We had plantation shutters installed throughout front of home 2 years ago - they still look gorgeous and literally changed the front appearance of our home. Love the blinds. One of the owners came out on a second visit to help fine-tune the look and take measurements.Dont love the fact the order was incomplete at install. Though installation appointment was scheduled 1.5 weeks ahead of install, Blind Broker does not check order to be sure its complete before scheduling. Initially I was told a minimum of another week wait for the missing part. However, the sales person was able to think outside the box and find a quicker substitution.

My plantation shutters are so great quality. I am so pleased. Eric did a wonderful job with so much expertise to detail. Price was very reasonable and makes my kitchen look great with ambiance. We worked with The BlindBroker to replace our old battery operated shades with electric ones and had a wonderful experience across the board. Bree did a great job in helping us pick out the right shades for us. The installation team also brought their A-Game to a challenging project (floor to ceiling windows over stairs). The blinds look fantastic and operate perfectly!

We used Blind Broker for window treatments throughout our new home. Start to finish they were phenomenal! Bree was very patient while I decided on products and was very helpful in assisting us select products that we LOVE!! We ended up doing a combination of roller shades, woven wood romans, and wood blinds. Installation was prompt and efficient. The guys were always very friendly and always very respectful of the house. One of the roller shades from Graber was slightly uneven and Blind Broker had a new one ordered and installed without any hassle. High quality company from start to finish! We will certainly use them again for our future window treatment needs!

The gentleman who came out was knowledgeable and friendly. I did not like that he gave me a quote, then emailed about 30 minutes later to tell me the quote was incorrect. It was going to be $900 more than originally quoted! The new price was entirely too expensive, even through Costco. I would not do business with them.

Had shutters installed on 10 windows. Everything went perfect. All aspects of the project from initial consultation with Bree, additional measurements and education on what needed to be done to make everything look appropriate, to the actual installation was better than I could have imagined. No mess left and everything looked beautiful when finished. Will definitely be a repeat customer. So surprized at the difference the custom look of the shutters made in each room.

The Blind Broker sales person was very helpful in selecting the shades and colors. She explained all of the different options available. The shades were delivered earlier than quoted. The installer did a good job and explained how to remove and replace them in the event of cleaning.
