They are so nice and helpful, I went in the to get some eyeliner for my fiancee and even though I wasnt sure I went with what they suggested and my fiancee loves the eyeliner.

While they did not have in the store what I found on the app I did receive lots of help and found a great replacement!Thanks for the great customer service!

I was the only person in line waiting to pay and left to wait although there were at least two people behind the counter. One of them did tell me that they will be right with me.When I was finally rung up, the cashier could barely deign to speak to me. She was too interested in greeting her coworker who just came in and appeared to be airing her armpits. I hate this store and dread going, but it is the best place to buy many of the products I use.

Daughter asked for the haircut on the left. What she got on the right. $55 later…Left in tears and now my daughter looks like Dora the Explorer.Wow

This is one of the best Ultas I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help if you need it. I enjoyed talking and laughing with the store manager, Kaylee (Kayleigh?), and another staff member, Nick, as they helped me pick out new foundation and the perfect shade of red lipstick for a Taylor swift party I’m going to. The staff here is truly there to help if you’re new to make up or if you’re more experienced. Come here for great customer service and personable people

I wasn’t greeted at all upon entering the store. All of the associates just stared at me while I wandered around the store confused. Two younger girls who were stocking shelves (actually just talking amongst themselves) did not want to be bothered by me when I finally went up and asked if I could get some help. They did not say hello or ask if there was anything I needed. Just cold stares. It was very awkward because one girl was sitting on the ground putting things away and she didn’t even get up when I told her what I was looking for. Luckily a few moments into the awkwardness, a manager stepped in and helped me and that’s the only reason I’m not giving 1 star.

Went here to pickup two things for my wife. Found an employee who was having a good time laughing and talking with a female guest. I waited to let them finish for me to come up to her and ask to help me with something. She wasnt very friendly to me. I told her I found the location of the product and there wasnt any on the shelf and asked her if she had any. She said no there isnt any because she already stocked that line. So I went out to my car and ordered for pickup on their website. Same product she claimed was out of stock. It was ready for pickup after a couple hours of her having to find it. I feel like if I were a woman, more effort wouldve been put in from the start.

Today I went in looking for a shampoo not any specific brand, I had one lady helping me she wasnt positive on which one so she asked help from another employee and the second employee was extremely rude and criticizing my routine habits. I understand it is not good to wash my hair everyday, but with my hair type I dont have any other choices. Also the first employee and I were able to find a shampoo that worked for me I just would preferred the second employee to not be rude and judgmental.

I had lots of help! I was starting from scratch, throwing all my old cosmetics away. Never been in a nice cosmetic store. Always bought department store brands (cheap stuff) when my eyes became irritated and red after applying my makeup on the daily. Im so amazed with the quality difference. I chose It brand and Bare Minerals. Large selection of hair products too... that will be my next investment. My new favorite store for me stuff ❤

I got my hair fully highlighted after box-dying it a color I didn’t like. The salon manager, Jolene, did a BRILLIANT job and achieved the look I was looking for! I have never been so happy with my hair. She pointed me towards which products will heal my hair and keep it looking great. I definitely recommend going to the salon at Mishawaka Ulta!

My sister and I had our makeup done for a family wedding; overall the service was great! I really want to thank Jennifer and Lee at the MAC counter for doing a fabulous job on our makeup. We received many compliments! I would highly recommend these two ladies! Very professional and friendly!

I absolutely love this store. Pleasant and very helpful staff. I always feel very cared for, never judged. Robin is amazing no matter what questions I ask. She gives me great advice. Debbie is a great listener too! She also gives me great suggestions of which product to use for my individual needs.

So many different brands and items to choose from. I came here to surprise my wife with new makeup, boy was i lost the moment i walked in being i dont wear makeup of course. The wonderful staff helped me out without rushing me or anything. Hopefully my wife likes the things i picked out, if not she could exchange or return with no problem at all. I will return for more future surprises. Stocking up that makeup drawer with new makeup. Out with the old, in with the new.

I prefer Ulta over Sephora. It helps that Ulta is no longer attached to the mall. I do not have to fight traffic in order to get what I need. Further, the sales are just so much better. Points are easier to rack up and the staff is always so willing to help and even ask for help.

Went to Ulta for the first time today to get my haircut, medium Bob that I’ve been wanting to get done for a long time. Its hard to cut my hair because it’s so curly! Jacob a stylist in the salon did a wonderful job! I highly recommend him he’s a skilled artist!!

I love this Ulta location! I’ve gotten hair cuts from Jacob and they’ve been perfect! He certainly has natural born talent, not to mention he’s really friendly and knowledgeable.

By far the worst customer service in Michiana. The people that work there are rude and ignorant. And the salon.... you will receive better service from students going to beauty school. They have no idea how to effectively run a salon or do hair for that matter. I would not recommend this Ulta to my worst enemy.

Can always find what you need. Prices are high. Have yet to get asked if I would like a small make over or to show how to use a product like they announce. Order online. Sometimes cheaper and better savings.

This is a very nice, clean Ulta store. The associates are always very helpful and pleasant. The only downfall is they dont carry as much product as the other stores Ive been to (coming from Chicagoland area).

Ive been shopping here for a while and have never had an issue. Today, however, I went in with a friend ready to buy a few things. As we walked in all of the employees were standing in the front of the store and as we made our way to the ulta brand make-up, my friend heard an employee ask if we even had any money. We were also followed around the store and when we made our way around to the other side of the store (going no where near the checkout line) we were rudely asked if we were ready to check out.I think Ill stick to buying online.

Great discounts for drugstore things if you know how to use them correctly.HOWEVER...I’ve always found the customer service to be a hit or a miss. Sometimes I will ask for help and they will be so kind and informative, and other times...I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like tonight just kind of pushed me to share the experience.Everything was going fine, but then I got to check out. Firstly, the cashier didn’t greet me or smile or anything. That’s alright, we all have subpar days. But then I asked a question regarding one of the products. You see, it said that the majority of skincare was bogo 50% off. The details said that the discount doesn’t apply to clearance or skincare sets.I had grabbed a toner as well as a cute headband from a popular skincare brand, assuming that it would be 50% off since it was from a skincare brand and in the skincare section. I can understand the confusion, and I wasn’t making a big deal out of it or anything, but the girl was extremely rude and degrading. Instead of seeing why I was confused and kindly informing me that the bogo didn’t apply to accessories, she made no effort to see what was going on and stared me down. I became embarrassed and started stuttering as I tried to explain myself, and she just gave a frustrated sigh and said “I have no clue what you are talking about, try again”It’s just sad that I felt so disrespected just for asking for some clarification. I ended up just saying that it was fine and didn’t matter, because she made it seem like I was just wasting her time. I pulled out my phone and said that I also had a coupon for $3.50 off, and she gave a big huff as she scanned it, like I was the most inconvenient customer in the world. Then it was just complete and utter silence until she gave me my receipt and just said “bye”Look, I get it, I work in retail. I get that we have bad days. But that was honestly some of the WORST customer service that I’ve gotten. I don’t want to come into a store where I don’t feel welcome just for asking questions. It’s sad, too, because I like the discounts. But I’d rather just go to target than deal with that again.

Very rude staff member. She was in a hurry to close the store tonight, and was very pushy letting us know they close in two minutes! I also watched her ring someone up, and did not offer them a bag. The customer had to ask her for a bag, so she slammed one down on the counter and didnt bother to help the customer bag up her purchase. This woman should not be in customer service, not a nice person.

Terrible customer service, when asked if we needed anything and did, she left to go get from the back a product that wasn’t on the shelves yet, but she then decided to tend to the customers right behind us and asked if they needed help and proceeded to help them for the next five minutes instead. This is why I prefer Sephora and the drugstore. I will not be shopping here again.

These people don’t know the first thing about running a salon or a retail business. This salon is beyond horrendous. The stylists cannot even to a proper blowout. A blowout, they cannot handle something that basic. The management doesn’t care either, they just make excuses. Everybody in this store needs customer service 101. Seriously though, you are setting yourself up for disappointment with this salon and wasting your hard earned money. If you need the products, you are better off ordering them online, this store is not well stocked either. So disappointed in my experience here.

I absolutely love Ulta! The staff is just amazing and very helpful. I’ve been going to Jacob for almost a year (Or close to it) for my brows and hair and he has saved it. My hair feels like hair again and my brows are always on point. If I had to choose between Sephora and Ulta it’s ulta all the way. Much more inviting and the layout and bright welcoming lights make my day

Worst experience! My hair dresser sent me here to buy a shampoo/conditioner for my recently blonde dyed hair, as I walked in one of the girls kindly greeted me. As I’m walking around the make up side just browsing around another lady employee approached the same aisle I was in, never said a word to me witch is fine but then I noticed she was following me around, I even purposely went on the opposite side of the store and there she is. So I said screw it im just going to look for the shampoo and leave. Now I know nothing about hair products so I couldn’t find what my hair dresser sent me for and she wasn’t responding to my text. So I go to ask a gentleman at the salon side for a quicker buy as I already wanted to leave. He already looks bothered by me approaching him, once I asked him where the product was he just pointed at the wall and said there’s a sign right there that says the product you’re looking for so it’s on the wall...Alright, whatever. I grab my product go to check out and there’s 2 ladies having a conversation, one of them makes eye contact with me continuing the conversation, after about 2 minutes she goes “hang on let me check her out”. I then asked her a quick question about an after care product and what it was actually meant for and she says “idk I’ve never tried it but the description is on the bottle.” I spent a little over $80 but I was actually interested in more products and willing to buy but the over all atmosphere was very rude and unprofessional, just wanted to get my items and leave. Oh, granted the store was empty with 2 clients including myself. 👏🏼

Wouldnt recommend this salon at all. They are extremely expensive and my hair looks terrible. I got a cut, color and highlights and now my hair is breaking off and the cut doesnt blend at all. Definitely the worst (and most expensive) hair appointment ever.

I never leave reviews but i was blown away with my experience at ulta today! all the staff are so kind and offer great advice. christy answered all my questions and helped my find my perfect foundation / shade! she was so kind and patient. i was in the store for several hours today waiting for someone in the salon and she made sure to check on me every now and then to make sure i was still loving the foundation she applied to me (which by the way i am absolutely obsessed). i’ve never had service to this standard! i’m so sad i don’t live in the area and i wish i could come back to this location more often!!

I’ve been going to ulta for almost a year now to get my hair done. Jacob has done a fantastic job each time he’s done my hair. everyone is super friends and help you with whatever you need. i highly recommend asking for Jacob when going into the salon.

I have visited twice now and not one time was I greeted or asked if I needed assistance. The first time I had to wait in line for assistance and the second time I said forget it and walked out. I highly doubt I will be shopping at Ulta ever again, my money will be spent elsewhere. Ulta is over priced, even compared to brand websites.

Do not recommend this Salon whatsoever. They don’t have a clue as to what they are doing and then overcharge you to boot. Attempted to get a round brush blowout and Alexis didn’t have the slightest clue what a round brush blowout consisted of. Then she attempted to fix the frizzy mess she left on my head by curling it all, and then proceeded to charge me an extra $30 for the curling for a total of $70 for the worst blowout of my life. This salon clearly doesn’t have the best stylists. I would stay far away. Ridiculously overpriced for way below average service.

Jacob is THE BEST. I came in with pictures of what I wanted, and not only did he give his honest advice on how to best take care of my hair, but he went above and beyond to make sure my hair coloring was gorgeous and so naturally done. I couldnt ask for a better stylist!

I stopped in the salon for eyebrow waxing the receptionist asked a young lady I assume was the person who performs the service and she immediately says no! There was no line and around 4p on a Saturday. I was asked if I wanted an appointment for Monday? I declined, thanked her and left. Very rude and unprofessional salon staff.

Today i came in looking for some hair care and i was pleasantly greeted by a nice red headed lady from the mac counter. Then i asked for help for some shampoo and conditioner and Jacob was so helpful and shoed me some living proof shampoo and conditioner, where i learned a lot about that line and their shampoo and conditioner from their phd line repeals dirt and oil! he also introduced me to a wonderful lady Christine who was enthusiastic about her lancome products! and i got matched to the most wonderful foundation and found out they have a skin therapist! i never knew they offered so many services. i would recommend this place to all of my friends! i will return and excited to!

Lied to me several times about having my foundation said that they would email me when my shade was in... never did. After 3 weeks still don’t have my shade.

Every time I had gone into this Ulta, until today, had been a great experience so I am only rating for my unfortunate experience today. Thank you to everyone who had helped me in the past! But today...I went in to find my foundation I had been buying there for months and could not find it. As I was looking around someone came around and asked if I needed help and I said I was looking for the foundation I always use. She asked me if it was liquid and asked if I remembered the brand. I told her it was a powder foundation and I couldnt remember the brand for sure but was almost positive it was Urban Decay to which she responded Urban Decay doesnt carry a powder foundation... and looked at me like I was crazy. I admitted that I could be wrong but thought that was it and I think I heard her say that she didnt know what I was talking about....AND THEN, without trying to help me find what I was looking for or at least giving me some other options if it was true they didnt carry it, she just walked away and went off to talk to a co worker in another area of the store....I continued to walk around not knowing what to do and without finding what I needed. I was very dissapointed and upset and my husband calmed me down and told me to order it when I got home once I knew for sure what it was so we left without buying anything.The moment we returned home I checked the brand and INDEED it is urban Decay.So not only was this co worker rude and not helpful, she was wrong.I hope she was able to help others today but I left feeling very upset and dissapointed. Hopefully I was the only one she upset today because overal, I love this store.

Today i went to ulta beauty and as soon as i walked in i felt it wasnt right, anyway i proceeded to look for what i needed and every person that worked there just walked pass or ignored me being there. i didnt get any help and finally after being there for at least 20 minutes i had to find help. with that said they have no one to help or to help African American women. SAD. they dont know how to start helping us. i will never fo back to ulta beauty the dont know how to help us. nor do they have African American or latinos working to help us.... bad business

Went for my wedding makeup with 3 other ladies. I looked like a ghost, my MOHs looked a little better but not much and the other 2 ladies didnt like theres either. Didnt have time to have the girl redo it so we all redid our own at home. Was very disappointed!
