The mission viejo store has given me Yet endless hassles about replacing the big kahuna beach chair that broke on me and almost stabbed my leg. I liked that I could order online and pick up in store. They only had one person working as a cashier so there were several people in line ahead of me doing returns and buying items. The cashier was quite cheerful in spite of having so many customers. It wasnt a terrible experience but Ive had better wait times at other department stores.

A pleasant experience with helpful staff re products and use of BB&Bs generous coupons. Would have liked a prettier collection of glass cutting boards with ALL the slip dots attached but loads of other cutting boards to choose from.

The manager, Chris, is the worst at this store. This is my second encounter with him. I went in today to pick up a duvet cover set for my mom. I normally go to the Rancho Santa Margarita location but they were sold out of the color I needed. I went into the store and browsed around and found a picture that was in the clearance section with the “spot the dot” sticker. I picked it up and looked for the red tag to estimate how much the item will be. I was unable to find the red tag so I took it with me to the cashier. Keep in mind, the pictures glass was broken at the top and the frame could barely stay on. I got to the register and the price came up to approximately $55. So after the discount it could be $13.75. I told the cashier not to worry about it because it’s going to take some work to make it new again. The cashier insisted I go to customer service to speak with the manager because he could take off more money due to the condition. Went to the customer service and explained the situation that there is no red tag reflecting the lowest price and the picture is in bad condition for $13.75. The manager, Chris, came and told me “the item does not need a red tag.” I advised that all of the clearance spot the dot items have a reduced price tag on them. I asked Chris if he could take off more like the cashier told me to do and he told me no. Mind you this is not my first encounter with Chris. Okay cool. I go to the back of the store and pick up a random item that has a spot the dot price tag and it has a clearance red tag. I take it to the front and told him. Chris goes to the employee room and comes out with a sticker machine. He scans the picture and creates a reg tag that shows it is reduced to $55. I was disgusted. I advised him that was unprofessional and I was trying to get the item off your hands but he was trying to prove a point. I left the store.I’m trying to get back into shopping in the stores but the customer service that Chris displays just makes me want to continue using Amazon.The first situation with Chris was when I wanted to buy my mom a new pots and pan set. I decided that the Calphalon premier set was the best for the type of cooking she does. So the Rancho store didn’t have any in stock but the Mission VIejo store had three. So I took my mom with me and we saw the set in the top shelf. Chris was called over by the front desk and he took it down. The set retailed for $469 but there was a lot of perks. The set came with a $50 gift card and an extra pot plus we were told from the Rancho store that we could use our 20% off coupon as long as it stayed above $299. Perfect! I did the math and told Chris the same thing. Chris shot me down and told my mother and I that it wouldn’t work and don’t try it. Then we explained that we just came from the Rancho store and they said it would. He looked at us and said, “You want to listen to me or not?” We walked away from him and went to the customer service. The lady working that day rung everything up and we got all the perks and the coupon.Someone needs to move Chris to something behind the scenes cause customer service is not for him.I’m happy I decided to keep my Amazon Prime account on cause my patience is thin.

I bought three sets of sheets and comforters for my grandson and granddaughter they were shipped in proper time The third item had missing parts sheets fitted and a pillowcase I called them up told him about the missing parts they confirmed everything 4 days later they still saying they have to get in touch with the vendor whats the big deal ship the parts out that were missing so my grandson doesnt have to sleep on the floor lousy customer service for bed bath & beyond Im glad theyre closing a lot of their stores unless you buy it in the store dont order it very dissatisfied

In my humble opinion the entire store is over priced. I feel like the pricing is, you can but should you, kind of prices. Even on clearance items. I have the money, but are the products really worth $20?

So, I purchased a pot on line. Went in to get it and was not ready. So I just bought another one at the advice of the manager. She assured me the charge would fall off if not picked up that day and my card would see the refund next day. Its been over 72 hrs! The manager pretty much just lied to me!!!

I like bed bath & beyond. They have a wonderful slection of different kinds of things, from household to kitchen to bathroom stuff. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. They are happy to show you where everything is. You can always stop in and find a little gift for someone you are going to visit. I really like this Bed Bath & Beyond. Highly recommend

If I could give a zero I would. One lady by the name of Joey, was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I had a question I needed to ask and right away rolled her eyes at me. She didn’t want to tell me her name and kept telling other people not to tell me her name. Shame on the other employees as well for not sharing her name. She also kept telling other employees about why I wanted to ask her a question and to not “believe” me or acknowledge my question. She is the worst and made my experience here awful, I hope they fire her. Sorry not sorry.

Love this Bed Bath and Beyond store though the location is somewhat obscure from major cross-streets and major retail stores, they always seem to generate plenty of business with plenty of parking spaces. They have almost anything you can think of for the home or small business, or for pets, or personal care for the entire family. They also have available many items that are sold on TV commercials. Their customer service are consistently customer centered, and offer satisfaction guaranteed on every purchase. Whats more sensational, they have have coupons if youre on their mailing list.

Easy in, easy out, not much more I can say.

My sister is a loyal consummate shopper of theirs who enjoys their common and uncommon items in personal goods, home goods, travel accessories, or such items advertised on television. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and what I appreciate most is their return policy is exceptional.

Great product selection and variety. I recommend stockpiling the 20% off one item coupons that you can get in the mail or on their website. You can use as many of those as you want in one purchase. It makes a big difference on price. Their return policy is great. Basically if a product goes bad you can return it anytime which proved very useful with the coffee maker we bought.

Great customer service. Went for a specific vacuum listed in the advertisement. Was not available in the display case. Collin helped me find the only ONE they had in the store. Kept me from having to drive around to other stores. Much appreciated!

Worst location! Worst staff! Lisa is the definition of KAREN. I bought an item from this location which was the LAST one in stock. The box was torn up and smelt terrible, but I decided I really was in need of a pillow and bought it anyway. After taking it home for the night and realized the potential dangers of buying a pillow that might have been returned (because of COVID), I decided to return it. Having no other errands to run beside returning the item, I walked out of my house in PJs so my husband (the miracle he is) offered to go in and return it for me WITH the box and receipt in the SAME condition I bought it. He went to customer service and the lady there named LISA notes that the pillow in the box did not match the one on the box. I had not noticed this, having only noticed the box was torn up & smelt funny, when I brought it home. She then called LP and a manager on him infront of other customers. He had the RECEIPT! It was NOT his fault that the pillow was different than the box, that’s the one they sold me!!!! They practically accused him of stealing and I couldn’t even come in the defend him because we had only one mask and I was in my pjs. Beyond disappointed with the staff and seriously considering filing a complaint to corporate. Will NOT be returning to this location. Felt terrible for my husband having to endure their blatant ignorance and disregard for customer service.

Its been cheaper for me to buy here at this store than Amazon and even other retail giants when I use my 20% off coupon mailers. Theyre offering a 20% off for a lifetime deal for just $30. Its worth it if you shop here a lot and always using up the coupons. Better than the annual amazon membership price and its for a lifetime.

Sandra, the lead supervisor, has also been so helpful and informative. She gives great advice on how to use some of the items weve purchased. Always wears a smile. And shes very patient with the elderly, veterans and disabled. Thanks Sandra for everything, EVERY TIME we come in.

I love this store. I bought $50.00 worth of products and I brought my coupons. Some of the items were on sale without me knowing. At checkout out I paid only $22. 00 with tax! You can say Im happy !

Theres ample parking. Its very clean and organized. Easy to find things, and if you need help theres always someone around. If they are out of an item they will order it for you, and have it sent to your house or you can pick it up at the store.

Either going out of business or they dont want to stock the store, dont waste your time shopping at this location.

This particular store has everything you need for the home. It also carries quite a few personal products,such as shampoos, make-up, and toiletries as well as pet items. If you need help you can always find an employee, and they dont hesitate to open an extra register or two so you can check out quickly.

The Mission Viejo B3 is about as cookie cutter as you get for the chain. There is a huge selection of items you never know you needed that somehow seemed all crammed in. I would take away a star since they no longer have the demonstration massage chairs, but give it right back for allowing me to use my 5,132 20% off coupons each time. Now I just need to remember I didnt need that thing I bought before I walked in.

I was unable to locate what I was looking for in the store so I went to the online desk and the young man looked up the information I was looking for online and said oh we have that in the store and quickly went and fetched the two items for me and brought them back to me. Was great efficient fast service. A very nice experience. Also I noticed the smell in the store was not there like in the past. In the past its always been a very very very strong perfume smell from room deodorizers. Due to my allergies it was very difficult for me to be in your store for more than a minute and my allergies would start in and I would have to leave as soon as possible and not be able to really look around. I hope you continue not to have that room deodorizer. This was at the Rancho Santa Margarita store in California.

I was just over here to return an item which I purchased, and was described as “metallic”. The item was brown plastic and not metallic. I paid $4.99 for the product and did not realize that the shipping cost was $5.99. So the kid there tells me that they would not cover the cost of shipping also. I really felt ripped off because BBB did not deliver the item as described. BBB should be accountable for this error in description and take the measures to make things right and cover the extra cost which I had paid.
