Great customer service. They go above and beyond, thanks Sam for the great service!Ever since Mobilelink took over this spot the customer service has been so much better than with the previous retailer.

Went in to add a line and the girl working was in slippers and not even ready to do business. She couldn’t open the phone or put the SIM card due to nails she had just gotten done. I had to do all that for her. She told me the phone came with a free case but because she didn’t know how to put it in the system I couldn’t have the case. Had to go spend $20 on a case so that my phone was protected. Very bad service at this location. Will not be going back!

Emmanuel Antu is the most proffesional and smart manager I have deal in my experience with others managers in different Cellular Phone Agencies in the Valley of Texas.I am impressed for him, and I congratulate your HR Deparment for its job !!!

I dont encourage costumers doing business in this store, they will sell you new phones that are defective, and ofcourse they dont give you a re-found, and to top off, be careful with your belongings, the Manager manage to disappear my memory card for my phone. In conclusion I dont recommend doing business at this location.

Just stoped by with the intention of buying a phone, store says it closes at 7, it is 5pm and the door was closed (with the open sign on and all their advertisement stuff outside). If thats their way to make business it might not work.

The help that the store gave me to solve my problem was very excellent, I recommend this store to everyone because their representatives are very professional and they give you their 100% support, thank you. To the store so far everything is fine, I just need the cricket company to support me with my problem ok .......
