Great the deli guy ty was very helpful, respectful with what I I ordering. Martins has always been a great place to shop and grab a thing or two. This is why we keep goinh back becak they see all suck friendly people.

Usually know what to shop for, though Martins staff help me in finding things. When I get home its the usual, did you get this...my response what for?? Write it down so I know. Usually after shopping I cant find the snacks I picked up. I go to the living room and computer room. That is where I find my snacks, empty bag of course and no one will fess up to it. Time to buy some locks or mark the bags.

I will never buy a panini from Martins again. I should have taken a picture. Sandwich had 1 or 2 thin slices of meat a little cheese and was pressed so hard the machine left deep grooves in the bread. Not worth 6 dollars.

Dairy is not handled well in this store. Its not uncommon to buy yogurt or milk and find them already expired when you open them (despite being days before the sell-by date). Cant say the cause for certain, but I suspect when stock is unloaded in the back, its left unrefrigerated too long before being placed in the displayed/storage and re-refrigerated. On multiple occasions Ive pulled dairy items from the displays and found them to be warm (despite the display being cold).Stock shortages feel pretty common as well. Seems like over a third of my visits, something I need to buy is completely sold out.Meat prices seem to be better than Kroger.Staff is polite.

Still a great place for personal service. Especially like check out.. Cashier brakes items out of the cartThey are bagged by like itemsPuck up is always offered.

Usually helpful employees. A great deli with lots of options for times you need a side dish or cannot cook. I wouldnt recommend their red pickled eggs but the rotisserie chicken salad is amazing, especially when put on their croissants. Great selection of deserts, doughnuts, and pastries.

Always has the freshest best tasting meat. Theyre the only Martins that I can find my dogs favorite treat. The Simply sliced chicken by Nudges. Lady loves them and theyre not made with fillers.

I stopped at the Starbucks inside the Martins. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. I was able to load my Starbucks card and use it. I was told you can earn stars there, just not redeem them. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and they had no problem doing a pour over. There was also a small cafe area that had a few outlets. And Martins has free wifi.

Prices are bit high but I do enjoy some of the selections

I love shopping at Martins but I wish the some of the employees that bags our grocery would be more considerate not smashing or tossing all my soft food and can food together. Ive had my soft green onions and cilantro smashed under a pile of my canned food. I spent close $170 about 30 minutes ago to come home to open up my food all smashed up and bags torn from being overpiled. I wish I shouldve taken photos but instead I came out where the shopping cart area inside and fixed up my own groceries before it got worse. Overall it was alright. People were friendly, just not careful enough with my items. I would still shop there because its close by and great food and produce.

A person can usually find anything theyre looking for here. The floor design leads you like cattle through the entire store so you dont miss anything. Luckily all my needs are in and near the Side Door Deli entrance and I can avoid the ten minute walk through the store.

Though the majority of stores in the Martins family have wonderful customer service, I have to say that this store is my favorite one to go to. Because its so close to home, Im there more frequently, so Ive gotten to know faces over time. I love how the deli folks know how I like to have my ham sliced! Might be a weird thing, but thats a big A+ in my book for customer service! Im also very thankful for the new self service checkout lanes! No more waiting in long lines when I have a hangry child with me! Thank you for all you do, Bittersweet Martins crew!

This is a great store. Helpful and friendly staff. Store clean. Sometimes hard to find what Im looking for because some items are separated from other related items. I am learning where to look.

This particular Martins store has slipped.Many staple items may or may not be available on any given day.Customer service certainly isnt what it was before the buyout.Could easily slip to 3 stars.

Hire some people to open up more than 2 lanes. Since Martins sold out its been downhill. The addition of the self checkout is a joke. Half the time every person using them is waiting on some kind of employee assistance to complete a transaction, meanwhile the 2 of about 8 lanes open have several people lined up. Martins has become just a slightly less trashy Walmart

Have always used groceries to go and have had a couple mishaps I the past but today was it... placed an order and whomever was pulling the order substituted some items which is totally fine...however didnt for other items...and also gave items other then what was requested.... paying for this service also you should make sure who ever is doing it takes the time and actually wants to do it... extremely disappointed in Martins on Bittersweet Groceries to go

I understand that we are in a pandemic, but I feel like this Martins location is on a quality decline. Shelves are not well stocked, lots of items missing. I am not a fan of their Our Family brand, so I want other options. Meijer is right around the corner from me, but I always loved the Martins store. I feel like I may be forced to go elsewhere.

Martins has now taken it upon itself to call the police on paying customers for not wearing a mask. They do not ask you if you have a medical reason, or even to leave the store, no instead they are saying put on a mask or we will call the police. This is absolutely abhorrent behavior. My family will never shop at Martins again.

The people that work at this Martins on Bittersweet Road in Mishawaka Indiana they are so helpful and also polite they also greet you at the door with a Good warm Welcome and also I like when they bag your groceries like the old fashion way and neat way not smashing anything else I like this I may start shop here more offen and also gives the cashier time to pay attention on the items instead rushing your things threw so this deli they have here at Martins Market its oit of site oh yeah I love this place thanks again .

Great local supermarket! Deli has lots of fresh dishes, hot and cold. Prices tend to be a bit higher than big box stores but love shopping local.

My favorite place to get groceries. Clean and friendly associates. Considering the virus situation, I can still find my items I am looking for.

I am so sad the new ownership has chosen to stop training their teen employees as to the ins and outs of customer service. Martins, in my opinion, in the past was one of the best jobs for a teenager as they held high expectations, and created good employees through training. Bummer....one more reason your not my Martins anymore.

Martins is the best for produce and meat. You have to be a careful shopped to get some of the best prices. The deli is great. I personally love the sandwiches. The selection is good for a smaller local chain. The store is always clean, well lit, and a pleasant shopping experience. But seriously if you want to grab a bite to eat enjoy the side door deli. Plenty of room to sit down and enjoy a quick meal. Lunch or dinner its worth the stop.

I have always been a fan of Martins although there a little on the pricey side its well worth the extra $$ to know you will always be treated with the up most respect by all of the employees. I had the worst dried up chicken Ive ever had from Martins Im extremely disappointed I drove that far from home and waste my time and money. Just how long was that chicken under the lamp ohh well never again!

Upscale grocery location with departments in-store. Customers could while away an hour or more within the confines of the store, visit Starbucks, and even enjoy lunch at the well-stocked salad bar. Impressive location.

Customer service is always great at Martins but I dont always shop there because of your Click and Save. Just because Im able to install it doesnt mean others can or will. Ive been told the Front Desk will help those who need it but my mother,and others like her, do not have phones capable of doing that and if she did would be too embarrassed to ask. What about the handicapped? Mentally challenged? Offer your sales to all or not at all!!

Friendly staff. Fresh produce. Always easy to find what I need or someone is available when I cant. Great job for teens. They are flexible with schedules due to school/activities and even allow you to work on college breaks.

Martins is always clean, good value, friendly and convenient. Been shopping Martins many years and highly recomend them. Their Deli foods are great and a huge variety to choose from depending which store you visit.

Little more expensive than Walmart but a better atmosphere little bit better of a shopping experience
