I stopped in at DriveTime just to see what options I had for trading in my vehicle. Brian initially helped me and was awesome, very tentative, and not pushy at all. Unfortunately I could not purchase th car the same day and they made it super easy to reserve. I came back the next day and Greg completed our transaction super quick. I will be a returning customer. I call drive time to see when the open and closed very good at telling me the times. I have I asked if my son can be in the vehicle with me to test drive I got told yes. So my son 2 went with me and he help me pick out my SUV. I meet Joe at the doors. Joe, he listened to what I was looking for and showed me all of the vehicle. Any questions I had or still have I can call and take to him about. With only having my SUV for 2 day I love my SUV. And I would recommend to go to drive time.

I found the car shopping experience quite easy with Drive Time, even though the car that I had reserved was not in the lot when I arrived for my appointment. Nevertheless, I picked out a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta, which I was initially skeptical Scott, but after carefully examining consumer reviews, I found myself attracted to my selection even more. The car has only 32,000 miles on it and is still under manufacturer warranty, not to mention the dealers warranty that comes with the purchase. I am hesitant to give a 5 star review since I’ve only had the car for a day and I’m waiting to see if I remain satisfied over time. I felt like the staff were professional and willing to answer whatever questions I had. This would be a first of Drive Time proves to be a trustworthy buy here pay here dealership unlike the others that I have experienced.

From the moment we walked in this place every single person was great I’ve never had better costumer service. The fact that they close at 6pm and they all welcomed us in at 6:05 with 2 couples before us and stayed hrs past Closing selling us our new car I’ve had past experiences after we bought the car they rushed us out as quick as possible these guys were great and the entire time was about making sure we understood and got the best for us and the whole place works great as a team to get you out the door in a new car the process is pretty quick too. I absolutely hate buying cars!.. That is until I saw a Drive Time commercial during this covid mess. I decided, What the heck Let me look into this. I applied online and was approved. They followed up with a phone call and told me what documents to bring with me. Im still thinking, yeah ok,well see. The prices were up front and online. Showed many options of very nice vehicles. I actually asked if they use stock pics online. They said nope, they are taken by their inspectors. There were 360° pics, inside and out. I was able to schedule a test drive and walk around of the vehicle. I could not believe how easy they made the purchase. All paperwork was upfront and spelled out. They told me how much I would need down and my rough monthly payment over the phone. So it only took about an hour when I went in to get my car, not 6 hours of being worn down by a sales person and finance manager. They dont work on commission, so youre not paying thousands if $$$$ in commissions while they give the car away to the next guy. Brian who handled my transaction was very pleasant and informative. He was just as happy to help me as I was to be helped. I cant say enough about them. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The process was so smooth that I still smile about my new car a week later. I didnt get buyers remorse. In fact Im just really happy with the quality. They dont take in any vehicles that have been in any kind of reck. They show the history up front. Purchasing at Drive Time is the only way to buy a car. I really cant believe how happy I was with the whole transaction. There are many more qualities that Ill leave for you to discover.
