to normal.Saturday 2/16/2019 A car salesman and I both noticed the ENTIRE vehicle tint was falling apart, bubbling & flaking off. I called David around 12:45 1pm before he left. He stated he would be going on vacation but would return on Monday 2/25/2019 and to have the vehicle there by 9am.Sunday 2/24/2019 I dropped off my vehicle using the overnight box.Monday 2/25/2019 I called David around 2:30 pm and he said they are still taking the tint off. I asked if he could finish it by Thursday. He said oh absolutely.Thursday 2/28/2019 I called David who stated the tint was still being removed. It should be ready tomorrow.Friday 3/1/2019 I called twice and left a voicemail very frustrated demanding a response and status. I got ignored.Monday 3/4/2019 I called David again he finally answered this time stating they tried 5 times to get the tint to stay and they keep having to redo it. He sounded very panic like. I knew at this point he couldn’t handle the job at hand so I had to pay someone to drive me over there to pick it up. David admits to killing my battery in my vehicle leaving it running for 3 hours. My vehicle had less than 800 miles on it at this point. He offers a refund which I agree to. I decline him keeping the car to take off the rest of the tint due to fear of further damage and more unreliable commitment promises. Later in the day, I called Eclipse in Elkhart another window tint place that offered to do the same vehicle for a lot less with more selection of tint darkness percentage options. Later that night I found paint scratched by the drivers side window.

Just got my black Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 75th anniversary edition front windows and windshield sun strip done. Dealt with dave. The 5% strip looks great along with the 20 percent done on front doors. Let me say this.... i work nights and had long night when i showed up to drop off my truck there in the morning. Therefore i prepayed and was gonna pick it up later that evening . Not knowing that i over paid him. I got home noticed i was short some cash i had just withdrawn. I called up there and dave recounted it and left the overage in my visor.. just wanna say thx for returning my extra cash and the work looks good.

Great job last spring putting cover on Truck bed& window tinting.

They refused an invoice, receipt or warrant info. No paperwork changed hands at all. They I noticed the owner (Old man) writing my credit card info on a piece of notebook paper. He said their machine was down and it would have to run at another store. Refused to answer me about having the piece of paper destroyed. The work was awful. Most expensive and worst tint job ever. Even though I took the car to a heated garage and parked it for 7 days, even pane of glass had either bubbles, debris, deformed areas from stretching and a 2 crease. I took the car back and was treated horribly. Still I was refused any type of documentation that I had anything done. Also they refused to give me the paper with my credit card info. Then they wouldnt even tell me if it had been destroyed or not. Three hours later there was attempted and failed access to my checking account. The very same account info of which Auto One was privy. Police are involved at this point and for possible future customers, be careful. This group of people dont seem to care about paperwork, taxes, customer service but most disturbing, they do sub-par work.

Its been months since I had a remote start installed here and the experience still bothers me enough to write a negative review.The “gentleman” at the counter was condescending and rude. Not sure if it was because I am a woman or because that’s just his demeanor.What’s worse is I had an appointment to have a particular brand and style of remote start installed. When I picked my car up after hours, the cheaper, inferior brand had been installed. They didn’t tell me in advance or call to ask if it was okay.When I noticed the wrong one had been installed I called them and had to drive all the way out there to get a refund for the price difference (25 min drive each way). He wasn’t apologetic and was again unfriendly. He said they must have been out of the model/brand I had requested and used the other instead. Again, I had an appointment for the installation. Should have had made sure the correct part was in stock. Made me wonder how many people they do this to & hope they dont notice.Won’t be going back here. Don’t recommend or trust them. The only reason they have 2 stars instead of 1 is because the remote start they installed works fine so far.

Took my Jeep in to have the cycle time on my remote start adjusted and switch my auxiliary wires so the heater works with remote start. They were done in under 30 minutes. The guy at the counter was rough looking but very polite and confident. I would recommend but be mindful of all the other bad comments.

I bought a Groupon Deal for a car detailing and was very pleased with the service. On my way to our appointment I stopped at the wrong shop and they were quick to tell me that these guys do a terrible job with bait and switch tactics so I was surprised when our experience went so well. Perhaps some of these bad reviews are from competitors.Our experience is for detailing only but I believe they went above and beyond in getting our car to look great.

I should have listened to the reviews. Still had water in my glove box and I could have done better myself. Got a deal on Groupon, but still wasnt worth the price. By the way, I am not a competitor, as another user stated that some negative reviews might be from competitors.

Messed up the install on my truck. Drilled holes that shouldnt have been there. Then they didnt admit their mistake and charged me the FULL price. While I was there two other people were having problems also. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! Terrible customer service and their installers have no clue what they are doing.

Dont look like much but great people and they do great work I am not easily satisfied.

Mr. Alans sluder owner of Auto One in Mishawaka and Elkhart had an employee back into my van he refused to make an insurance claim on it as he was completely liable in a police report was made. 10 weeks later he decided to do the body work on my van himself but youre terrible job was done and he made no apologies for it and felt he was responsible and no way shape or form after five estimates were done by body shops which most of them knew who he was and didnt even want to give an estimate because he had such a bad reputation as a business owner I would advise you never to go do business with all the one that has the most dishonest business man I have ever met he cursed me out at the estimate number three that he got because he felt I was wrong for being upset when his employer ran into my van and another customers car seriously think twice about this man think twice about his business go somewhere else look at the reviews he has no good reviews at all on his website and they seem to disappear quite regularly, I am going to notify by letter every car dealership every business that deals with automobiles if you want a reference call Gurley Leep Gurley Leep will not do business with them or some customers their way any longer Ive already made that loud and clear but every single car business will be notified by letter on these complaints that have been made against this man Ive never been cussed out by a business owner for a mistake or an accident that his own employee made when you ran into my van again it took him 10 weeks to fix it himself and on a scale from 1 to 10 the body work was a 5 if that very disappointed in mr.
