Ive been a customer there for years - both for shipping and PO box rental. The staff are great - even have helped me with US postal issues that they didnt play a part in - a lost package in another state. You cant beat this place for service and friendliness

I stopped at A-1 Mail to send out some packages. I wanted some to go UPS and others to go out US mail. A-1 Mail made it easy for me to do both with just one stop. The customer service was great and I was very happy with the way I was treated. This made my afternoon go smoothly and left me time to do other things. CVS was right next door so I had time to pick up some household items at the same time. Highly recommend

Wow!!My experience at normal USPS offices have been abysmal. The office works look like theyre about to rot away from the very displeasure of speaking to me, and God forbid you ask a question. These people? I have never met such kind, compassionate, helpful workers who were literally rays of sunshine. Helped me ship an international package and took care of everything for me, with the patience of a Saint 💙 I cannot reccomend them enough!! Thank you to the shorter woman with an accent and the woman with black bangs at the counter!

Covid19 safety: this place is a no no. A sign on their door shows that masks are required. Thats great, BUT the staff of the store was NOT wearing any. They just put plastic shields on top of the counter with holes at the bottom for transactions. Dear owner and staff, customers protect you and others by wearing a mask, please protect us by wearing one as well. For reference I went there on December 7th in the morning.

They overcharged me for USPS Flat Rate. It was supposed to be 7.95, but they charged me 17.58. I was in a hurry so I overlooked it, but Im not using them for mail services ever again.

I havent had a mailbox with these folks for almost a year I gat a w-2 that I thought never got sent. The folks called me and got my new address and sent it to me. Over the top nobody does that. But these folks did my time with them was fantastic and now they showed how fantastic they really are. Fantastic job A-1 mail thank you for being so fantastic.

A-1 is dependable and so much more personalized than the large shippers. I use them in my business for both domestic and international shipping.

This is a good place for fingerprinting. Fast and efficient staff!

Overpriced I own a business so I know how much a flat rate envelope cost and they charge me $17 when it should’ve been six dollars
