Very unfriendly, at first downright rude. I was very disappointed, because I went out of my way to find a local place to make my purchase, rather than on line. We were wearing masks, none of them were. I hope that isnt the reason for their hostility, but I suspect it was.The product they sold me was not packaged for retail sale; it was lube for a treadmill, so I think it was likely the starter sample they send with a new treadmill, and they simply sold me that from their display model. I wouldnt have minded if they hadnt charged me $22 for it. I paid it, since I had come such a long way and didnt want to have to wait even longer to then order it online, but I can promise I wont go there again.The lube, by the way, did not help, but Ill be seeking further maintenance/replacement recommendations elsewhere.

I have nothing but good things to say. My friend showed me this place and I go here any time I need anything. There’s a massive selection of protein snacks and supplements and the guy who runs the place is one of the nicest dudes you’ll ever meet.I don’t buy any training gear, but I know there’s a really good selection of just about anything you’d want or need. I highly recommend One On One Fitness for anyone looking for anything fitness related, especially the protein snacks and supplements.

Amazing little store that can get EVERYTHING! The store is packed with supplements and equipment with great prices, and if you dont see it John can get it! John is the perfect salesman, not pushy and has all the knowledge and answers you need! I highly recommend stopping here before you go to any box store or other chain fitness store, you wont be disappointed!

Employees ignored the phone, when I got there the employees were sitting with their feet up on their phones. I had to greet them. Boxes of product were everywhere and the store was a mess. Inventory was low. Employee couldnt care less to help me. No masks were worn.

We purchased an elliptical there and the manager was very friendly and helpful. They delivered it and set it up which made it nice. I had trouble getting the heart rate monitor to work and they had a new one sent to me. They had a decent variety and excellent customer service. Would recommend.
