Were always looking for a bed to have a great night sleep. When we walked in we were greeted and educated on each type of mattress. However when we asked about the covers and wanted to buy Cathy then started to refer us to Amazon, Target, etc somewhere alternative. The question is why? If you dont offer the warranty and everywhere else does not that we looked it up. We were kinda bombarded because we were ready to buy a piece of merchandise and the lady turned us down. Saying well you can buy a more affordable product elsewhere? Is it because were young? Is it because you took it among yourself to think we couldnt afford this product? What was it? Just made us feel very uncomfortable in the end we just walked out. 🤷‍♀️

Tamara was fantastic. She spent a long time with my wife and I and answered every one of our questions. We tried the P5, I8, P6, and I10 and we bought the P6. We are excited to get our bed and looking forward to much improved sleep quality. The service was excellent and checking out was a breeze. Tamara is the best!!

The beds are fine, maybe a little pricey for what you’re getting.  But the Sleep Number customer service is a joke.  The sales people at the store were okay, but the actual company’s customer service is just horrible.  I’m returning my bed, it definitely isn’t worth the $7,000 I paid for it if I have to wait on hold for hours.

Buyer beware!  The customer service with this company is horrendous.  The beds are amazing but if you ever need to get in touch with anyone at the company, goooood luck.  I was on hold once for 3 hours.  If I could return the bed I would but at this point I’m passed warranty.

Great customer experience! The lady who helped us had been with the company for 20 years and was very sweet and helpful! We came here first then tried all the other mattress companies in the mall and ultimately this was the best and best experience. Cant wait to get our mattress!

Tamara, is fantastic! We met her at a home show and she hooked us up with the elusive perfect pillow. 4 months later she called to let us know about upcoming sales as she remembered we were interested in replacing our 15 year old sleep number bed. We visited the store, over 30 miles from our home, and she helped us find our new bed. It was well worth the trip. Everyone there was great and Tamara is our friend. Ask for her, she’ll make sure everything is easy and low key.

We had such an amazing experience. I dont know that I have ever said that before with a purchase this large. Teresa was very patient and informative and was able to set my husbands mind at ease all while dealing with me going from one bed to the next, over and over again :). We will definitely recommend the MV Sleep Number store and Teresa to everyone we know.

Teresa was very helpful in helping my selection of sleep number bed that fits my budget, friendly and excellent customer service... lots of bed to choose from of course but I have my eye on C2....

The store was very accommodating, and the salesman extremely friendly. Tim took us through the whole sales pitch that included video pressure point evaluation on the big screen up near the ceiling. He didnt try to oversell us although these beds are certainly not inexpensive no matter which models you get. But he really did a good job showing us the value of the product and what made it better than the limited competition. He offered water to us, there was a very clean bathroom, and overall the store was immaculate. I would have given it 5 stars but I havent received my very expensive bed yet. But he convinced us to get one and I feel good about it.

Really try to match your perfect bed to you. Sheets and pillows too. Great financing options. Tim B really accommodating
