Hands down, THE ABSOLUTE BEST experience I’ve had in any store EVER. I am a physician from Ohio visiting town (so I’m used to good Midwestern hospitality, and even so this is still the best), and I’ve seen a lot, I’ve been to many stores and interacted with many salesmen, but this BY FAR, is the BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in my entire life. I was here over the past weekend looking for a mattress, and was helped by Brett. He was fantastic, friendly, very knowledgeable, and didnt pressure us at all. I have used nothing but finest thread count European sheets and bedding, however my bottom sheet posed a fitting issue for my new adjustable bed. Kim introduced me to the Dream Collection with special elastic bands on its corners to guarantee a perfect fit. I was blown away by the quality of the sheets - finer than any previous purchase. Our mattress of many years was starting to show signs of wear, and after many long nights of springs jabbing my back, I decided it was time for a change. When I got to the Tempur-Pedic store, I was warmly greeted by Kim. She was very knowledgeable about all the options the store had to offer. My boyfriend tends to snore and prefers to sleep on cooler material. She recommended the adjustable base for his snoring. We were looking to upgrade our sleep and we found the perfect place to do it. Although we were a bit reluctant to go shopping in the middle of a health crisis, the need for a change pushed us. We just didnt expect the level of responsibility and excellence of customer service. They are taking all the necessary precautions (covers for the mattresses, masks, gloves) which makes you appreciate their level of care to their customers.
