Great customer service. We dropped off the Jeep that wouldn’t turn over and it took him half a day to diagnose, order a part, and fix for a great price. They had lots of cars ahead of me and we’re upfront I would have to wait a day but called me 3 times with updates and didn’t change a price the day of. Explained everything. No runaround. No unnecessary upsells. Will be back (this Jeep is for sure going to need something else soon haha)
I came in here twice, the first time AOK service, fantastic. The second time some super shady thing. Brought my vehicle in to get electrical switch replaced. Im mechanically inclined, check my vehicle over before turning over the keys. I have brand new tires, PSI check prior to drop off each tire 35 psi. After I picked up my vehicle noticed a hard pull to the right. My driver side front tire psi was up 5psi, and my passenger front side tire suddenly lost 15psi. Brand new tires, less than 100 miles on them. A not mechanically inclined person would think something was wrong with steering or alignment. This was purposefully done. I am super happy with the repairs I got, but never going back due to the sneaky way to get me to bring it back in for more un-needed repairs.
Casey’s has always been friendly, reasonable, and fast. Moving away from the area and not looking forward to having to find a new mechanic. Thank you Casey’s for taking care of us these last couple years!
I have always had good service here on my car, and they dont rob you while doing it!
They are the best mechanics in our area! They dont rip you off. They tell you what is wrong with the car and fix it. They dont make up things wrong with your car. They also have great prices
Outstanding service!
We have used Caseys for years! Always thorough, fair and friendly.
I have no idea why I try anywhere else anymore. Two times Caseys has fixed other repair shops mistakes. The first place I tried was Perkins - always attempting to get a deal. They informed me it was dangerous to drive my Jeep due to the rear differential. I let them fix it for $300. Their fix was actually not a fix. No oil was added and nothing was changed - my rear diff eventually went out. Caseys was able to fix it and show what happened - so I was able to get a refund from Perkins for not doing their job - I never would have been able to do this without Caseys inspection. Recently, I tried Boulevard Tire and Services - close to work and good reviews. I figured I would go to work, car would be fixed, all would be well. My transmission was leaking - brought it in, they said it was just wires being out, they pushed them back in and charged me $57. Transmission still leaking, brought it back. They said it was actually a gasket - replaced gasket, charged me $157. Weeks later, still leaking, I called and they told me that it was normal for it to leak and that the transmission fluid just needed to burn off. I brought it to Caseys and after an inspection it was found that there was NO GASKET there, they just siliconed around the area where a gasket should have been. Instead of charging me, Caseys said to try and bring it back first so I wouldnt have to double pay. Caseys would have caught the issue the first time and charged $130 - now Im over $200 in and the lack of a fix could have ended much worse if not for Caseys.I will never go to any other repair shop. They do their due diligence - charge similar or less prices in most cases. They are easy to work with and call before making the repair to go over (in detail) all the findings with you. They are by far the most friendly, trustworthy, and best repair shop I have found. Thank you Caseys!
Did a very good job and are reasonable priced
I have never been met with as much consideration and concern as was recently given by Carl Casey, the owner of Caseys Auto Repair in Mission. When my regular team at Roe Body Shop sold out over a year ago I began to have serious concerns with the new ownership. And then suddenly a couple of months ago the new guys closed their doors. It was probably the best thing that ever happened!A random problem with my car occurred a few weeks ago and it seemed like an easy fix, but NOPE far from it due to changes with the car through the years. Enter Caseys Auto Repair and owner Carl Casey, when I didnt know where else to go. Without going into great detail about the frustrations that accompanied this unusual car problem, I will say that this business owner went above and beyond to get to the bottom of it with a smile on his face and the faith and patience of JOB! Caseys is the definition of what going the extra mile means ; and for not bleeding out your wallet in the process. Quality and A Conscience all the way.Not that Im not sympathetic, but I did read that a couple reviewers stated they were shocked they werent able to get their car that had a minor issue checked in immediately at Caseys and that they were met with someone at the front desk that seemed unconcerned. I would suggest that might happen because of a good thing actually.... that Caseys is a local company whose standards are above and beyond and know where they have to draw the line for handling any more business on that particular day. If you want you can choose from many places that will always take your car in immediately; but at the end of the day it doesnt mean your problem will be properly addressed. I have rambled AND my final point is that Caseys Auto Repair in Mission, KS deserves 10 STARS - if there were such a thing! **********
So I know virtually nothing about cars and always feel like I get conned into paying too much, or getting unnecessary repairs. I did not feel like that at all here. Pricing is very reasonable and they had my car fixed super quick! I cant recommend coming here enough!
Casey’s is a small local shop doing most any car repairs. I worked with Nick on fixing different items on my parents ‘97 Chevy Silverado. A little on the pricy side but quality work with a small shop feel.
I showed up because I was driving by and my tire was getting low. When I parked the mechanic asked me to move my car... another guy park in my place and was not asked to move.Than told me they didnt have time to fix my tire. I told them I had the spare it just needed to be changed but they said not enough time I kindly asked for air just to make it to another place and again I dont have timeDont come here!!
It has been a long time since Ive been to a service or retail establishment and had the kind of service that I experienced at Casey Brothers. I called on the phone to inquire about wait times for an oil change. The gentleman I spoke to assured me that they keep a bay open for oil changes at all times and it could be done in 20 minutes. I asked about bringing my own oil and filter and he replied that it was fine with him! No attitude, just courtesy. When I showed up, they remembered who I was from the phone call. Dropping the car off was painless and easy. When I returned to pick up my car, I was greeted by name and my car was pulled around. This was definitely my most satisfactory transaction in a long, long time. I generally change my own oil when time permits, but I will gladly utilize their services again.
Owners Carl and Cathy Casey are the best! Top-notch mechanics who got my vehicle in and out quickly. No bull, just professionals who care about you and your car!
Recently went to Caseys without appointment and they were able to help me out. As I was waiting for them to finish the work multiple customers came in and were on first name basis. I have had good luck with them and feel it is an even better sign that they get a lot of repeat business.
If there was an option for Terrible, I would pick that over Poor-Fair. There was nothing fair about the service I received at this awful place. My car was in the shop for about a week, claiming that they needed to wait for a part to come in from the manufacturer. In the end, after having waited for the part to finally come in, they didnt even USE the part. Charged us over $1000 because they claim it took 15 hours to clean the original part instead. The old man who deals with customers and answers phones has no business talking to anyone, as he is CLEARLY partially deaf and mumbles over half of what he says! It took 5 minutes just to communicate with him over the phone about what car I was calling about! And then when he did, after our part had come in, he told us that THEY WERE WAITING ON A PART. When I asked why, because a part had just come in, he says oh, wait, what car are you calling about again?. So if you call them and they just tell you that theyre waiting on a part, they are lying because that is just what they say to anyone who calls and they dont want to bother actually checking on your vehicle. All this is whatever. Its not even why Im mad right now. Im mad, because in less than 48 hours, after not even having driven it very much at all, MY CAR HAS BROKEN DOWN AGAIN. ON A SUNDAY. WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED. I did NOT spend over $1000 just to have my car BREAK DOWN AGAIN IN LESS THAN TWO DAYS.Never. Again. If youre smart, you will take your business elsewhere.
Caseys continues to provide great value for the money and excellent automotive advice.
Very good, they were patient with all my questions and were predictable on time! Will always recommended.
Unfriendly. Slow. Overpriced
They will fix your problem right the first time. Honest people with good work ethic.
Great professional and honest.
Friendly service, knowledgeable mechanics, and fair pricing. They were highly recommended by several friends and I will be doing the same.
Casey Brothers has been terrific with all the many dealings we have had with them. They are honest, thorough and are quick to take a look at the car and let you know whats wrong with it. This is old-fashioned service at its finest. If you go in there often enough, theyll address you by name. We been dealing with them for years...they have glued together many a teenage jalopy to keep it running! As far as the guys who wrote the mediocre review....what in the world does being short have to do with anything? Unnecessary and unkind.
This place is terrible. The elderly gentleman has no customer service skills what so ever and they do things to your vehicle without asking first. In addition, they wont call you when theyre done fixing your car either. Basically they wait until the end of the day to let you know making it an inconvenience if you took any time off work. I took my car in for a simple oil change and they used synthetic oil for some reason and were completely unapologetic and did not explain why they did so. $97 dollars later I decided I would never go back. They claim to be a family business but Mission and Kansas City deserve better than this. This place has no business in this amazing city...stay away if possible.
Knowledgeable professionals & fair prices.
Excellent customer service
Take your car somewhere else. They cant even do an oil change. Final cost because of their incompetence: $3500 with a real mechanic. If you value your money and car, go somewhere else.
Honest, quick, and helpful
