Only because its a little pricey, but then its an upscale store with a substantial overhead... Really high-quality mdse. Great staff: helpful and friendly. Go there! We need to support stores like this in our community.

Got a fantastic air frier / toaster oven.. works great and my kids love the way it heats up frozen chicken nuggets.

I love everything about this store.  I wish there was a way to rent space in this store because I would 100% live here if I could.  It’s so clean and organized and bright!  I always end up spending more than I planned on but never regret it.  Love this place.

I could seriously spend all day in this store… and have!  I’ve also wiped out my savings account but my kitchen is stocked, damnit!  You just can’t beat WS’s service.  The employees know everything you could ever need to know about cooking.  They even have someone there who’s the baker expert if that’s more your thing.  I also love it when they have classes in the store. Definitely worth trying!

Terrible customer service. Go to any other location if possible. I ordered an item online for in-store pickup, and received an email that my order was ready. I braved the Holiday mall rush and went to the store within an hour of receiving the email. We showed up and show them my email and they couldnt find my order. The employee said someone else must have sold it on accident. There were no more of that item in stock and all they could do was send me on my way. Then they even marked the item as picked up! They claim they issued a refund, but I have no record of that, and they wouldnt provide me with a receipt or anything. I called online customer service and at least they located it at another store that theyll be shipping. But Im very disappointed and frustrated that this location wasted a good portion of my day, and I got nothing but a sorry. Not to mention that one of their employees was very rude on the phone.

Williams Sonoma seems to uses items you buy online to be their dumping ground for dented and damaged items..I bought three boxes of cookies two of the boxes were dented and torn..Really disappointed Especially because food items are nonrefundable. How convenient for them..

Walked into order a gift card to send via email and they told me it’s only done online. Then asked if they had any ironclad cleaning brushes, one of the stores most popular items, yet this one did not have in store. Instead of helping me order online the manager simply seemed to dismiss me. Walked outside of the store and proceeded to order everything online myself via my cell phone. Something they could have simply helped me with. This store knows nothing about customer service!! Shop at your own risk, better to do it online.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DEAL WITH ONLINE. PHONE CONNECTION IS SCRATCHY EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL IN. INTERNALLY MESSED UP WITH SISTER STORES FINANCIALLY. CANCELLED MY CHRISTMAS GIFT WITH NO NOTIFICATION. CANCELLING MY POTTERY BARN CREDIT CARD ASAP.

Displays are beautiful. Merchandise is always high quality which means prices are also high.

Bought some food items at William Sonoma for a holiday gift. Then found out that what I bought was not an item that the person could use so I went to the store to exchange it. NONE of their food items are exchangeable or returnable so do NOT buy them for gifts. Will never shop at this chain again! They lost my future business and the same with the other friends who were with me.

This company charged me twice for a $500 coffee machine and both times cancelled the order without notifying me and then kept the money for two weeks and took 4 hours to give me an answer that they would return the money and kept giving excuses as to why they did not ship the items.

As a baker, Its difficult to find help when Im trying to experiment with new recipes, the staff here was great and very informative with all of my ideas. I really like this store.

This store is not Ada Compliant as an associate of theirs insists, nor is it stroller friendly. Good products but some of them online are horribly misleading.

The staff was great, service was great they had what I wanted and we were in and out in 15 minutes or less. Why cant all retailers be like that

When I need something special for the kitchen this is where I go.
