Store was overstocked with shoes! Found some great deals and was able to save some money at the cash register with my coupons! Beth was great!

Associates were very helpful friendly when I got into line it moved quickly things went very well and they had what I wanted

Havent been in ages, but was looking for specific shoes they had on their website that said they were at the store. I love this! You get to pick your shoes at home then just go and try them on. Plus it wasnt like years ago when it felt like you were in a zoo. The spinning wheel needs to go. Cheesy. Great selection of shoes.

Only a 3 star... Although I was able to find 2 of my 3 boys shoes after hunting for an hour for their sizes! My oldest wasnt able to find anything in his size! The boxes under the shoes were all messed up! Disappointing to see that you offer a very low selection of wide width options for young men. The store was complete chaos; there were associates stocking EVERYWHERE, not one of them said hello, no smile and certainly no offer to help or ask if they could help me find anything.

Ordered online and pick up in store it was fast and super easy.

Went to buy a pair of work boots and they was a regular and a wide in the same box. They went to look for the other boot to make a pair but couldnt find it. Store was extremely disorganized.

I ordered two sets of shoes. Online said payment didnt go through so I did it again so I was charged multiple times for shoes. I ordered them at at 11:49pm last night and at 8:00 they cant refund me the order is to far along it will be about 30 days. Never again worse 200.00 ever spent

Waited in line waiting for someone to come up and check us out. Several of us waiting in line. What I can say is a great choice in foot wear.

I was very pleased with the shopping experience I had at this Shoe Carnival location. The store was clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Products were neatly organized, and products were easily located.The staff was very helpful, friendly, andKnowledgeable. I was able to purchase shoes in store, and the sizes that were not available In Store, the cashier was able to easily order them and have them shipped directly to my home.

Went to 10 shoe stores looking for snow boots and shoes for one of my boys. Ended up getting boots for both of my boys, shoes for the one AND shoes for my baby girl. While I was there I also found a shoe I like to retire my 10 year old pair of shoes also! Got every shoe on sale AND 50% off every second pair AND a military discount then after all that my kids got to spin a savings wheel and got another few bucks off! Place was very well stocked and the people were extremely helpful and friendly! Ive found my new go to place for shoes for sure!

Nice place, well stocked, clean store and friendly staff.

Employees were no help. Not very friendly. Not even a good variety of shoes anymore. Very disappointed. This store has really went down hill. Has always been my go to for shoes. I doubt I will be back!

We were running late and the store was getting ready to close but the guys are very nice and helped us find some great shoes for myself and my niece in less than 5 minutes.

I use to come here alot then went to payless, now that payless is closed Ive come back, shockingly delightfully I had found the exact same pair of boots that I fell in love with on amazon except half priced!!!! I was so excited and it made my day! I will definitely be back

It was clean and plenty of people to help you if needed. Its BOGO sales and we got great deals. The only issue was that not everything you see and want would have every size stocked so instead of 4 to 6 pair we only left with 2 pair. But loved what we did get to bring home.

People were very helpful and friendly. i can always find what I want and if not I have ordered and it came in faster then they thought it would. Will always go back to shoe carnival.

Upon each of my visits there, the employees were not helpful and only one had asked if we needed assistance with anything. They really just walk around aimlessly. Not to mention that there is a very limited selection of shoes. Not much variety and its in an extremely small space. Everything is so pack together that out makes my claustrophobia go into overdrive especially when there are a lot of people in the store. Even if there only a few people in there, you turn around and may run into someone. So there are a few things they could improve on.
