I purchased a car battery, and asked the employees to install it. With my vehicle, thats a very difficult task. They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with.

They have a battery for almost all your needs. I visited here to get a key fob for my truck programmed. One of the guys was very helpful and after a few tries working with the software, was able to get it programmed. The dealership would have charged me alot more than what Batteries Plus had. Other places around Missoula refused to program the fob I had. Ill be checking here first if I have issues again.

I have a dead battery and ordered quickly online. I was able to get a jump and head to the store. Received a call from Luke letting me know the battery I wanted was not in stock. He offered an alternative. I showed up 3 minutes later and he was there with tools and hand. He installed the battery and I was on my way in no time. I found my new store for anything battery and/or bulb related.

Workers at the Missoula store had great customer service skills. they were very friendly & knowledgeable. Camera lens on my Iphone now works perfectly. Overall these qualities are a breath of fresh air in todays world, when you need help this the place to go.

Ive been in multiple times for various reasons over the years. I went in this time to have a watch battery replaced (1st time for this watch). The young man that helped me was very polite! Took my watch for approx 5 mins. and came back to let me know the 2 batteries were testing 100% & wasnt sure why the watch wasnt working but was now. Apologized for not setting it because he wasnt sure how (I still cant without the book). He easily could have put in new batteries & charged me, I wouldnt have known any better! And there was no charge for checking it. Thank you for not only for the continued great service but also for doing business honestly!! I highly recommend Batteries + 👍👍

If you need help with a battery replacement this is a great place to get help and assistance. Have picked up batteries for cell phones, ATV, laptops and for daily use of AA, AAA, and others. Be sure to pick up a battery tester, it will help keep you from replacing still usable batteries when only one in a set is interrupting your battery needs.

After coming into town with a 6v battery core and a request for replacement of that 6v battery, I was sold a 12v battery and didnt realize it until I got home. Seriously? When someone asks for 6v, it means they need a 6v...not a 12v. Had to make a special trip back into town to get refund. NOT HAPPY. Will look elsewhere for my battery needs next time.

I went to batteries plus because I heard they did screen replacements, I had an iPhone 6S Plus that had a extremely damaged LCD and glass, they fixed it right up. The price was a bit high. The quality of the screen was fine, there was a small difference but not much, 3D Touch only worked in curtain areas but overall find repair. The staff are nice and are helpful

The new replacement battery and display are working great. The local Batteries Plus shop had the parts on hand, so there was no waiting to get the phone in for repairs, and the work was accomplished very quickly.

We ordered a motorcycle battery from a local motorcycle store. They supposedly ordered it and told us they would call when it came in. 2 weeks later, still no battery. I called Batteries Plus Bulbs- gave the year and model of the motorcycle, had it within 3 hours, with a 10% web discount and $5 back for the old battery!. Great service, both on the phone and in the store. Definitely will be back!

Rob at the Missoula store did a great job but I ordered online and put in a discount code for 10% off if I picked up in store. Was charged full price. Dont offer a discount and then not honor it. Its the principle.

These guys are awesome! I brought my iPhone 5S in to get its aging battery replaced. The two gentlemen there were very knowledgeable and helpful. The replacement took maybe 20 minutes. Battery is rocking, and Im a happy guy! Highly recommend these guys for phone battery replacement.

If you need a battery this place will have it. There are common car batteries and very uncommon watch batteries that other stores simply dont bother carrying. If you need help getting your car battery installed they will help you with that as well, for a fee of course.

Good system of choosing product online and picking it up at the store. Saved $4 on a new cellphone battery. Staff is very knowledgeable. I was pleased that they didnt ask for them to recycle the old battery. I save it for a spare.

Do not go here. The employees get the final say as to if they will sell you a product or not based upon what you are using it for. If they feel it is unsafe they will not sell you the product and ask you to leave. I have a degree an electrical engineering. What I do with a battery shouldn’t be the any business of a store owner

It’s a no brainer for me. I was a little miffed that I had to pay $15 to have my battery installed but hey I’m not that mechanically inclined and it probably would have taken me as long to find the right tools as it did for the guy to install it. Plus I didn’t have to pick it up. I am old and have a bad back. Price for premium battery was competitive. The ultimate one stop shopping.

Several of the staff are very nice. A few are not.The problem is that their batteries are NO GOOD! (Im talking about Automotive application. ie: Cars, Motorcycles, Lawn tractors, side by sides, etc.I have had several auto and motorcycle batteries and none last very long. I had one that lasted 2 weeks and it was like drilling teeth to get them to replace a bad battery. They kept it 2 weeks trying to recharge it before they very reluctantly gave me a new one. (One employee even suggested I ruined the battery. He didnt know how I did it he just knew I did it, )because their batteries just didnt go bad.)When a battery from Walmart goes bad during the warranty period they just smile and give you a new battery.Sorry, but I would not purchase another battery from Batteries Plus because their batteries are NO GOOD!

Bought two expensive batteries for wave runners. After one year, neither will hold a charge. Waste of money, expensive batteries, and will not buy from again. Lesson learned.

Very, very cold today and had to have AAA jump my vehicle, called Batteries Plus to see if i could come over and get a new one put in and they said yes. When I got there the guy at the desk just ignored me and I finally asked for help. He told me to hang on until he got his computer up..when I told him what I needed he asked if I needed it put in now and I said yes and he said Oh Great. He did get it put in but I felt a little uncomfortable with his customer service.

Battery was ready on time. Good email communication. An upgraded battery was made available, but not taken. Overall, a positive experience.

Called to verify they had the software needed to back door and factory reset a Samsung Galaxy s8 phone and they said they did. Brought phone in with a 2 item wish list. Remove the battery, wait a bit, put it back in and then try turning it on. if that didnt reset the software, then plug it in and do the hardwired factory reset on it. I can best describe theyre communications skills as high school level and clarify here that they do NOT have the software to back door Samsung phones.After finally getting my expectations across, and a 3 hour waiting period, they didnt do anything I asked and charged me 20 dollars for no results. Best I can tell is they have a rudimentary training if any and charged me for doing what I had already tried to do myself and what anyone with a YouTube channel could preform for themselves. Poor showing.

I took my iPad in to get the screen replaced while visiting my daughter for a week. I reserved an appointment online and got $10 off the price. It took almost a full day for them to replace the screen. When I went to pick it up, it seemed to be running slowly. I took it back to my daughters house and almost immediately realized the bottom of the screen was unresponsive. I called the store and they could offer me no solutions until the next day. They discovered that there was a wire problem that occurred when they were replacing the screen. They said they would fix it - no problem. Unfortunately they did not have another white screen in stock. This was Friday. By Monday afternoon it was repaired and worked great! It was a good thing that I was staying in Missoula for a week otherwise I would’ve been very disappointed having driven back to Butte only to find that my iPad wasn’t working. I think they are a good business however they need to do their work a little more meticulously and double check things to make sure the customers are getting the highest quality repairs without having to bring things back.

I had a cellphone battery issue thought it was the charge port but these guys figured it out and loaned me a battery to save my pictures. Great place to do business.

When scheduling an appt on the mobile website, it only allowed me to pick a Google pixel or a Google pixel XL...no specifications for which model. I called after making my apt online to make sure they had the right part. The guy I spoke to on the phone checked and told me they had it. HE DID NOT ASK ME WHAT MODEL...so I figured the model must not matter, other than the size XL. When I arrived to drop my phone off (from out of town), the guy asked me if I had a chance to back up my data in case they lost it. I said no...that I wasnt told to do so. He said they recommend doing it before they work on the phone. I mentioned that I live out of town and would risk it, but was frustrated no one warned me ahead of time. He agreed that I should have been warned. When I was gone waiting for them to fix my phone, we got a call that they didnt have the screen to fix it. Frustrated again because that was my only reason for coming to Missoula, when I went into the store to get my phone back...I said that I didnt want them to order a new screen for me because the whole experience had been exhausting. I explained my frustrations with not being warned ahead of time to back up my data and that their staff should have confirmed the model with me if their website didnt provide the opportunity to enter it online. INSTANTLY, the staff started to argue with me that I should just know to back up my phone whenever it is going to be taken a part and that it was also my fault that they werent informed of the correct model. I said that I am not an IT person and didnt realize to the extent they would be taking the phone apart...and that as the expert, they need to do this. The employee named COLE talked down to me over and over and treated me like I was stupid because I couldnt read their minds. I was appauled at the way he treated me after I tried to express frustrations that were more than warranted. He even told me that I had absolutely no impact on any part of his life after I said I would be sharing my experience. Another employee stepped up and FOR THE FIRST TIME expressed an understanding of my frustrations and mentioned that they would let corporate know about the issue on the website. I thanked him and said that was all I wanted from the beginning. As I walked out, Cole continued to laugh. Hes a puke and should be fired in my opinion. Ive worked in the customer service industry for 15 years and have NEVER treated a customer so poorly.
