I went in to request a sign to be made for a festival that was 5 days away, and Slim(store associate) was confident in saying that the sign can be ready the same day I submit my request or the next day(the latest). I emailed him my request 3 days prior to the event, and followed up with a call to confirm he received it. He explained that he has a couple of jobs ahead of me, but he’d get back with me when he started. Then Slim disappeared on me. No response to emails, no phone calls, and calls to the shop were unanswered. I had to visit the fedex store for my sign.Very unprofessional and very bad for business.Too many sign businesses to treat customers like this. You just lost a potential long time customer.Spend your money somewhere else.
