This place was so awesome the two on staff had just locked 🔒the gate and I needed a charger and they were nice enough to let me come in and buy it thanks 😊👍so much will be going back here for sure.

It has games and all that but you really get Very little on trade ins. Despite good condition. Good selection though

They had a pretty decent selection of games in this location, despite the fact that it is a rather small store. The employees were helpful and were able to not only answer all my questions, but help my son find a good deal on the game he was looking for. The only downside is that it was a bit cramped maneuvering around in there with four kids and a stroller.

The gentleman working was awesome he even played around with my 8 year-old son

Oh my! I hate game stop with a passion. Rude, sexist employees. Theyll help my boyfriend before me, even though i came into the store first. Heck theyll help my 4 year old son before a women. Ill never forget the day i was blatantly ignored twice. The first rime i waited at the front desk, the guy didnt even look up or greet me. I said alright, busy, ill come back. Happened again so i said i wouldnt step foot in there again. Do me a favor and go to DISC REPLAY or MEDIA MADHOUSE or even order ONLINE (WALMART/AMAZON). Hope this one goes out of business. They have 2 in similar areas so i really hope they cut loses.

Was very impressed with their service. I had never bought anything at GameStop, and my first experience was awesome! They were helpful and polite, even though they didnt have what I needed and I had to go to another GameStop.

Just your regular game stop, I loved how knowledgeable the staff were at video games, the store was very clean and the lighting is very nice and not to over powering like most game stops

Great place for gamers and collectors alike, the trade in system is a downside, however they have all sorts of games that will bring you hours, or even days of joy.

I went into the gamestop at the mall looking to get one of my controller replaced due to warranty. They couldnt find the proper informarion but helped me out and was very helpful when purchasing more! I left with 3 controllers for xbox one and a headset! Thanks guys!!

Overpriced and small store. Can only fit a few groups of people in here and its full. Staff is friendly and helpful and that is the reason for 3 stars. Half of the used games you can go buy new at another store for less.

The girl who helped us was extremely helpful and patient with my 5 year old asking questions and counting quarters out. Id say 5 stars but man that place needs new carpet, it smells and is extremely gross.

It very small, I know its a small mall store but in a pinch you might score a iteam that might not be at another GameStop store.

Bring in 2 game consoles and 36 games and youll be lucky to be offered something with three digits. Buy the same things you want to sell and you wont EVER get a price close to two digits.
