I have never experienced such excellence in customer service before I met Dave.I recently purchased two new refrigerators. One of them was an open-box item, and had a little issue, but Dave has managed my situation so efficiently and effectively! I hope Best Buy highly values his innate abilities to not only get problems solved but also to take care of customers like family. I am unduly impressed!Dave, I really appreciate your professionalism and follow through.
In store experience was good. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. However, upon delivery that all changed. It was raining and instead of using the cleared space in our dry garage to unpack the appliances the installers chose to unpack the washer and dryer in the wet street. In a down pour. They proceeded to use the wet and now dirty (from the asphalt) cardboard boxes on our carpet in order to bring the wet appliances into the house. Our carpet is wet and hopefully not ruined from the street grime. Both appliances were installed wet, and the drawers filled with water. We hope the appliances work.
This is the first time I have written a review and Im happy to say that my experience was fantastic. I would definitely work with Adrian Jimenez again when I need any appliance. We bought a dishwasher and stove. Adrian worked with us to get us the best price and made sure we had all the available rebates. There is only one stove on the market that works for us since we are extremely limited due to past remodeling. Since there were no manufactures rebates available and no price negotiations Adrian helped us out with discounts on the dishwasher and even paid for the dishwasher installation. The dishwasher installer was good and professional, he had a bit of a hard time since the flooring installer tiled in the dishwasher but it worked out. When the installer came with the stove and took a look at the old one he first told me that he couldnt install the new one because the venting was in the wrong place. We looked at it for awhile and tried to figure it out but he left with the stove to return it. Huge disappointment. I called Adrian right away while I was looking up the specs on line. I explained the problem, told him what I was seeing online and he told me to hang on and he would do some research and call the installer. He called me back in a few minutes and explained that they have the same stove there and he took it apart while talking to the installer and they found a way to make it work but I would lose a little cupboard space. I told him to send the installer back when he could fit me in and we would do it. The installer came back that day and Adrian called in the meantime and told me that the installer would probably have to charge me more for extra time and materials but I was to call him and let him know the cost and he would try to help me defray the cost. The installer was professional and really did do everything he could to make it work. He even corrected some bad installation of the old stove. He had to move the gas line (extra charge) and cut through two side cupboards and install all new venting (extra charge). He even sent my husband to Lowes for materials. Well, I have a beautiful new stove that is installed better than the old one. When my husband was paying the installer he gave him the money from the original installation estimate and the two extra charges. The installer said No thats too much, just pay the $150.00 for the extras the original installation charge is covered by Best Buy!!! We paid less for the installation that we were quoted before the upcharges. Adrian also said he would send in all the paperwork for my rebates. Extremely satisfied and will go there first when I need any new appliances. Also no heavy pressure for extended warranties, I was asked once and when I said no that was it.
We picked up a new kitchen sink here with a minimum of fuss. Appreciated the ease of working with staff.
Horrible experience!!! Wanted to buy a Miele dishwasher ($2k)... The guy who helped me looked up the item and said the price was more than they had it marked on the floor. He said he was gonna need a manager to figure it out and manager wasnt there (this was a Saturday afternoon... why is there not a manager??) He said the manager wouldnt be in until Tues and he would call Tues... never got a call... So I called and was told he had just gotten with a customer and would call me back and that the manager was there and was gonna get right on it... never got a call back... called a third time and guess what: no manager again... took my business elsewhere... and big surprise, the price I got for the unit was the same price as pacific sales had marked on their unit... the employee just couldnt look the item up correctly... they care very little about their customers, hire incompetent employees, and never have a manager working!!... Stay away!!
I cancelled my order for steam shower unit within 2-3 days of purchase. 3 weeks later I left a messgae at their Irvine office indicating the new Amex statement still shows the purchase. Only after receiving my messgae I got a call back mentioning that they are waiting on me to give the credit card number to get the refund.When I asked to talk to the manager, rather than transferring, the lady indicated that she needs the information right away otherwise this would further delay getting my refund.
