Wait time is sooooo! Unbelievable at this location. Its not worth even going at all. They wont let you in for some reason. The employees dont even wear face masks when they handle your doughnuts look it up on Google. restaurant employees need a mask on when face to face conversation with people! Hint drive thru the man was not were a mask!

They wont let you inside. I would recommend a different Krispy kream location. They are also not stocked in a few items. You can only get general items, like, glazed and chocolate glaze. I still used the drive through.

Wow, amazing experience.Super friendly host greeting,(birthday mentioned)beautiful dining room, perfect table and our server Sydni was super sweet. First thing she said was HB.We ordered drinks and charcuterie platter. We were never rushed or made to order entire meal.We ended up sharing an amazing meal of garlic shrimps, lamb rigatoni, dragon rolls, and a few delicious salads and plenty of drink.Shocking how massive this restaurant is but the food and service was spot on!

Lobby is closed (no reason why posted - assume CoVid) so plan on long drive thru line. Spent 20 minutes in line so if you plan to stop leave plenty of extra time. Still good!

The Donuts are good...But during a Pandemic they are not wearing masks! Like the Pandemic is over. Risking their own lives and everyone that goes there and eats there donuts!!! Very Scary, unreasonable and unreasonable for the community as a whole!!!

Modern looks from outside, space age technology for donuts inside! Wow, I was impressed with their operation. The place was clean, efficient and very friendly. I was specially impressed with the very friendly greeting of the staff at 7am and offering to taste a fresh hot donut at 7am, it was awesome...

Good donuts but this location always run out of popular donuts fast especially the popular filled ones. Every time I go they are out of 4-5 kinds. Why don’t they make more of the more demanded ones and less of the others. Last time I went I got a dozen of the same kind just because I didn’t find the other filled ones. The filled ones are in demand and always gone. Also I noticed the donuts are smaller in size now. This location needs better management for sure for better service and availability of all kinds of donuts.

I would say Kudos for the pumpkin spice and birthday cake which was original and tasty although overall I would say that these donuts taste more like funnel cake and are lacking egg in the batter. theres just something missing and I think its got to do with the texture and or the type or amount of oil they use. maybe its a little bit older or maybe its not as expensive, I dont know but it just had that funnel cake taste you know lots of cooking. its donuts so its never going to get less than three stars right? hot donuts were tasty but they only had one type that was hot granted it was a Wednesday night. raspberry jelly might be their best one

Ordered a dozen of donuts on a Sunday morning at 8:00am. The light was on that said Hot Now But all the donuts were cold & tasted like they were made days ago. Even Winchells Donuts has hot & fresh donuts on any Sunday morning at that time. This is my first & last time here. Not happy. Especially when I spend money here than Winchells, I expect much better quality & service

We went to the Krispy Kreme at a really odd location in Mission Viejo. Very difficult to find. They were really short on a variety of donuts, probably because they dont make too much due to nothing else around there, thus lack of foot traffic. We were the only two people in there at what youd expect to be peak hours. Still, their glazed donuts were as good as we remembered. Will just find a Krispy Kreme with a better location next time.

I never rate this low, unless I am surprised by the low quality of a product. I have become more or less addicted to the original glazed icing-filled donuts (seriously try them, like icing stuffed crust donuts). That said, the ones I bought yesterday from this location were so sub-par, I didnt finish them (Heavens to Murgatroyd!). Who or what filled my donuts was out of alignment - they had little to no icing in them!Now, this is not the norm. I would not have become enamored with these new iterations of the glazed donut had my experiences up until now been above board. I hope it was a fluke, but now I have my eye on you!

Long line on National donut day but they were very quick and efficient.

Once you have tried a fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut you will never forget it. No need to get anything fancy. Just try the melt-in-your-mouth glazed. SOOOOOOOOO GOOD! The cream-filled is amazing too. I tried chocolate, but it was too much. The original is so perfect, it doesn’t need to be embellished upon. This location has a drive thru...but at least once come in and see the doughnut assembly line. Pretty cool.

Love the Glazed Coffee, I prefer a bitter Coffee (Coffee is meant to be bitter imo) but this flavor is a nice balance with still a bit of bite to it. Doughnuts are excellent with tha Apple Fritter my favorite.

This location is wonderful! Kind, good hearted, hard working people make this an enjoyable place to come and spend your money! I spilt my coffee all over my car this morning and they were so nice about it and gave me a new one and offered me napkins to wipe down my car with. Great people great donuts !!!

This place outshines the closer (to my home at least) Orange location because the traffic/parking is so much easier here. Like the other location though, the manufacturing assembly line is always fun for the little one to watch, & the donuts are always fun and good.

I love this place and their donuts are the best. I had the glazed donut and it was so soft and fluffy. I recommend you go here and try it for yourself!!

Wish I could give half a star or none at all. Placed a online order and some of the doughnuts i wanted ran out I didnt find out untill I got to the store where the employees replaced the doughnuts with regular glazed doughnuts I guess thats how you make your money back during a pandemic. Stopped by to pick up breakfast on our way out of San Diego to San Francisco. Donuts were dyed green. Service was professional and fast.

This is the only Krispy Kreme location I know of in South OC, and I hope it never closes, I love Krispy Kreme! My favorite time of year is when they have the pumpkin spice glazed donuts, they are amazing. Definitely worth the try! There is never a huge line inside and I think they also have a drive-thru. Fast and friendly service.

I rate their coffee as #1 over McDonalds which is a close #1 ig Krispy isnt available lol...their donuts r amazing as well

So disappointed in this location and its manager. Today was St. Patricks Day and so I preordered and paid for a dozen of their specialty donuts for my daughters bday. Instinctively knowing it would be a busy day, I specifically ordered the donuts ahead of time so I didnt have to worry about them running out. I get there this morning to a half-hour car line and am subsequently told they are sold out! To which, I replied, yes, but I already ordered mine. It didnt matter. The manager proceeds to tell me that they had a lot of people drive up and buy dozens and so they are sold out! I couldnt believe it. I was like, but you didnt first make sure you filled all your preorders first? Just unbelievable. Im not sure who is running this location, but they need training.

One employee had no mask, and he served us. Bad.

Always stop here on way to San Diego. Had a couple problems previous 2 visits. It was nice to see a balanced change. New employees were very helpful.

Disappointed experience. Ordered a dozen filled donuts through their App. Check-in at the drive thru for pick up, but didnt get my info correctly. At the window, missed my order with the other. Double confirmed that its a online order then brought out my box of dozen. Very very cold but whats even worse was that they messed up the order inside. They gave me a dozen of only ONE flavor instead of half and half of TWO flavors as advertising on the menu. No way to check inside at the time in the drive thru since they sealed the box with sticker. No point driving 10 miles back for the half dozen of the other flavor. Have been to the other store in Orange, that one definitely a better experience. Will never come here again.

DELICIOUS Donuts!We went 30min. Before they closed and the drive thru was not full, donuts were a little limited, but very nice young man helped us. Most important the donuts were great.

I dont often stop and get some donuts but when I do, I always like to stop here. Krispy Kreme does a good job with donuts. They are light and always good. I find that if I am going to visit someone and I stop and get a box of donuts to bring along I always get a big smile a warm welcome from whoever I am visiting. Try that next you visit someone you are find of, take a box of donuts with you. Highly recommend

Dont order online.I had no idea they were having a free donut give away on 5/19/20. I ordered a dozen donuts, getting of the freeway the line was backed up from the freeway off ramp (probably 50 cars). After waiting 10 mins with no line movement, I decided I did not have time to wait 4 hours, so I would go back and cancel my order. Guess what, you cant cancel! I tried calling the store 7 times in 3 days, they wont answer. What would a reputable company do here? They would not charge you. Nope. They charged me, for an order I never picked up. Finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Thank god for credit cards, makes it hard for companies like this to steal your money. I will never come back.

Krispy kreme used to be great but this time was terrible. The doughnuts were cold. Very disappointed. Side car doughnuts are the best after eating at both places I will only go to side car doughnuts.

Was waiting in line just a few minutes ago to get donuts. Spotted roughly half of the employees inside bot wearing masks. Nope!

I used to work here and even in a pandemic, the store is highly unsanitary. ive seen flies and bees near the donuts(i quit in august by the way), and im seriously concerned with the lack of care the managers put towards covid.for example; one of my managers talked about how she had gotten tested twice for covid. the manager im referring to saw my coworker coughing excessively and sent her home. the girl had to go to her brothers wedding that weekend, and when she got back i asked her if she was thinking about getting tested for covid. she was very offended i even asked, and the SAME MANAGER that was sooo worried about covid agreed and said, its fine, layney, she doesnt have covid. ironically, a week or so later, we find out one of our employees tested positive for covid. also important to note, there were a few people who were adamant on not getting tested.i feel like if i wasnt working there during a pandemic, things wouldve been better. most of the staff is very nice, but the managers should be more worried about events like that.

I am so done with Krispy Kreme and their hot now sign. This is the last time I will wait in line for cold donuts. This isnt the first time, thought I would try one more time, should have know better. Called, waited on hold, manager had nothing to say.

The people are nice but they ran out of the pumpkin spice cake donuts several times, it took 3 times (just randomly driving by) to try one and for them to not be sold out. Not sure if someones way off on the numbers or what you make them there you shouldnt be selling out haha.

This place is amazing!! The donuts actually melt in your mouth when they are fresh out of the oven. Glazed and apple filled are the way to go. Get a few dozen to make it worth the trip. They give a free glazed donut if you go in the store. Kids can watch them make them through a glass window inside as well.

We got 5 dozen donuts here and the service was spot on and fast. I love the inside with the belts and factory looking manufacturing of donuts, just a great reminder of how much I don’t care about eating natural. It was basically the opposite of eating an apple from the tree, it tastes a lot better and it’s a lot cheaper then even buying an apple at the store.. anyways I’m off track but I’ll be coming back here, ordering more donuts.
