Trying it out seasonly for 6 months. Ive come down too Mission every year for last 3 years until I decide to go elsewhere. Nice park has a lot of big spaces because it was an old mobile home park originally so big RVs fit in it well. Cable and internet available for free. Good Verizon connection. I have a 39 5th whl toy hauler and I have plenty of room to open back ramp and get cycles and things out and I have more than enough room to do that. Also covered carports on most sites, thats nice also. They have laundry, pool, club house and I also seen a nice shuffleball court. Very reasonable monthly rate also, best Ive found so far.

I have delivered mail to this mobile home park for 55 and older residents. The residents I have met have been very friendly and helpful. The majority of residents here are Winter visitors from up north or what we Texans refer to as Winter Texans.

Nicer RV park. Very close neighborhood, just like family.
