We had an unbelievably easy time buying a refurbished pool table from Mission Billiards. Great customer service, an amazing price, and an easy and quick set-up. They are very knowledgeable about pool tables, and we chose a beautiful Italian slate, solid wood table. Installation, new felt, pool cues, balls and all the accessories are included in their price, so it is well worth it. They were on time when they came for the installation, the guys were great, fast, and knowledgeable, and helped us figure out the best set up for our room. While we were at the showroom, a pool-themed bench caught our eyes as well as a cue stand. They match our room perfectly! The table is beautifully refurbished and looks amazing in our room. I hired Mission Billiards to move a table and then replace the felt. They went above and beyond what I expected. I had a very difficult table, single slate, that needed to be moved from a second story down stairs. They took care of it and were very considerate of the house during the move trying very hard not to ding or knock anything. Very professional and the guys are very nice. Great conversation. Will definitely recommend.

Our experience with Mission Billiards was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. He explained the benefits of buying a resurfaced pool table of high quality versus buying a lower quality new table made of manufactured wood. Unbelievable bank for your buck! Picked up exactly the design I was looking for and they refelt it with your color of choice, deliver it, balance it, install new rubber, this table was delivered in prestine condition. We picked out a used one from their warehouse and Howard was amazing in giving us a great package deal all in our budget. Super guys, and the guys who delivered it worked like a seamless machine, just came on in and got to it, done within the hour. Along with outstanding selection and the delivery of what looks like a brand new table, the people that work there are just about the best most knowledgable and kindest and helpful people you will meet. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. I don’t do a whole lot of reviews but this one is one that by far is the best I have given so far - and so deserved. Howard, Michael, Pete and the entire team were simply amazing at getting my pool table, as well as bar and stools, moved, set up, and looking incredible. From the initial call I had with Howard, I could tell that there is so much truth to all the raving reviews and 5 stars. I was trying to decide on a pool table that was being sold by a private owner. Howard took my call and walked me through all the things I should consider. We went back and forth a few times with follow up questions and items I should consider when buying a pool table from a private owner. Every time, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and flexible - always looking out for my interest and making me more educated with each call. The owner wanted to sell his table as soon as possible and had a waiting list of customers, so I had to make a decision in a matter of hours. Although Howard was extremely helpful on the phone and through text - offering to look closely at the pictures and review the table with me over the phone, he knew that I wasn’t too sure about the purchase and wanted me to feel confident in making sure I wasn’t buying a lemon pool table. He moved his schedule around and offered to meet me at the guy’s home to inspect the pool table. Once there he took his time to check all aspects of structure and performance. He advised me on a few things that might need some additional work but gave me the assurance that it was a good table and a good deal. Michael and team came over on the day and time they had a arranged to move the table to my house. They took the time to share with me what they were doing and what needed to still happen with the set up. Michael was very detailed with my table and made sure it looked as good as it could be before leaving - even polishing it. When Howard and Michael returned to install the rails and table cloth, they noticed that a few of my pockets were too tight. I agreed with them and they suggested to take them back to the shop to make sure the pocket spacing was done right. When they returned to put my pool table together and set up my bar/stools - they left no detail unchecked. They even surprised me with some tasty and refreshing treats. Thank you!!! If you buy from anyone else your are missing out. The price was so much better and the service was over the top. The one thing that is missing from business is real customer service. For example, when you walk into Subway one of the workers blurts out something like Welcome to subway in a monition tone. That is the kind of service you run into most of the time. The service at Mission Billiards is just the opposite. Its REAL!

They were so helpful in supplying my company all the billiard supplies we needed. I work with 6th-8th grade students, and since we got the billiard table and supplies, the students have played every single day. They cant get enough. I wouldnt take my billiard business anywhere else but Mission Billiards.

Have not had any personal experience as a customer. I am an advid pool player so I stopped in when they first opened. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about pool tables and equipment. They have a good selection of tables and a mid-size selection of cues. I know they recovered the tables at a local pool hall I play at and did an excellent job. I will give more info once I personally use there services.

I agree with most of the reviews. Howard and Jay are incredible people and as many others mentioned they take their time making sure everything is precise and detailed in the complete setup. I have visited a few other Billiards stores and unlike the others Up selling and pressure sales. They on the other hand are professional and in my opinion very honest, will not steer you wrong with their Service and products.

Was looking around on craigslist for a used table, called Mission Billiards to ask about moving and setup which they do, however after speaking with Howard, I was amazed I could get a used table from them, delivered, installed, with my choice of felt, balls, bumpers, all leveled when installed, etc for an amazing price from a local company that has been in business for years!! Howard and Pete were awesome, they showed up on time, and delivered as promised! The table looks absolutely beautiful! Would recommend and do business with them again in a heartbeat.

We found a used pool table on OC Craigslist and were looking for a professional and reliable pool table mover. Howard from Mission Billiards was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He even went with us to appraise the table for free. Accorging to the Craiglist seller, the actual movers of the table were on time, worked carefully and were very courteous and friendly. Well I sold my pool table to a person and they were supposed to come down and take the pool table apart and take to the person back to their house and put it back together and level it and do all that stuff they were going to charge $800-$1000 to do this when I had it done by another company for 400. The whole way down here the person who bought my pool table from me said that they were trying to talk her into buying a pool table from them instead and she told me this when she got here to pick up the table. Very unprofessional their job is to come down take the table apart and reassemble It back at the clients house but now all they did was tear my Pool table part verbally and she ended up not buying it and they all drove back up 45 minutes from where I live back to where they are so they could sell her a table this company is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with and I hope nobody ever deals with them. I think they are thieves and I’m trusting people.

I have been looking for a pool table that can double as a dining table at a price that would not break a bank. Pete had exactly what I was looking for, except for one small detail. It was a dark cherry red and would not fit with my decor! Pete offered to change the color of the table to exactly what I wanted. He worked tirelessly on stripping, restoring, and staining the table and did it in a record time. The table looks gorgeous and works perfectly with the rest of my home decor! Not only did Pete stain my new table a nice rich espresso, he picked out perfect accessories to go with it. He also gracefully put up with my neuroses on top of the difficult task that I set on him. :) I could not have been more happy with my new pool table and would highly recommend Pete to anyone!

I contacted Mission Billiards to take a look at the Olhausen table I bought new a few years ago. I bought the table from the local Olhausen dealer, but it always played a bit strange, and a friend of mine, who is a local pro also mentioned the table was off.Howard and Jay are fantastic, five stars, A+! They confirmed there were indeed issues with the table. They took time to explain each issue in detail and how they were going to fix it. Its obvious they have a passion for what they do, and are meticulous in the level of detail and service they provide. They are willing to spend as much time as is necessary to get the job done right... and it helps that they are friendly and all around good guys.
