Not a good store. Made three trips to find a belt for my riding mower no luck. And when I looked for help the two guys I asked kept saying it was the customers fault for not having the area organized. I even took the cardboard box from the belt I was looking for and they both were to busy from what I saw they were just standing there. I dont recommend this store

Great tractor supply! Always very clean. I just wish they had carts. Every time I go in to get feed Ive got to carry the 30 lb bag over my shoulder. You would think for a store that sells such large and heavy items / equipment they would have more carts. I really didnt want to have to carry that bag today and even went looking for a cart in the parking lot. There was one that looked like it got hit by a vehicle and was unusable. Please get carts and The shopping experience would be perfect.

Normally I love Tractor Supply but the service is extremely slow here. Ive only ever seen one register open at a time and there is always a very slow moving line.Today I waited 40 minutes and politely spoke to multiple employees trying to get them to fill my propane. I spoke to someone every ten minutes and after 40 minutes they finally told me they are out of propane and cannot fill my tanks. Wasted my time. Wish they would have told me the first time I spoke to them.

FYI I went to the one at Rio grande city and took a long time to pay they had a line of more than 5 people and the funny thing is that there were 3 ladies there and only one register open. Dont get me wrong I like these stores but it was just ridiculous the time we have to wait to pay.

Great quality pet food huge variety at very reasonable prices! Staff is very informative & helpful.. they even carry vaccines, along with dates as to when a vet will be on site. Its great knowing some people/businesses really do care about your loyal sidekick :)

This a great store for farm and ranch stuff. The have a great website and you can order dairy land oil which with free shipping to the store. They have live chicks in season.

Love this store but this particular location seems very discombobulated. The signs say 75 percent off but when you get to the check out, they ring up at full price. Manager isnt available. Only one fairly new employee working the one cash register. Nobody knows where anything is.

Im a regular here and so is that me little when you come in you can ask for us we usually come in there and walk around dog section and me Lou likes to check out the toys we have a great time together here over here in the staff already know my dog so well that they have treats waiting for her when she comes in

Can pretty much find most of whats needs for agriculture, live stock food, and outdoor backyard tools.

Worst place ever! You go to a smaller place because the service at Lowe’s a home depot are just the worse. You think this place would be different. They have one person on the floor. There’s people in their stock room laughing it up. I wait to see if someone would offer help next to the battery area and nothing...I wait in line at the register to be told that an item that is said to be available at their location online is truly not in stock. I kindly asked if they could check if another location had the battery I was looking for. I was told to call the numbers for the stores and ask my self. First and last time at tractor supply.

Its ok. They need to step up their customer service game. Rita is one of the most helpful. The others...not so much

Love tractor supply but this one should be avoided unless absolutely necessary. Customer service is sub-par itll take forever if you ask for an item that is in a display or out in the yard be prepared to wait. Grab a soda, get comfortable and wait.

Friendly staff well stocked but a bit overpriced. Got some hardware and propane. Be aware they check the inspection date on propane cylinders.

First time customer here was Immediately helped by juanito. Helped me get something for my weeds problem even convinced me to buy a little lantern. Definitely coming back!

Bad experience. Manager Pearl could not match competitors price. Went straight to Wal-Mart acquired the same product. At their price. I dont blame the manager but the restrictions they have.

Today I went to tractor supply with my dad and they were selling chicks. Some chicks were over crowed and without water which lead to chicks dying. I told two employees and they didnt seem concerned about the conditions.

To spread out hard to find speical items and noyt enough peoplr to help you.

Good experience. Theyre usually a little short-handed, mostly I believe because construction so I was down there traffic.

Dont plan on going here to get propane unless you call first. Both times we went we were told they only fill before 5 pm then the second time we went we were told only certified people can fill the propane and she wouldnt be in until 2 pm.

These guys desperately need help...I placed an order and it is impossible to find where it was...they are not carrying an item that I commonly picked up before. I dont like having to retell my story to every other person who I get transferred to.
