Ive had work done there recently. A new tire and just last week a new crankcase, carb adj. It wouldnt start at all.Action Cycle picked my moped up and fixed it quick.It runs like brand new.Very happy with and highly recommend Action Cycle

My dad brought his mini motorcycle here about two months ago for a tire replacement, YES ONE TIRE!! He called frequently to get an update as they state on their Facebook page that most of their services take “one day”... he got tired of the run around lies & went to pick the bike up today. No apologies, no explanations as to why. If you’re a company that treats customers this way, you need to remove your “excellent customer service” quote on FB. No wonder there is no option to leave a review on their FB page. Terrible service, lies upon lies. PLEASE take your business elsewhere!!

Brought my moped here multiple times. The owner is very honest and fair. I brought my moped back from getting fixed when the carb was still not working properly. They fixed that and gave me a full refund for the repair costs. Good honest business. Will be going again in the future.

The manager here was super nice and helpful. They got me right in for service work and seemed competent on what they were doing. I could tell she was truly concerned for her customers. She wouldnt let me leave my bike outside after they closed and told me shed even stay late so I could pick up after work!

I rate many local businesses on Google for the public to take note. I try to be fair and look at the owners replies to reviews, weather the issues were resolved, and if or how the customer changes their review of the business. It is unfortunate that the owner of Action Cycle will reply to all negative feedback, or poor reviews about poor workmanship, or customer relations, with three responses. Either they are just parroting off other peoples reviews as they put it, like everyone is somehow ganging up on them online (little paranoid are we), or it wasnt Action Cycles fault they seem to deny any wrong doing, or you havent been here. All businesses make mistakes no one is perfect, the ones that own up to mistakes and work with customers are the ones that get return business. Id like to explain to Action Cycle that you dont have to visit a business to know how they operate. THATS WHY WE HAVE REVIEWS. Good businesses will seek to reach out to customers and resolve any issues before they become issues, or they get bad reviews online, and in their line of work possibly kill a biker, this business seems to accuse the customer and deny any wrong doing. This review will probably be dismissed by ownership of Action Cycle as another parrot review (WHICH IT ISNT), or you havent been here which I dont have to be to know how I will be treated. If you ride motorcycles, definitely do not go here. If you can get in to have work done and something happens it will be your fault not theirs and you will not be compensated, youve been warned. Sorry Action Cycle for the poor review I call it like I see it, and I hope you take this review as an opportunity to turn it around.

Got a moped from action cycle and I was very pleased and impressed with not just the quality and look of the bike, but the level of awesome customer service I received. The owner is awesome and made sure I knew everything to do to keep the bike in good running order. I would definitely recommend coming here for anything, you will be taken care of!!

Tire was fixed, great prices, great time, especially given how busy it was today.

Had the tube on my bike changed out twice at action cycle still going flat after spending almost 100 dollars on two tubes. It also took two days each time cos there was no mechanic there. I hear well it didnt go down in the first day so its nothing we did Ill never spend my money there ever again and I will discourage and of my other biker friends to go there either. Reply You NEVER put a tire on my bike it was 2 days both times with both tubes you never even looked at it after the second time. It was just a I dont think it the tube response people dont parrot me I dont control other peoples reviews of your business maybe you should gurantee your work or be more willing to be reviewed honestly by your business performance which is poor at best very disappointed

Specifically called before hand to ask if they could repair my vintage moped and the women that answered said they could and it was 70 dollars an hour and they were the best I load it up get it there and they dont work on that one type wouldnt even look at it . Not only was it a huge waste of time but the lady was kinda rude and acted like I should already know they dont work on that one type I wouldnt even bother with this place.

My buddy told me he took his bike there twice got a flat both times last time was just a few days later and they wouldnt help him said it was his fault or something he did without even looking at it the second time, he was pissed told me he was out like 100 bucks he didnt have to start with and was stranded this dude rides all the time definitely wouldnt go here.

Took my bike here to get a new rear tire on it (tubeless). I was given a good deal on the new tire and I ended up being charged a lower price on the service itself as my Buell had a different construction than expected, making the tire swap process more labor intensive. Since I was quoted the lower price thats all I was charged for, and I was grateful for that.My only complaint about my experience is that I was told it would take just a single day to get the work done, so I rode the bike across town and dropped it off in the morning before I went to work (I work near the shop), expecting to pick it up after work and be able to ride it home. After work I walked to the shop and was told the mechanic wasnt in that day and I would have to wait until tomorrow, so I was essentially stranded. I could have probably taken the bike back home and brought it again the next morning but the back tire was pretty bald and as a new rider I thought that was risky. Luckily I set up a ride home with my brother, a ride to work the next day with a friend, and the I was able to get the bike the next day, but I just wish I would have gotten a phone call on that first day letting me know that things werent going to plan. Instead I had to actually show up to find out.I was told the mechanic was out b/c his daughter was in the ER and the mechanic is the owners son, so if thats all true I cant really be upset, these things happen, again I just wish I had gotten a phone call informing me of the circumstances a bit sooner.Regardless I feel I got good service, the owner was such a sweetheart, and I will definitely go back here next time I need something done on by bike that I cant do on my own.

This is probably the worst place you can take your moped for repairs they have horrible service they are rude and they are thieves for your money I brought my moped in for trouble starting and stalling paid a lot of money for it to work properly it started for 1 day but would continue to stall now it doesnt start at all it actually ran and started better before I even brought it to them so please save your time money and a big headache and go somewhere else to have this done right they talk about excellent customer service and thats not the case at all the lady behind the counter is extremely rude and when I tried to explain to her what had happened in the calmest and most professional manner she simple said not our problem and hung up on me take this review into great consideration I will never have me or my family or friends and I hope whoever else doesnt come to this place its time to shut this scammer business down thank you.

Better prices and service at North end.$92 just to MOUNT a used tire that I brought in. And didnt even tell me the price until the work was done. Horrible service, they definitely lost all of my business.

What is troubling is the negative reviews are all from non-customers. That makes absolutely no sense.As a customer of this shop; and as a woman, I have never been treated more fair or better anywhere else-pertaining to bikes or scooters . Laura and her boys have trrated me with respect and kindness and have taken the time to educate me. I would send anyone to her shop- she holds her customers safety and well being at the top of her list. However, customers choose how they want their bikes and scooters fixed. If you choose a used tire- on a scooter, bike or vehicle- you take a chance yourself. Blaming the shop that mounted your used tire A WEEK LATER- is ridiculous .You shouldnt rate a shop or business in google unless you have been a customer yourself. Victims of life will be victims everywhere they go. When purchasing used ANYTHING it is hit or miss .You get what you get and most intelligent people know that when they take the risk....tires, car parts, bike parts, vehicles in general- doesnt take a rocket scientist to know and understand that very real fact......I highly recommend Action Cycle. Laura and her boys Will treat you with respect and carry on the legacy her father left. Dont believe the bs or negativity. Truly some people are just jealous internet trolls .

I will never buy from her again first of all she’s so rude and she does not care about her customers I bought 2 brand new mopeds from there for them not to work fist day both Gas pumps broke and told her about them and she supposedly fixed it and it broke again and then the other one the Carburetor messed up on the 2nd day and she would not fix it so now I have 2 bikes at less then 200 miles on them and she won’t fix them but yet she was all about the money when I went up there and spent more then 2500 cash in her store ! BAD BUSINESS AND BAD SERVICE, RUDE OWNER !!

They over charge and blame customers for their own shoddy work. All of my biker friends warn not to go here, very bad work, gonna cause someone a wreck if they havent already.

The technicians purely don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Including the owner, she’s clueless, and a liar. Wouldn’t recommend if this was the last place on the planet.

Very poor service. Two employees were very rude and the service was awful. Item I purchased was defective, obviously from the manufacturer. Bad zipper but they blamed it on me. I took it back the very next day and they wouldnt exchange it or refund it. Do not go here! I agree with the above, Baird is much better in every aspect.

I have been going to Action Cycle for many many many years and have never once had ANY problem with customer service or with the work they do....It is an excellent family owned shop and you get treated like a person not a #.....I HIGHLY reccommend this place to anyone looking to save money and get treated with respect to shop there! The prices are waaaaay cheaper than ANY other motorcycle shop in the area by far......

Made an appointment for a oil change and new head light.Showed up for appointment, left bike, got called when it was ready.Go to pick it up and the headlight isnt changed.They inform me they only do brakes, oil changes and tires.Had they told me they couldnt change a head light I would of never let them touch my bike.My mileage is down nearly 20% so Im going to North End Cycle and having it done right

I picked my scooter up on Sat Nov 4th rode it home and noticed 2 hoses hanging down, called and her son came and fixed it but didnt try to start it. It hasnt started since i got it home and with no way to get it back to them. The scooter has an issue that cant be fixed over the phone or text which she has tried. Plus my schedule hasnt been the best with working 3rds.
