Ive used this location several times to order balloons for work events. The staff is very friendly & courteous. My orders have been done on time and exactly the way I ordered them on the website. Ill definitely continue to give them my business. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because there typically arent enough staff at the front and there can sometimes be a bit of a wait.

Our online order for balloons was ready for pickup on time. However, while the quantity and style was correct, the colors were completely different than what was ordered. Staff was unapologetic and made no attempt to offer a remedy so we just left. Keep this in mind in case you have a color scheme in mind. Not the first time this has happened either.

Today I placed a huge balloon order, and Ken was so patient and helpful, and so was everyone else! I love this store🎈🎈

Horrible service. They advertise curbside services but never pick up the phone. The promise time doesnt mean anything to them. Theres no respect for peoples time. Do not take so many orders if the store cannot handle it.

Great selection, just expect to pay more. Plan ahead and save some $$$$$.

I go to this store I make the purchase of $200 dollars for my sons party and I ask for a birthday balloon and they say is going to wait 5 hours wait because they cant do it at that moment, vivi the manager say one balloon it can make them super late with other orders.

Waited 20 minutes in my car after calling in and STILL HAD TO WALK IN TO PICK UP MY ORDER!!!

If I had to take one star off is because of always a long line waiting time. They need to do something about adding more people and spending it up. Also, they make you pay for your balloons ahead of time but then during 10-15 min they blow them up you wind up walking the isles and want to buy something else but you have to stay in line again.

Love the selection and customer service was good.

For a store name party city im suprised they dont play music, but the cashier that I had was super funny id go back for the entertainment😂

It was my daughters birthday and I was in charge of the festivities. The wife sent me off with list and expected a peak performance. Needless to say the staff here was able to help, provide guidance and take care of me along my journey. I truly appreciate the people that work their butts off here. (So does my wife and daughter!!)

$$$ quite expensive for what you get. Also the store was a mess with boxes everywhere and empty shelves. I understand that stores switch inventory this time of year, but no one was working on the stock. Customer service was lack luster.

If Disneyland is the happiest place on earth, this must be the saddest place. I go here about once a month to get balloons for my work displays. The employees always seem so miserable! It must be a really bad place to work. I have never gotten a smile and often hear them complaining. I feel for them.

Nice management and good workers

Not too happy with Party City. We placed an order of items that we needed to pick up. We get there and they say they dont have it someone else had already picked them up and it sure wasnt us.

Another great Location for party city. They always have the party essentials at great prices. They also have a great price on summer water toys for the little ones.

Trust me go to another one. Its not worth it.

Placed the order online for pickup, the Mission Viejo store canceled it saying none of the item were in stock. I go into the store... and they have a box of 30. This store is the absolute worst. Go anywhere else.

I do not like workers bcoz they are not helpfull and not smile.. when u ask something they do not look at u and go away...

They dont like you running around the store so dont come here when you are drunk or stoned. even if you plan on buying a whole bunch of candy on sale.

The employees really know the store layout well, and everyone is friendly.

Every location I’ve been to is a total nightmare. They are always understaffed and I wait in line for 15 mins every time. I cannot stand this place. I always try to give them another shot and it’s just disappointing every time

This was the second party City that I went to that was out of helium. This one let me wait 20 minutes in line though before I got to the counter and then found out.
