Me and my fiancé went there 5/8/2021 we kept looking and we kept being followed being profiled just because I wanted to have braids for the weekend. No one would size our finger. I wanted to find out what size he was and apparently in order to do so we needed to buy. I never heard of that before. I will never go back to this specific location or mall again. I will stick to the promenade mall in Temecula were they respect us. We had money to spend there but apparently because we didn’t look like everyone out there it looked like we didn’t . They need to have a discussion on racially profiling others. Never again do I want to feel that way OR go here!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was unsure on what I wanted and they were patient while they guided me through some options. I think I ended up leaving with the perfect gift and very close to the price range I wanted.

My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas and I took it in to get sized. However, my bf had memtioned I could trade it in for another one if I saw something I might like better. I saw this other ring, I traded it, and going to pick it up now (needed it sized). They made the tranasction smooth. Everyone that works here are very helpful and extremely nice. Highly recommend.

I bought jewelry last year, I pay on time, I usually pay one week before the due date, but they are still charging me the finance charge and minimum interest charge every month Don’t buy it here,because their interest charge is so high, you will just sink into debt. they did not tell us that the jewelry should be paid on the day you purchase. they charged me over $500 interest.--------I know that I will be charged interest when I am unable to pay by the due date...

Zales doesn’t even deserve a star. I planned to go purchase a set of earings, because I lost one one pair and I wanted to upgrade to a larger size and they refused to take them back and assist me due to the backs not being the same. Unfortunately, I will never return to this store.

Purchased a ring 8 weeks ago in a smaller size than was available in store. The first estimation was 3 days or possibly two weeks at the most by the sales representative. Then, when we called three weeks after purchasing it & not hearing anything, they said two more weeks. It has been eight weeks & we called again to hear we needed to wait longer because it was coming from overseas. Too bad the return policy was only 30 days!

I bought a ring from this store and the ring cracked from bottom..one yr old ring . Took it back to have the repair it and they say the ONLY OVE 60 DAYS guarantee...and they have to charge me for third faulty ring to be fixed
