Can’t say enough good things about the geek squad at this location. Noah, in particular, always takes his time to be thorough, courteous, professional and honor the client’s trust and time. He is set apart from the typical IT person one might think of. I observe how gracious he is with every type of client, including me, when on a couple occasions I was really frustrated. Diego, Cole, Noah and Kobe take their roles seriously and close each loop efficiently and effectively. I highly recommend their total tech services. But if nothing else you can rely on them and for me that’s an assurance that I wanted to share. Customer service is still alive with this team of gentlemen.
Went in the store, looking for a specific product. One of the blue shirts 👕 here was quick to assist. Unfortunately, what I had wasnt available in the store (highly recommend checking online first), so I continued to window shop. In almost every new section I went to, a blue shirt 👕 asked if I needed help with anything. Talking with a few of them made me realize that this location was one of the best Best Buys Ive ever been to. All the employees here were very knowledgeable on what the current trend of products were, whats popular, what isnt, while not giving me that sales pitch vibe. I ended up not buying anything, but left with a much better outlook on what current tech is available now. 5🌟 for Customer Service.

Geek squad fixed my computer in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the service. Prices were reasonable as well. Signed up for the yearly service, worth it especially if you have more than one computer or laptop.
These guys always do a good job. Match competitors as best as possible, great selection, but what I love most is their no hassle warranty plans. When there is an issue, they dont question it, they just replace it.
Ive spent a lot of money in the place over the years, and as big box stores go, Im a happy customer. They will price match just ablut anything so long as the comparison item is sold by a reputable company. Getting 0% interest with their card too has been fantastic when things end up costing more than Im comfortable paying cash for all at once. Takes the sting out of larger purchases. Unless something goes really sideways, I expect to be a customer for more years to come.

The $200, a year: Geek squadprogram may be one of theBEST BUYS (no pun intended)on the planet. Before I bought their service program, a local, independent shop charged me $400 for a repair for my cell phone. Under BBs service program, they would have done the repair for zero cost, as long as I took the device to one of their many stores.Way to go, Best Buy!
I bought a whirlpool refrigerator and had nothing but problems with this refrigerator. I even bought their geek squad warranty only to find out that its not effective until after the first yesterday since whirlpool warranty covers the first year. 5 service repairs later, I told best buy I want my money back because this was a lemon. They basically gave me the run around going between geek squad, best buy and whirlpool. To this day 3 months later, the problem with the refrigerator is not not fixed and Im still scheduling another house call. I will never buy a home appliance from them again.
Looked online found what I wanted. Didnt do the buy on line pick up something went wrong deal. Just went down there the woman in televisions was super helpful came home with a new 75 looks great. Pardon the stand(not from best buy) I just made one the same dimensions as the one that takes over a month to get here (thanks corona). Over all great place.
A few things stood out to me on this visit:A. They were selling the exact modem I needed at the same price as Amazon. That was nice.B. The cashier didnt try to sell me an extended coverage plan. Kudos to that cashier. That was really nice.C. They didnt try to sell me a Windows-compatible, SOHO-compliant Ethernet cable for $30.D. I think I saw racks of music CDs. Then again, maybe they were DVDs. In any case, physical media seems so...2005.Overall, a good experience. I was in and out with exactly what I needed in under 10 minutes. It was a great feeling to find exactly what I needed/wanted in a brick and mortar, rather than online, and at the online price (a rare combination, indeed).

Last visit wasnt as rewarding as visits in the past. They dont have as many available employees to assist and I couldnt get the assistance I needed. The one I went to was in Irvine. It was easy to research and find what I wanted, and since the loca store had it in stock, I took a quick drive. I easily located, confirmed, and purchased the item. Best Buy is always my go-to place for computer and electronic related items.
This store has been such a huge help throughout the pandemic, and the customer service has been absolutely stellar everytime Ive gone.The entire process from ordering an item to picking it up at the store is streamlined to make it as simple as possible, and has saved my butt on several occasions now.Overall, Ill gladly continue to regularly purchase items here and support the great people who work here, over ordering at some other giant online retailer. I like Best Buy for electronics and appliances. They are almost always competitive on price and you can actually see the products first hand. Typically they have a few well informed workers mixed in so if you ask the right questions you should be able to get the answers you need. Between matching prices and the discounts you get using their credit card Best Buy is a good choice.
It must be hard to compete with Amazon... But they are doing a great job. The inside of this best buy was more like a show room then a store but just as functional.

About two months ago, I had a significantly gnarly problem regarding a warrantee on a TV. I wanted to speak to the general manager, who was not there, but the assistant manager Adam stepped up and said that he handles these sorts of problems. Without question, I couldnt have been more fortunate to have had a chance to discuss my problem and seek remedy than from Adam. It took almost a month to sort out, but he not only stuck with it but also made it happen. It should be noted that there also is another Adam in Magnolia who is a manger. Without his help as well, which was accommodated through Adam the assistant manager, my problem might not have been solved, which involved replacing a defective TV. I am indebted to both of these Adams. They certainly represent the best of what Best Buy is all about. Adam the assistant manager was sympathetic, kind, attentive, and thorough. I will definitely continue my 30 year experiences with Best Buy as my prime place to go for top notch products and honored warrantees. Thank you Adam for going beyond the call of duty.

Went to the Mission Viejo location after angrily leaving the Lake Forest Irvine location to buy a cell phone. The mobile repair guy broke my phone even more so I needed a phone real quick. I didnt want to wait an hour until it was ready to pick up so I just went to the store. My mistake! The place is real fun to get to without a GPS! I drove by it the first time. The Mission Viejo location also had the same problem as the Irvine location but was a little bit better. Again practically no one was working here! I asked the front door guy for assistance immediately after learning my lesson in Irvine. After about 10 minutes of waiting I talk to the cell phone person and it takes another 5 minutes to get the phone out of the back and check out. Seriously?
We just went to this Best Buy in desperate need for a new computer for our business. We got the Mac mini originally and it didn’t work for what we needed. When we brought it in, we knew we couldn’t return it but we were hoping to trade it in. Michael and Katherine were so amazing. They took the time to look deeper into the situation and talk to their manager so that we could return it and get the full money back to put it towards something better. They didn’t rush us and continued to answer questions and help us out. Thank you guys for the amazing customer service!

We bought a TV one week ago, that was supposed to be delivered and installed yesterday after a week of waiting! However, after waiting the whole morning at home and spending quite good amount of time on the phone I just learned that it was rescheduled without letting us know for the next day.This morning, the installation crew came to my door but they did no have the TV with them. They said they were not aware of any delivery for today and I need to get back on the phone with Best Buy. The TV is not delivered yet, but Best Buy sent the installers anyways! Again, I have been on the phone waiting and talking to different people to figure out why the TV was not delivered. This is totally a waste of my time and a terrible experience for a simple purchase!
Everyone is rude AF in this store (except the checkout girls). Employees get visibly annoyed when you ask them about products and have no clue about working in the customer service industry. Theyll all be crying when their low skill jobs get automated in the future.

Not sure if best buy has their own customer survey or what not, so I am writing my review here. My day went off as usual, waking up to the sound of people yelling and garden tools going off right next to my window. I then went on my phone to look at the news and see what today current events where looking like. I then later decided to go buy an AIO for my PC because why not right. I saw that they had a few in stock at this location and told my brother that we should go on an adventure to Best Buy. So we rolled out like some Autobots and got to the store.The first thing we saw was a line of angry and confused customers as to why they cant preorder the new sleek low tier PS5. I gave me a nice LOL for the day so I continued inside and found what I was looking for. Its a bit typical that once you get inside most if not all Best Buy employees would walk past you and not help. However, this one there was a gentleman who name I did not get nor was it on the receipt. He asked if we were finding everything okay, and at first I was shocked and told myself, is this employee actually checking to see how i was doing? What crazy inception is this?. We told him we were find and offered to ring us out, I also want to note that we where half way through the store and this guy was going to walk all the way to the registers to help us.This already was spectacular customer service! However, before we went over to the registers I decided to take a look at the monitors. The gentleman was still helping us out!!! He didnt leave, like how my father left me and left me emotionally damaged. We were looking at the monitors for a hot minute until he used his magic and sold me on the 49 inch Samsung ultrawide Odyssey. Yes, he did get me to spend $1k on a monitor, but that truly didnt matter because that guy took the time to help me out and make terrible financial decisions. And for that unknown gentleman thank you, thank you for everything.
I dont think Best Buy really wants my business, a least their sales people dont...takes forever to reach them by phone...when I go into the store I have to deal with very young people who seem totally detached from what theyre doing except to make a quick sale. I usually have to wait to get any sales person to help me and then they really dont care about answering my questions...its really a hassle! Its too bad they hire these people who are too busy talking to each other rather than doing their job. ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES YOU COULD HAVE IN A RETAIL STORE...
Noone was willing to help me in this store. There were out of stock on 3 items I went into purchase. Plus I was shocked to know there is a limit on apple gift cards. I wanted to send my son $1000 for a new phone but was only allowed a$500 card. Best Buy failed 5 times during this visit.

Low stock re samsung assesories, complacent assistance, lack of product knowledge. Had to drive to another location to try to get assistance. Happy to reccomend Best Buy in Mission Viejo location. Unfortunately we will not return to Irvine location (which is considerable closer) until they hire staff who want to be there and help their customers.

Cant speak to actual Best Buy employees, only a call center (if the automated service doesnt hang up on you) that cant provide any helpful info. I drove two hours to get a non properly reset open box phone, I will now have to drive back to have them fix their mess up as other Best Buy stores can not provide any help for their mistake. Hope I never have to use a Best Buy again.

Impossible to reach by phone. All of these unnecessary complications trying to simply communicate with the store. This is probably not the stores choice but the system that has been put in place to send everything to the web. Much prefer the traditional in person human experience and real life stores over computer shopping any dayAlso, my order never arrived after a month. There is no way to follow up on it at the store or online. There is not even a help section on the website that is functioning, and music played for almost an hour on the phone when I tried to call the store in person

Terrible Location! I have had worst experiences with them!One bad experience that I had was with an imposter that this location was hosting. I was at this location to buy a Fitbit for my daughter, and the imposter who presented himself as a Best Buy employee sent me to another location as he told me the Fitbit I was looking for was not available at this location but is in the other nearby store. I drove to the other store to find out after--a long wait--that actually they did not have it but the store I was coming from had plenty of it in their stock. I went back to this store and talked to the manager, and surprisingly he told me he was aware of the imposter and that he was not a Best Buy employee! Terrible answer and excuse! Best Buy corporate must be ashemed of having such manager knowingly allowing an imposter misguide people on their store floor, not to mention the liability it has for them.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Best Buy, both in Southern and Northern California. They offer a wide range of quality merchandise which seemingly eventually goes on sale, and they offer extended warranty on most of them. They also sell Out Of The Box items which are discounted returned items from customers, but are in good condition. They always have helpful and knowledgeable sales representatives to assist with purchases, a very clean environment and restrooms, and always plenty of available parking. Note: Face masks are now required.
I bought a Roomba on Feb 4, 2021 with my debit card. The funds were deducted from my account on 2/4/21. I returned the Roomba 2/7/21 and was told it would take 3-10 days for the funds to be credited back to my account. I asked for cash back and the manager said he couldnt do it. So now Best Buy has the product and my money. If BB can take funds from my account same day they should be able to refund amount to account same day and if they cant they need to give cash back. I will not shop at Best Buy in the future and will share my experience everywhere I can to inform and protect other consumers.

Have always valued Best Buy as a qualified retail store with a large assortment of quality merchandise and great customer service. I have been to several stores in Southern and Northern California, and I have found the chain to be consistent with their business practices, friendly and helpful employees, and great technicians. Have never had any issues with my purchases, not with any of their employees...only to accommodate everyone customer to have their needs met.

Geek Squad damaged our hard drive while repairing our company laptop and then demanded recovery fee to recover the data from our own hard drive. The technician told us he never removed the hard drive and just performed software testing, but later checks revealed that they had opened the back of the laptop, removed the hard derived and even put a sticker on it. They neither fixed the laptop nor accepted any responsibility in regard to our damaged hard drive, and worst than that asked for a service on top of all. Very unprofessional and dishonest!

I dont know why they even have a phone number. I called 3 different times each time was over 35 min wait. I tried 2 departments and customer service and nobody ever picked up. I have wasted my time and day on trying to get someone to pick up. Horrible customer serviceI recommend going in or shopping somewhere else.
I would have given this five stars if they had more employees to help with and if they werent completely out of a few of the items that I was shopping for. Ended up having to go to Walmart to purchase a PlayStation Pro. But other than that, the employees I did speak to were very knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate.

I went at Apples directive to replace my out of warranty iPad battery. On the Apple website it said that I should drop it off there and they would send it in. When I got there with my preset appointment Bert Buy said it was not possible and I would need to pay $649 for a new iPad. When I got home I called Apple they told me that Best Buy was wrong and they sent me a package to handle it at the $99 price. Dealing with Best Buy was a total waste of time.
