When I brought my 14 year old Subaru in my back seat was covered in tar from fresh asphalt my dog tracked in. When I brought it in I didn’t think it could be fixed but Chad was confident he could remove it. Not only did he remove it but the leather feels soft and supple like I never expected possible. It feels like a crime to let my dog on the leather, she now ride in back.If he takes care of my 14 year old car like this imagine what kind of a job he’ll do for you.I have found the only person I’m going to let touch my car inside and out besides me.Additionally, knowing I am supporting a local small business means a great deal. Chad and his team did an outstanding job of odor removal on our 2020 Toyota 4-Runner. We had forgotten to dispose of a garbage bag in the cargo area, and it was left in the closed up vehicle in a hot garage for 1 week before discovered. Needless to say putrid doesnt come close to the smell that permeated every surface. We are so thankful for the determination of Chad and his team to eliminate the horrible smell. On March 1st I purchased my 2022 Kia Stinger, ceramic silver in color with the red interior. I had a paint protection film applied to the front but wanted to protect the rest of the car. I met with Chad at Imperial Auto Spa and he talked me through the options available through his company. I am delighted with the results! He applied a ceramic coating to the paint and protection on the wheel faces and the exterior glass. Chad was enthusiastic and easy to work with. He and his team did a professional job and will be coaching me on the proper way to maintain the beautiful shine of my new GT2 Stinger. The coating added a great deal more depth and shine to the paint and Im convinced it will be easier and simpler to wash myself.

Chad is a professional at what he does, his work is truly top notch. Missoula is lucky to have this quality of detail ability in town. That said, you get what you pay for. While my truck needed some love from repetitive use on a touch car wash, it was over $2k (exterior only). I wasnt prepared for that but as long as you are, you will love the outcome.

Very friendly staff which is completely different from what I’m used to lately. Not only was the staff friendly but the service to the vehicle is amazing! Gave my car quality and depth in the matter of a couple of days! I’m definitely a DIY’er but this process takes soooooo much time up and the guarantee wouldn’t be there, which they have on certain products. I’ll leave this to the professionals and professional is what I got. Beyond impressed and looking forward to doing much more business in the future.

I brought my 15 year old Corvette to get it ceramic coated. Chad did an excellent job removing all the little swirl marks and stone chips that had accumulated over the years. He even went the extra mile and repainted my sideview mirrors for me. The car looked better than Ive ever seen it, the ceramic coating is no joke it really lets the water slide right off the paint. Its been nearly a year and the coating is looking good as ever. I highly recommend this place

I brought my truck to Imperial Auto Spa and Chad was able to do a complete paint correction. He filled in rock chips and removed all visible swirl marks. He then applied a ceramic coating and had my truck looking brand new again. Chad was very professional. He explained the whole procedure ahead of time and sent me updates and photos during the job.As an added bonus Chad provided a complimentary wash and went over proper wash technique helping me to better avoid any future swirl marks resulting from improper washing practices. It is obvious the folks at Imperial Auto Spa take pride in their work as well as providing excellent customer service.I will continue to go to Imperial Auto Spa for any future detailing needs and would recommend them to anyone!

Chad and his team did a phenomenal job on a full undercarriage detail of my classic 911. They went above and beyond and I am thoroughly impressed. The engine, trans, and wheel wells are museum quality now. To top it off, they sent me a photo gallery of the work. Great work, and thanks again!

Hey, Banaye Harger here with Purity Cleaning services. Imperial put a protective coat on my Cadillac and it looks fantastic- I’m beyond happy! I have Guinea hens and they love their reflections. They literally hang out by the Cadillac all day starring at themselves because the car is like a mirror. Worth every penny! I’m so very happy I took my car in. On our trip to Missoula along Highway 12 between Kooskia and Lolo Pass, we encountered recent striping . There were no signs warning of the recent painting. We were totally unaware of the damage to our pickup until we reach our destination in Missoula -- then oh my gosh!!!! What a disaster!!! We immediately searched the internet for an auto detailer -- Thus Imperial Auto Spa. Chad was about to close, but being the professional he is, he jumped into action, and, a hour plus later, he had removed the yellow paint. I wish you could see the pictures he took of the damage!!! Of course the state will accept no responsibility!!! Thanks to the good Lord we have business owners like Chad !!!We will be ever grateful to Chad for his service -- thank you Chad!!!
