This is what my 14yr old son wrote about his experience yesterday at the store: I asked a Champs worker about a pair of gym shoes and after coming back from behind the counter, he just walked right pass me and my dad! I asked the two ladies behind the counter and they told me that they had to wait for an email, and she took down just my name.I called the store today and they said that they were sold out!I dont understand! I gave the lady my phone number and she never even called me!I told my parents what happened and how I felt that I was treated differently than everyone else in the store by the workers. I asked my parents, is it because I look or dress a certain way, because I cant understand what I did wrong.I just dont understand why Champs would treat me like this and lie to me! I just wanted my new shoes to start freshmen year of highschool! Just really disappointed because I wanted this school year to be better for me and I wanted to feel more like my classmates, not an outsider again!My Dad told me to stand up and speak up when I feel that something is wrong.Im only 14 years old, but this was one of my first and worst life experiences. Ive worn nothing but Nikes all my life; this is the first time that I question if I want to continue to support.My feelings are hurt and Im less confident in my first day of school and my outfit.I just want to be treated fairly!Regretfully,

Got the cutest pair of Adidas! Very happy with my purchase. The staff was quick to help & ensure my satisfaction. Good selection but lacked in amount of inventory- They didnt have any sizes available in many different items so I had to leave without buying 2 pairs that I really wanted. Also, I liked that they only allow a certain capacity & limited occupancy as they stuck to CDC guidelines.

They have one of my favorite shoe displays but theyre lacking what every other shoe store in the mall is lacking which is variety and sizes and womens clothing...I wish these big chain stores would realize men arent the only ones who like to rock outfits with they sneakers

This place is terrible! Overpriced shoes/merchandise!I Called last night and spoke to Chloe about a possible price match that another competitor had. She had told me that they do a price match and/or beat the competitor so I had came in after work clear across town.Upon arriving I showed the webpage that the competitor had my shoe I was interested in for $63.99 while Champs had it listed for $95. Was going to use a coupon code also for an extra 25% off which was cool, but in order to use the coupon code the order needed to total $99 so I added a 3pk of womens socks that were $13 as I really didnt want to get them, but it was the only thing cheap on their website that would add a few more dollars to what I needed to get the 25% off. Again overpriced! They look at the webpage from the compeitor and tell me they cant price match it or beat it. What a waste of a damn trip! Not to mention if you want free shipping to your house to be free you have to go to their store and order what you want at their location to get it!Overpriced shoes and cmon my shoes costs $95.00 and you want to charge $9 or $10 for shipping? Alot of places has free shipping after spending $49 or more, get with it!!!!! Please no thank you and will take my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!

Champs sports online is the worst ordered a pair of shoes June 27 paid for 3 day shipping still haven’t received them today is July 6 then they tell me orders are backed up if you can’t complete the 3 day shipping why have it and charge people for it

They have unique brand of shoes

Not a ton of variety and some of the prices are steep ($40 for a t-shirt) but its a ok store.

They send me discounts that save hundreds of dollars
