I went in looking for some simple headphones as I recently became hard at hearing. Rudy went above and beyond to help me find the right headphones to use along with my hearing aid app! The level of customer service he delivered is hard to find now a days.

Manager was incredibly friendly and helpful! Store clean and well organized, checkout was easy. Feel like things are way better than perhaps in past years.

I went in looking for some print cartridges but didnt know the model. They found them in less than 3 minutes. The store is full of products but no one in the store to buy it. Cant see the chain lasting longer than 2 yeara.

Decided to head to the store for some product that were interesting by looking online and wanted to see in person. The manager was doing his job but felt like I was being harassed following me because I was in a black hoodie. It has been raining which is the reason I was wearing a black hoodie shopping at OfficeMax. Nevermind again to shop at this place. No wonder the stores are closing. Give it a year or 2 this place will be gone. Prices are over priced heading back to Fullerton at a office Depot Where they actually dont harass customers.

The print staff was over worked but really helpful. They didnt mind me using one of the two cutting boards for about an hour. The cashiers were helpful too in making sure I got credit for an expired coupon.

If you need to go to an OfficeMax that is not crowded, this is the ticket. You can always get help. Good for printing, but dont expect a call back when your order is ready -- if you ask for one.

Great service as well as ease of getting the items that you need. The hours were perfect for those going to school or work.

Its exactly what you expect from OfficeMax. It is no frills, dated look, but it has everything you need office related. I would go to an electronics store to look at tablets and PCs though. They only have a minimal selection.

They gave me 20% discount on a big and tall chair because it was floor model. Ended up paying only $69.99 for it. The chair is very comfortable.

Products & Price were great! Staff and customer service was THE WORST! Stood at the counter while the guy walked back and forth in front of me, didnt look at me, didnt greet me or say anything (like, Ill be right with you). Totally lazy, rude and put out that he had to help me.

Love their notebook and pen selection! I am kind of obsessed with office supplies and was extremely sad when the El Toro location in Laguna Woods closed down, but this location is great!!! Pretty close to Saddleback College and you can get way better stuff than at the bookstore for half the cost :)
