I just called to ask about the Pro Desk and got voice mail for the second time. I agree with the other comment. The workers dont have any experience to be giving advice. They dont know their own store inventory let alone how to use it.

We have spent a lot of money here over the last few months. Weve been in the store about a dozen times and we always leave feeling disappointed, angry, and/or silly for coming back. We shop at Home Depot because of the prices and financing options. Ive realized its worth it to pay more for better customer service. In my experience, the people working at Home Depot dont have enough training and shouldnt be dishing out advice on DIY projects. Its difficult to find someone at the customer service desk and the pro desk who are capable of providing decent customer service without a ton of attitude. My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere, something we shouldve done a long time ago.
