Just an oil change in the Express Lane, first attempt they told us a 3 hour wait (not so express). Next visit 1.5 hour wait, really didnt take that long, but nobody tells you anything, like where to wait or if theres a bathroom, when the car was done where do I pay or wheres my car. Not a bad experience just need a bit of practice in the customer service/hospitality area.

While most car buying experiences are tests of patience, the staff at Burns Motors almost seem to take extra steps to make the experience even worse. From extraordinary long waits to address paperwork, to having only one finance manager, the process tests anyone patience. After being onsite for hours awaiting bank approval, our sales man was asked at 620 when should we hear back, he replied, oh the banks close at 6, on top of waisting a considerable amount of time getting the application to the finance manager prior to 6, here they are allowing people to wait, after banks have closed. Furthermore, as other clients are walking out, hearing the sales associates talk very negatively about individuals finances, appearance, etc.. does it hallmark attributes associated with a experience that values customers or customer service. Unequivocally, Burns motors should be avoided at all costs.
Worst dealership ever, they don’t even deserve one star. Neither the salesman or the manager have manners. Very disappointed the way they speak to you the way they try and handle the situation. The salesman name is Alex Hernandez he works in the burns motors of Mcallen he had the audacity to tell me to leave from his office and racing his voice. Spoke to his manager and he had a face that he was lost. The manager didn’t even showed a face of concerned when I told him his salesman had told me to get out of his office. I can’t believe that a company like that can have those kind of employees. If I were you I would not even buy in that company that doesn’t care for the customers.

Not happy at all. Taken my van in it was in a flood. They keep telling me they would get around to looking at it. It taken my husband and I to go talk to the main boss of the service dept to get anything done. I was without a van for 5 weeks. Im disabled and I really needed my van. After all was done they totaled it. Im very disappointed in their service.
