Friendly people good products.

Rented a gaming laptop a while back. At first glance and usage it appeared fine, but almost ten minutes later the keys started sticking. Long story short it turns out the previous renter spilled juice on it. This computer was set on the shelves, advertised as being in great condition. I was told that it had some kind of inspection on it. They were asking tremendous amounts of money for it in the first place. I wanted that specific one and was extremely disappointed. I tried another one and ended up finding out that the charging cord was missing, so they sent along another one and told me that they would order the original. According to them it shouldve worked fine. It didnt. I finished out the week with it and took it back. Also, they charge way to much for their products, avoid going here and save up to pay in cash. You can save a lot of money that way.

Rented washer and dryer from them they are wonderful I love the set. The customer service has always been good. Only problem i have with them is i wanted to rent a bedroom set from them, and nothing i wanted came with a matress. You would think they could put together a group of furniture that came with one

Extremely unproffessional. Harrassing. Terrible costumer service skills. Got a couch from them. Made a double payment. The computer on their end glitched. The second payment didnt go through. I was unaware of this until i get a call from them 2 days ago telling me i was late on my payment. Wendy was rude. Made me feel like i was lying about calling in my second payment. She then talked to another employee there that had told her i did call them with it but there computer had a problem but insuring that i did call to make the payment.instead of apologizing to me for the misunderstanding she just continued to be rude to me. Now currently waiting for them to pick up therr over priced furniture. Dont go through them.

First thing I rented was in 2007. The store was great then employees seemed happy and respected their customers. 2020 I have never had my feelings hurt so bad by someone running a store. Traumatic things happen in humans lifes and it really hurts someone when a store manager being it up in a negative manner offten. I understand that she is human. Its just when working with customers I feel she should be a little more positive. All I need to say is N. Reserve st RAC in Missoula mt, Wendy really hurt my feelings.

The staff always does their best for me and I have enjoyed being a RAC customer since 2012! Manager Wendy goes the extra mile!

I used to like RAC on Brooks ST. Staff was amazing and friendly. Once that location closed i moved over to this location. They lost all my files from the old store including credit i had. They are rude and they do not work with their customers very well. They need better people skills and customer service. Worst RAC i have ever been to and i have used them for years back in Arizona

Save up and buy it later. Dont get caught in the money trap and pay twice as much for something.

These are the worst misunderstanding people in Missoula. They charge way more for payments also when you could get any of the same product for literally $1,000 cheaper. They are slimey and a huge rip off. Very threatening as well.

Do not shop here if you want an item under warranty serviced. I purchased a sofa 4 years ago that has a 10 year manufacturer warranty thru England Furniture. They refused to help me get service done. I was in the furniture business for 8 years and I sold England furniture. All service requests are done thru the retailer. Even if they dont carry England anymore the request is sent thru the store. Luckily I was able to contact my old sales rep from England and she hooked me up but the average Joe doesnt have the contacts I do. 5 stars for England 0 for rent a center. Stand by what you sell jerks.

Honestly i love rent a center we have been with them for 2 years now but since they shut down the one store on brooks its been horrible the service is bad very rude to there customers at times. The store on brooks was way better with service and very nice to the customers.
