I purchased two water fountains for my newly built pool July 10, 2021 with the website clearly stating there was a 4-6 week lead time due to the manufacturing process. I confirmed this with the gentlemen I spoke with over the phone at time of purchase. This was fine with me as I was in no rush.It is now October 21, 2021 and I have yet to be able to get a hold of anyone at both numbers listed nor have I gotten a return email in regards to my inquiries.I understand COVID-19 may have played a substantial role in the delay of manufacturing, but I would like some updates in regards to my order.Next step will be Better Business Bureau and request for a refund through other means.Looking for a response. Thank you
We ordered 2 scuppers back in March, when they arrived approx 4 weeks later they were the wrong scuppers delivered and not what was ordered. I am only writing a negative review here in hopes that the company will see this and respond to me. I have been trying to get ahold of this company all of April to see about getting these returned and the right scuppers delivered but have not gotten a phone call or email back and no one answers the phone. Please if your seeing this contact me or let me know of a way I can get ahold of someone to get this taken care of and I will gladly remove this review.
My pool was a pandemic purchase but I also wanted something more than a basic pool. I was nervous about having big heavy bowls shipped, but they arrived safely, on time, and were the perfect finishing touch to take our pool from drab to fab. Great product & service!
