When I first called them about making my door 7 months ago they also gave me the run around, poor customer service. The door wasnt the right measurements to begin with, the bottom where both doors meet, was left open and just after only (7MONTHS) and a little bit of rain my door is cracking already. I recommend you look elsewhere......

Really bad service they asked for the door to be paid in full before they even started it took them four months to build the door and when they finally build it they didnt have any one to installed

Bad experience, I do not recommend them. I hired them in January. They gave me the run around, one excuse after another when it came to installing the doors. It is May and my back door inside moulding has not been installed and there is an inch gap at the bottom of the French doors where the two doors meet allowing rain and insects to enter my home. They are great craftsmen but not dependable when it comes to the installation of their product. They left a mess in my front and backyard. My husband and I cleaned up after them.
