Rays team is incredible. I had him do my kitchen in early 2020, and I was so happy with their work, I had him come back to do my bathrooms too... We did a complete gut job on both, and somehow both jobs were donne within 2 weeks. His prices are very fair, and the work is impeccable. They had my sign off every step of the way, and anything I didnt love, he had changed to my liking immediately. Ive referred a few friends to him already, and will definitely work with again him in the future.

Just had our carpets installed this morning. The owner Ray was super nice and got us the product and color we were looking for. Ordered Friday, he said 7-10 day and this Wed we are already new owners of beautiful carpet. Installers were on time and we had 3 rooms done before noon. They were promot, efficient and very nice. Cleaned every room, swept the pathways to the entry. Now the best part, Carpets look beautiful. Thanks everyone, Vicki Slawson

Royal flooring had installed laminate flooring 6 years ago in our Mission Viejo home, and until recently we’ve observed some buckling in our downstairs office. Ray came over the same day to assess the flooring, and without any hesitation he told me that he’ll cover the cost for parts and labor simply because I was a customer. The installer had immediately completed the work, and our floor looks new again.
