Update:. I recently posted dissatisfaction with repairs done on my John Deere tractor by GreenMark.Upon learning of the problem, GreenMark picked up my tractor, accomplished an outstanding repair and returned my tractor,. All at NO CHARGE to me.Thats what I call OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I retract my earlier remarks. I will say Green mark corp got a hold of me first thing this morning and I talked to Bill Neely. Nice guy and was very forthright which is all I wanted earlier--a fair shake. Ill be working with Bill to see what we can do.However, I still think the Mishawaka GreenMark/Old Gilsingers needs some help. I would highly suggest the drive to Union and avoid Mishawaka/Elm Rd branch all together.

Ive visited Mishawaka Greenmark three times trying to buy a new compact tractor. The sales man has made no effort to sell me the tractor. Promised to call me nothing. Was on the phone second time and blew me off. Called and left message for him nothing. May I suggest go to Riggs up the road and buy a kubota like I did. Ridiculous !!!!!!!!!

I purchased a Honda lawnmower from Greenmark, after taking it home it would not stay running. I returned the mower to Greenmark and spoke with the Service Mgr Mike Moorman who immediately assessed the problem and remedied it. Thank you Mr Moorman for your quick responsive service.
