Can you give zero stars? They sold us a $7000 mattress and adjustable bed and the electronics were defective. They sent delivery men disguised as repairmen to our house 4 times during a pandemic to do the same thing each time, to tell us they will come back with working parts or to replace the base. Never ever going to do bussines with this company again. The mattress is comfortable though so lets give them that one star for that.

Customer Comfort Mattress is AMAZING!! We couldn’t be happier with our well made, extremely comfortable and chemical free mattress and topper. After the first night of sleeping on it, my backache disappeared and didn’t wake up once! My husband who use to change positions constantly throughout the night, has slept in the same position all night. We both get the BEST sleep of our lives with our custom double sided mattress and plush topper.The only problem is wanting to stay in bed. Azita was the best salesperson! She is extremely kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. Her advice for choosing the type of mattress and topper we wanted was completely right on. Jason at the Mission Viejo show room worked with my husband and I to create a custom bed. We both had different needs and he was able to create a bed that exceeded our needs and desires. They built the pillow top Enhance 4.1 with the firmness of the Enhance 3.1. We both are sleeping better, more comfortable and most importantly we have not woken up with sore backs. I have been a Custom Comfort customer since 1999--the year I changed from a floatation system to a real bed. At first I went too firm, then I went too soft, then I got it right, Royal Plush queen! They never made me feel like I was a problem, in fact they helped me find what worked. Then in 2009 I bought another Royal Plush queen. The other was fine just wanted to donate a good bed to someone without one. Couple weeks ago I bought another Royal Plush for a second home. Sometimes our bodies need just a little more special attention so this time I made a special order to help my side sleeping needs; more cushion, yet still supportive. It was my birthday today and my parents took me here to get a new bed. They were kind,understanding and fun!

I spent a LOT of money for a custom mattress set here to help relieve my backache. The topper was so soft that I my backache worsened! I would have been better off going to Costco and saved my money! I bought a small back pillow on line for about $40 and that really has helped.
