For starters, I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The person that answered informed me they were 2 weeks out, which I thought was a bit extreme, but I still scheduled my appointment. Dropped off my tuck at 0830, and told them when I scheduled Id plan to pick up around 1330 or 1400. However, when I sent a message at 1350, I was told it would be another hour and a half. My truck wasnt complete until 1530. Since I had a ride at 1400 I sat at the dealership while they finished my truck. I received a text stating that additional services were recommended. When I checked the text, it stated I needed an alignment. This was extremely concerning, considering I had an alignment when my truck was serviced in April. When I went to the counter to find out what was going on, the person stated, the technician is new, and probably just over looked it. Well great, so hes throwing his other team members under the bus, and giving me the impression he doesnt pay attention to detail. From being 1.5 hours later than anticipated, and failure to look at what services Ive actually had completed, how much attention was paid to the actual service I had on my truck. All of my previous experiences have been good, but this one has given me a LOT of concern on if Ill continue to have a GMC service department continue to service my vehicle.

My first time bringing my car in for the free oil change, tire rotation since buying the car. I had a later appointment and I called to see if I can move it up and Jesse in service was helpful in doing that. Once I got there Jesse greeted me, talked about the appt and showed me the waiting area. My car was done ahead of time and the car was washed. This is my first time buying a Cadillac and if they continue to employ great positive employees like Jesse, I will be a long term Cadillac owner through Gurley. I know it sounds corny but everyone has suffered waiting for your car to get serviced but very rarely you get it back ahead of time, explained everything and washed the car. Im a happy customer! Someone at Gurley better recognize his positive attitude!

UPDATE: I bought a Honda from Bosak Honda in Michigan City. No problems and it runs perfect in everyway. In regard to the response about reaching out to us from the Gurley Creeps. I did that. They car was a piece of SH*T and you knew it and sold it to me anyway. Ill never buy anything from you again and everywhere I go I tell this story to defer anyone from thinking of spending money at your dealership. Bought this 2015 Honda Accord EX-L with low miles from them. It was pulling to the left a little bit and the steering wheel was not perfect so no big deal Ill just fix that myself some place else. Also discovered that on some smooth roads there is a wheel hum coming from the drivers side rear tire. After 4 tire balancing and rotations, 2 front end alignments, then finally replaced 2 of the already NEW tires with 2 more NEW ones no change. I found out last a few days ago the car was side swiped on the driver side that would explain the noise coming from that side of the car and more than likely why it pulls to the left. Sales manager Scott insulted my wife. They were dishonest. I wish I could give zero. They should of disclosed this to me prior and I would of not bought it. I got ripped off.

At this time of covid-19, order was placed for my Buick Envision a gearbox, this item was on back order. I was able to be scheduled asap with the help of Jason. While having service I was able to have my oil changed. A 2 day job turned into 4 but Jason stayed in contact with me. I was able to have a loaner vehicle during this time. Thanks to Jason excellent Customer Skills, I left with a smile! I know his job is very busy and detail oriented, he owns the responsibility that comes with his job, no complaints from me.

I will NOT go to Gurley-Leep GMC service for anything. I purchased a 2020 GMC CANYON ALL TERRAIN ON Saturday July 17th. At Gurley-Leep Dealership in Mishawaka. The next day I was driving it and the REAR END STARTED TO LOCK UP, SHAKE AND SHUDDER .On Monday morning I called the sales person and told her our problem and that I was bringing the truck in for service. When I showed up on Monday the service man told me I could not get an appointment until Thursday at 10:15 AM ...Keep in mind I just Purchased this truck 36 hours ago. And my check didnt even clear the bank yet...Service Dept.??? When I brought my truck in for service on Thursday morning at 10:15 AM. I asked how long would it take to fix? The service tech told me they would like to have it all day, as they werent even going to look at it until after 4 pm. Then why did I have a 10:15 appointment?? That did not make any sense to me. I live 45 minutes away and had to call for a ride. The service tech informed me that Gurley-Leep Does not have a Vehicle loaner program Even for a car you just purchased and was under Warranty. The service dept. had my new Canyon for 2 days could not find anything wrong with it, Keep in mind they put 3 miles on it checking it out...I picked it up on Saturday morning, the service man told me they couldnt find anything wrong with it. I drove it the next day on Sunday the 25th and after it warmed up, the same problem occurred.. On Monday I took my New truck to another dealership in Plymouth, IN called Auto Park GMC. They went on a test ride and told me the problem right away, its a common problem with the 2019/2020 GMC CANYON ITS CALL SHUDDER. AND its all over the GMC web-site. GMC DOCUMENT ID; 5753906 The service advisor at Auto Park GMC in Plymouth, IN knew what they were doing un-like the service techs at Gurley-Leep.... I will NOT make any future purchase or have any service work done at Gurley-Leep in Mishawaka Indiana. Save yourself a lot of grief and stay away from this dealership.

Beyond horrible, horrible customer service. I made a reservation with Cadillac Service twice within the last 3 months and and both times the services I needed were either forgotten about or unavailable. I was also told both times I could have a loaner car and both times the request was forgotten. Very disappointed and do not recommend! There was no apology or follow-up from the service technicians or anyone in management. Its too bad the owners are choosing to run their business in this way because its reflective of their operations.

This isnt the first time I have had an issue with the dealership. While the car was fixed correctly the overall service I received was the issue. The last time I had my truck in to be serviced I asked them to check out a tire that was losing pressure. I was told, Sure no problem! When I picked up my truck I asked what was the issue with the tire. I was told, Let me check with the Tech. and then It didnt lose any pressure while it was here. In other words, we never looked at it. I had to fill my tire with air shortly after that visit and have it remounted by someone else to stop the leak because obviously your dealership didnt want to deal with it. This time I worked out a date with the Tech to have my wife drop her car off. She is a physician and cannot be without a car. He stated that she would have a loaner car waiting for her when she arrived as long as she showed up after 4PM. My email confirmation of my appointment even stated that a loaner was to be present. She rushed over to the dealership after working a 24hour shift to drop off her car and pick up the loaner. When she got to the dealership there was no loaner available. We were later told that the person who had the loaner was supposed to drop it off at 5PM but never did. Well if he was dropping it off at 5PM, why did the Tech tell my wife to come at 4PM because there obviously wouldnt have been a car available for her to drive. It then took over a week to get time for her to get back over and drop her car off to be repaired. While it was repaired quickly and correctly, it sure left a bad taste in my mouth about trying to get service. I purchased her car from the dealership and it has been the only place it has been worked on or serviced. If things dont change, that may not stay the case.

Had my truck in for a squeeling noise.possibly a belt. They replaced 2 hoses that they said were leaking even though I had no oil spots on driveway and the serpentine belt. They also ordered a wire harness to fix a tail light out. The squeeling problem was not repaired. When the harness came in They charged another 160 dollars and said I wasnt charged properly the first time. So it ended up costing over 500 dollars to repair 1 tail light. Not very happy

I asked them to check the back up camera and all they said was they didnt see anything wrong with it. I dont believe they checked it because I asked the previous time. the camera has a certain view when backing up and will randomly change when backing up. also I asked for them to wash my truck while it was there. the guy said sure. they didnt there was dirt everywhere on the truck.

I have always owned Ford vehicles. My Expedition was coming off lease and unfortunately for the second time in 3 years I was having a horrible experience with the salesman. I drove by Gurley Leep on my way to work and a Yukon caught my eye. My husband and I decided to go for a test drive. Adam Cizewski met us at our vehicle and from day one working with Adam was the best experience. Hes very personable. Hes not your typical pushy salesman. He was very respectful of the fact that I worked nights so he would communicate mid afternoon. He was quick to respond to questions or concerns and if he didnt know the answer to a question he would find out in a timely manner. Cant say enough good about this experience! You have a gem with Adam and we will definitely look forward to working with him in the future. Thanks and I love my new Yukon!

Repair seems to be done right, but dont trust the shuttle service provided by Uber, after getting pick up delayed for / rejected by uber the service manager provided the shuttle service. There used to be on staff drivers for shuttle service, bring back this service, Uber is not working.

I have a service agreement and we reviewed the coupons that I would be using toward payment.I waited in the service waiting area--everything was set up for our protection--due to the covid 19 crisis. I called when I made my appointment to get my headlight changed to inquire on price. I was placed on hold and told the man was checking with the parts department. He told me it would be $60 which was $15 less than I had been quoted by another place. So I decided to make an appointment to have the bulb changed. Once it was done the invoice I was given said $130. I told the man what I was told on the phone and he didnt understand why I was told $60. He managed to give me the price of $80. I am very disappointed that I had to pay more than anticipated. I dont think I will be back when I need another repair because everyone is not on the same page with costs.

The service itself was good, I left my car there and in a reasonable amount of time, the car was ready. The HUGE problem that I have is that NOT a single ONE of the employees that I saw was wearing a mask and only like half of the costumers were wearing one. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and I happen to be in regular contact with people that are immunocompromised. I am not willing to risk the lives of my loved ones to get my oil changed. I delivered my keys as far as my arm could reach and I got my keys the same way. If the people that are the face of the dealership are not being careful, what can I expect from anyone else working there? I felt so anxious about this that I drove home wearing a mask just in case there was some lingering breath from whomever drove my car while at the dealership. The GMC website mentions that the company is compliant with CDC regulations and GMC is even manufacturing facemasks, yet not a single one of the employees was wearing a mask nor I saw one (mask) on their person. I love my car and I have so far been very satisfied with everything GMC has done up until that last visit. At the very least, employees that have direct contact with multiple costumers per day MUST be wearing masks and sanitize their hands in between customers.

I always need a loaner car as I understood my Cadillac Purchase would provide at any dealer. After a week of waiting I made other arrangements. I am now waiting for two weeks for a loaner so I can bring in my 2018 Cadillac ATS to repair the phone which is has not worked for at least 3 weeks. I may have to return to Lexus for my 2020s, if this is the level of loaners I am going to receive.

The shop-click -drive online is to bait you into coming to the dealership. First of all, I made an appointment using this program. No one called me. When I showed up, no one was prepared and no one even knew I was coming in. So, of course, I had a bad feeling from the start. Test drove the vehicle, asked for the numbers and they were over $4,000 different. I almost walked. I showed the shop click and drive deal I had printed and was told nobody has EVER brought that in before. The delivery fee and taxes are not included is what I was told. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I only ended up purchasing because it was the only place within a reasonable driving distance that had the vehicle the way I wanted it. Just a simple inquiry online at other dealerships and they are ready to roll out the red carpet for me. With such an large purchase, this is what I would expect, but here I was just another up.

I was going to be in the showroom looking at another vehicle and the service department was able to squeeze me in so I didnt have to make another special trip for an oil change on another vehicle. My car was finished on time and was washed and ready to go when I was done on the showroom. The service agent even brought the keys and paperwork to the showroom so I wouldnt have to go through the trouble later on. Good job!

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they scheduled my appt for noon which this time slot was available online and when I get there they tell me they cannot get to my vehicle until 1pm. So the vehicle sat there for an hour before being serviced. Lunch times should be staggered and not everyone should go to lunch at once. That would be great customer service. I work in a profession where the customer comes first despite breaks. Also, need hours on weekends for working people that cannot always get there during the week. I am not sure if this location has weekend hours or not.

I scheduled an appointment, took it in a day early so there would be no issues. 2 days after my appointment date I called since it should not have taken long for the service item I brought the vehicle in for. They could not find record of my appointment, my truck or anything about it.The service writer I spoke to called me back after doing some leg work. He informed me my truck was in the parking lot and no one had touched it. They lost all info on the truck. Luck they didnt loose the truck as well.Very discomforting experience with this company and not the first bad experience. I purchased a new GMC Sierra from them, $55,000.00 dollar truck. I found out a year later that it had been wrecked and they never informed me. They said if it was not over $5,000.00 they did not have to notify my before purchasing. Who knows how much damage it really was since they did the repairs and would not share any of the paper work on it after the fact. Even if they would have how can you trust them.

I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. My Acadia has less than 26,000 miles on it and I was told I needed brake pads and rotors, both front and rear. I declined the service for brakes. My husband took ourAcadia into Zolman that very same day. He was told the brake pads are a little worn but do not need replacement at this time. The rotors are fine.I was also astonished to discover you have no record of the extended warranty we purchsed from you for $2,600.My Acadia had several greasy fingerprint marks on it left there by the mechanic that worked on our vehicle. There was no car wash performed either.

Went in to try to buy a truck. Combined my wife and I make over $117000 a year with paycheck stubs for proof of income. We own 2 brand new dodge chargers, and an older truck we want to upgrade. We were told in order to trade in our current truck and get a new one we would need a cosigner. Whaaaaaat? Easy to see they dont want your business here. Take it to Michiana Chrysler, theyll actually make it happen.

I bought a used Cadillac, at the time the car only came with 1-set of keys, and I was told by the salesman that he would order another set and have them shipped to me. The key NEVER came. Only did I realize this at a much later date when I locked my keys in my car that I never got that second set as promised. I called into the dealership and was told unfortunately they cant do anything about it because its after 30-days, and the salesman at the time should of taken care of it. I asked if they sold used Cadillacs with only 1 set of keys, and was told No. If this is the type of friendly family oriented car business this place promotes then all Americans should be deeply sadden by this and refuse to purchase cars from this public disgrace. A previous occasion I went into have my car serviced and was given a quote of $1,250. I went else where and ended up paying $325. This place is filled with crooks and thieves that have no respect or honor for their customers. The people who are responsible for such poor customer service I wouldnt give a loaf of bread to if they were starving.
